Our four year old son has very much enjoyed being there 2 days a week since the end of January this year. It is amazing all that he has learned in the few months! The list of moves and terminologies he recalls is super lengthy! He is a professional white belt almost yellow belt now :) If you think four year olds cant focus and learn you are incorrect! The 30 min private instruction lessons by Sensei Holly are phenomenal and the group kids white belt classes are awesome especially the ones that Holly does where she makes sure all the kids get quality attention by both instructors and that they are paired up with a good partner for them! The instructors know how to quickly get his focus back when he is lacking focus. They let me watch from the door using a chair which I appreciate being pregnant. The head of the studio Sensei Linda ensures covid protocols with temperature, wiping feet-etc. are in place effectively! She emails and communicates regularly about classes. The first month was such a great deal for $27 with the uniform and we continued after even though the next months prices do increase-it is worth it for the unlimited classes a week and one private session per week that we will continue throughout his future lessons. The great part is they let you pause and still keep the belt that the child progressed to when the child returns :)
