Adam was friendly and helpful. He gave me important information and explained the differences between some products I was looking for and they seemed interested in helping me to save some money. He also helped me to bring the instruments to my car. It was the second time we bought a product there, but I will definitely go back.

Came in today to look at buying an acoustic/electric guitar.... The room is half empty... The one guitar I was potentially interested in was a Yamaha.. But it was damaged... Easily 50% of its value in repairs. They had it marked at $25 off of retail of $250.. 10%? When the guitar was cracked and split at the seam in a 6inch section of the back? Easily over $100 repair.... When asked if they would be able to work with me on the price...the answer was no....i regularly purchase from here. I have spent thousands of dollars on recording equipment..Im severely disappointed.... The poor sales guy that helped me was a great guy. And he really did his best....But managment here needs to start caring more about thier customers...I have recording deadlines and a budget...and they really let me down today...Needless to say they just lost a customer and I will be making sure to let everyone I know in the music industry to steer clear of this place...From now on all my business will be done with Sweetwater... They care a lot about my music needs and arent souless corporate minions like the managment at guitar center...

I dont like to give negative reviews.But in reality the health precautions here are more restrictive than the doctors office. To the point it was uncomfortable to shop there today.Sorry, I love your store but really, on veterans day? When we remember those who faced bullets, bombs etc. to buy freedom from fear and government oppression...

This is the best Guitar Center. The tech, John, is amazing.
