My daughter has taken ballet lessons at Ballet Bellingham for a year now. We tried out several other local studios for multiple sessions before discovering Ballet Bellingham. My daughter loves her classes and that the studios focus is completely on ballet. Jessie does a wonderful job teaching and my daughter is thriving in her classes. I also appreciate that Jessie keeps prices are very reasonable which makes it easier for us to allow our daughter to take ballet several times a week. Our family warmly recommends Ballet Bellingham if you are looking for a ballet studio in Bellingham for your family.

We have been coming to Ballet Bellingham for a couple months now and my daughter LOVES it!! She is making some wonderful friends and learning so much from Jessie!! Jessie is a wonderful and caring woman who has created a positive place for children to learn ballet. I’m so glad to have found this group for my daughter!Hands down, I highly recommend coming in and seeing for yourself!

Ive danced at a few different dance studios but Ballet Bellingham has been the best by far! Jessie is a very encouraging teacher and truly values all of her students. The studio environment is very positive and welcoming. Theres an excellent focus on developing strong ballet technique and performance skills, but all the while making sure that students are having fun through dance!

My five-year old daughter has been taking ballet at Ballet Bellingham for over two years, and she absolutely loves it. She not only has fun, but shes learning so much and making friends. She practically lives for the performances the teacher, Jessie, puts on at Mount Baker Theater. And Teacher Jessie is incredible with the kids. It has been a great experience.

Ignore the fake 1 star reviews, this place is stellar! Jessie is the hardest working dance instructor in town. She teaches all of the classes herself and choreographs and organizes the shows on her own. Shes amazing and my kids love taking classes with her! At Ballet Bellingham my kids have the opportunity to participate and learn in a way they couldnt at a larger studio. The feeling here is fun and relaxed--- we love it!

What a wonderful space for kiddos to learn and practice ballet in! Jessie is a lovely, caring, kind and patient teacher. Both my son and daughters have had a wonderfully positive experience with this studio and I would recommend this studio whole heatedly.

Ballet Bellingham is the most wonderful l, welcoming and uplifting studio I’ve encountered! The owner is so knowledgeable, hand ons with every student and super approachable. This studio is genuinely like my second home and Ms. Jessie and my fellow dancers are my second family. If wanting to dance at a supportive, open, friendly, and welcoming studio is a desire and what you’re looking for, I could not suggest a better place. I had the pleasure of teaching a master class for her studio this past summer, and found the level of her students impressive. The studio is lovely to work in, the atmosphere fosters learning and joy in dance. Jessie is great with children, and people of all ages.

Even though I am the owners daughter, this studio is a place I can call home. I’ve made many wonderful friends and have met other wonderful people. I assist my mom in teaching the younger children which is always delightful! Ballet Bellingham is welcoming to everyone and tries it’s very best to create a safe,welcoming and creative environment!

My daughter just started ballet this past September. I needed an outlet for her to work off some energy. Ballet Bellingham is the only place I could find that offered a class for younger kids (3-5) on the weekends since I work full time and can get her to other places earlier. During the few months that we have been learning from Jesse, my daughter has learned so much and loves to go to ballet every weekend.

The 1 star reviews all seem to be fake.Jessie and Ballet Bellingham are gems. I first met Jessie when we were tweens and her talent and professionalism were apparent even then. Recently we used her studio for a tap refresher class. Great big space. Very clean and welcoming. Lots of easy parking in front of building.

Ballet Bellingham is the best. I have gone there almost from the beginning and it has been a great experience for me. I have learned lots of ballet throughout the years and been able to grow. I love the teacher (Jessie), she is an amazing teacher who loves to teach everybody.

Ballet Bellingham is the most open, friendly, and supportive dance studio I have ever been at. After taking a few years off dance, I was welcomed with open arms by director and owner, Jessie Crook. I had the opportunity to take skilled technique classes, perform in a variety of traditional and modern ballets, and and choreograph my own student pieces. As a life-long dancer, I cannot recommend this place more to anyone who is interested in learning about ballet, returning to ballet, or continuing their education. There is something at Ballet Bellingham for all ages and levels of experience!

I have known Jessie the owner through out my school years and she is the friendliest, most professional person I have ever met. She loves dance and has always wanted to be an amazing ballet teacher like she is now.

I have known Jessie the owner since 4th grade. There is no way she would ever make ANYONE especially a child feel unwelcome in her studio. Dance has always been her passion. She truly cares about EVERYONE of her students very deeply and treats them as if they were her own!

My daughter has been at Ballet Bellingham for over 7 years and loves the environment. We love the smaller class sizes and the teachers approach to each child.

My daughter has been dancing here for two years (she’s almost 5) and she loves it. Jessie is very patient with the little dancers, and she keeps their class fun with lots of dance activities and movements.

My girls have been students here for several years now and they love being here. It’s a positive and caring environment and Jessica is a phenomenal instructor. Students learn proper technique, decorum, and more importantly they feel confident in their learning. As long as my kids are dancing they will be here.

My three girls have been dancing here for years. I’m always amazed how great Jessie is with littles and her ability to teach great technique within a positive environment. My girls love it here and we have made wonderful friendships!

The instructor, Jessica Crook, creates a toxic, judgement environment that is not suitable for anyone to properly learn in. She has frequently talked smack about students while they were absent in front of other students and is overall extremely unprofessional. In addition, she has yelled at a student who decided to leave the studio, creating a fearful domain. Many of the students who attend this studio are young and impressionable girls who’s self esteem and morals will drop because of this establishment. I urge you to take your children to a different dance studio, nothing good will come out of Ballet Bellingham.

My Granddaughters have been going to this studio for years. We have had nothing but a great experience.The girls enjoy going to class.

Almost all of the one star reviews are from fake accounts that have never had reviews on other businesses, and are all spaced out by a minutes time. It is truly sad to see so many fake accounts make horrible reviews on such a wonderful dance studio.

The instructor, Jessie, is amazing. Very kind and patient with the girls. Our daughter has been going for years, since preschool and we always enjoy the productions that Jessie puts on. Hoping our daughter will stay in through high school.
