Id like to praise the PM gentlemen driver who covers B6 at Avon Elementary School for the time being due to a driver shortage. My son tells me everyday how nice you are and how safe he feels on the bus. Thank you for driving safe! I tell you thank you everyday when you drop off at Union Grove apts. I just wanted Holcomb bus to know how much youre appreciated! Keep up the great job.

Its certainly better than Enough of Rough McGough but not by much!!!! Numerous buses have tail, brake, clearance, etc lights out and when drivers are told, nothings ever done. Do they even do their pre-trips??? 2617 not wearing a mask while driving kids!!?? Really??? Plenty of drivers are friendly but some are just plain NASTY!!!

Working for Holcomb was a memorable experience for me.. I Thank the entire staff for their kindness, and how they really tried working around my full-time college schedule. It is the workmanship like this that enables People like myself to excel in obtaining goals. Teamwork makes the dream works. Thank you again. #TeamHolcomb

A bus service that leaves children stranded to find their own rides home on a Friday afternoon. Dreadful! The man who answered the phone @4:20 on 11/20/20 and gave me attitude telling me to take it up with the school because theyre the customer, failed to realize that I TOO am the customer since my tax dollars go to pay for this. The LEAST your bus company could do is notify the school so they can advise students during their school day to arrange for a ride home.Dreadful service and worse yet, the unapologetic attitude topped it off!

UPDATE: I am changing this to 3 stars because Frank from Holcomb has called me back and is looking into the issue. He was very nice and professional and I have confidence that this will be resolved.I am leaving one star since there is no option for zero stars. Bus #2408 DOT #2951592 drives very aggressive. She was tail-gating me this morning on Laurel Rd and trying to pass me on a one lane section. Not to mention there is a bus stop and school children on this road as well. I couldnt even see her headlights she was so close then she was drifting back and forth behind me trying to pass me. When she crossed over Blackwood/Clementon Rd continuing on Laurel it turns to 35 mph. She was a blurr on that road and she had to be doing at least 50 mph. I think its concerning and embarrassing for Holcomb and I would never want my children in this bus companys car. I called and left a message with Frank in safety but next time Im calling the police.

My sons bus is moldy. Bus drivers area appears to be clean but the walls in his Bus look dark like the back of the bus is never cleaned properly. I’ve seen a couple different buses like that. Are all there buses moldy. Besides that the drivers are always great.

Working for them is great Im at Camden yard and its like family there. Work for another company, and there buses were falling apart Glade I found Holcomb.

This company is awesome, has great drivers and friendly drivers. The buses are in good condition too. Great company!

Contracted to transport a wedding party from the wedding to various locations so people wouldnt drink and drive. Never showed up to transport from the wedding, forcing everyone to use uber in lieu of transportation that already was paid for. Once they finally responded to their emergency line after an hour of phone calls, they said the bus was scheduled for a different date and the person on the phone stated it wasnt their problem.They then attempted to falsify an invoice with a different date when further confronted about the situation.Stay far, far away from this company.

We have a wonderful experience with the driver assigned for my kids transportation this year (Lisa) very professional and she helps with the drop off holding their bags .she made my son and I journey so easy ...unlike the replacement driver for the days that she is off , I can see big difference ...

There really needs to be a way to leave zero stars because this company does not deserve any. First day of school bus in the morning never shows. First day of school bus in the afternoon never drops my kids off...why? Because the bus driver didn’t know it was the first day of school. So you leave a bunch of kids without a way to school?This morning bus comes early!!! And leaves. Hey this isn’t the first time they arrived early or late. How the heck are we supposed to know you are coming early. Bus comes at 7:15 sometimes lates my husband and kids leave at 7:00 bus is literally a one minute drive from our house. My husband calls the bus company and they say because another kid didn’t come they came to us early. Well how about you wait there until our freaking bus time! They don’t block the road or anything when they come so it’s nothing for them to just wait until the correct bus time. There are so many issues with this company Icoyld go on and on. I can’t wait for this school year to be over!

Drivers are aggressive. I wouldnt put my kid on one of their busses.

Terrible services. In my experience, but were late almost every day and drivers were terrible.

State law requires ALL vehicles to be cleared of snow before driving. I witnessed THREE of your buses with at least four inches of snow on top, and had to drive behind one for the majority of my commute to work, with several chunks flying off the back inmy direction. I took a picture of the license plate and bus number while at a stop. This is inexcusable and lazy

Tucked back hard to find but all in all enough space to handle their day to day.
