My son has been attending this daycare for the past 13 months. I have been very happy with his care and with the way the staff have supported his development. My son is 2.5 years old and he can count to 20, recognize the letters of the alphabet in any order, recognize numbers up to 10 in any order, he has memorized at least 20 songs, and he has the best manners! I wish I could take credit for this, but I have to hand it off to his teachers at ACLLC. I highly recommend this daycare center!

This preschool is great. They have a large outdoor playground and plenty of toys inside. They have six classrooms inside where the kids are separated based on age groups. They also have a large multipurpose room where they eat and play. The teachers are very mindful of all the kids. They provide breakfast, midmorning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack.

If only you were allowed you to leave zero stars.Parents-- this place is a joke. It is rank smelling, dark, dirty, and the staff are completely incompetent and dishonest.Allow me to expound. My daughter has food sensitivities. Upon touring and registration we were assured by the director, Teresa, that they can and do handle all types of food sensitivities and are fully trained and equipped.3 days into my daughters care there, she was fed something she shouldnt have been. When I brought the issue to the kitchen, they denied it. Finally looked at the bottle in the fridge and realized that yes, they had made the mistake and didnt know those foods contained the allergen. They. Didnt. Know. And my 3 year old daughter paid the price with stomach pain and diarrhea for several days.We begin bringing her own food in and make it clear in no uncertain terms she is not to eat anything we do not put in her lunch pail. As Im dropping her off I hear a staff member offer her something from the kitchen. I turn around and ask why, when everyone knows she isnt to eat what we dont provide. SHE LIED TO MY FACE and said she didnt offer her anything. As though I wasnt standing right there. And then there was the day I picked my daughter up after all of this communication back and forth with the director, and there in her daily report was written that she ate a sandwich for lunch. I did not pack her a sandwich for lunch. They made all kinds of excuses for it, but its either A. My daughter ate something she shouldnt have, and theyre stupid enough to have documented it, or B. They just didnt even look at what she was eating and guessed when it was time to fill out her daily report. On another occasion I showed up to pick up my daughter on a 80° day, I find her outside on the playground, overheated and wearing not one, but TWO hoodies, zipped up to her chin. She was soaked in sweat, and when I asked the staff member standing 2 feet from her WHY she was allowed out like this, he replied I didnt even notice. I spoke to the director and she said the staff was going to have proper training, as though common sense wouldnt tell someone not to let a child overheat.I picked her up one day and she was wearing entirely different clothing. When I asked why, she said she had an accident. We were never told anything by the school about it, my daughter DOESNT pee her pants. Ever. And her brand new, worn once, clothing has never been recovered. Again. I spoke to the director.Clothes would be worn to school and would never come home, it was always mysteriously lost. The clothes that did come home were often ruined and dyed by paint or other substances. We were lied to several times both in person and by email regarding these issues that kept arising. This place is scary and quite honestly should be shut down. The staff is incompetent, no one has any idea what’s going on. The director is rude, unprofessional, and condescending.
