Started my ppl here and loved it! Great instructors and service, and bellingham is a great place to fly (you won’t get a better view of Mt. Baker than in the sky)

Today was my first flight after becoming an official pilot. I passed my check ride on 9/7/17. I had to go to Bellingham to go to the humane society and with beautiful afternoon weather, figured why not?. The crew at Command Aviation was absolutely outstanding. While I am a brand new certificated pilot, Ive been around GA ramps and planes for the past 15-17 years and have traveled to countless airports in the PacNW. This crew was beyond outstanding. I called ahead (about 45 minutes prior to arrival) and they got me a tie down spot and use of the crew car. The wonderful receptionist got my tail number and said theyd be listening on the radio for me to land - and when I taxied their way the ground crew was already standing there for me. I never had to make a radio call to them.They could not have been more professional or more friendly.The facilities were impeccable and the fridge was well stocked. The pilot lounge was very nice with great and comfy chairs for a bit of relaxation. Restrooms were spotless. I didnt stay long and didnt use any facilities, but did poke around to check it out. I didnt need any services on this particular trip, but they made me feel welcome from the first phone call to taxi-out.They are wonderful and Im looking forward to returning to KBLI to see them again! If youre in the area and need a stop, there is no question - this is the place to go. Friendly, efficient, welcoming and excellent customer service. Thanks and see you soon!

Called to inquire and pricing. The gentlemen who answered seemed very uninterested in my questions much less answering them. I can only assume if this is how a potential customer gets treated i would hate to see how they treat you after they have your money.
