Trevor was very helpful. I was traveling and received an emailed document from my insurance provider requiring my signature and returned by email.Because the insurance company had set my expectation that I would have received the document two weeks before my travels, I was very anxious about being able to return as quickly as possible.Trevor assisted in printing, scanning the signed document and emailing back to me. It took less than 10 minutes and relieved my stress. Office Max will always be my first choice for technology assistance while traveling.

I have been going to this store for many years to get the exact same thing printed. One employee has worked there for almost the entire time and is still rude and doesn’t know how to do the print.

Walked in during the opening shifts and received the best experience Ive ever had at office max! The staff was friendly attentive and helpful. I received help figuring out self check out and when it ended up not working the print specialist provided extraordinary care with my print outs and helped me find my other items during my trip.

We recently needed some last minute printing for a presentation the next day. We arrived after the 2:00 pm same day cutoff requirement for same day printing. Dave in the print shop was courteous but did have a full schedule of work for the day, and couldnt promise us same day service. But he did! When we went back later that day to pick up our print job, it was neatly boxed, shrink wrapped (unexpected) and had dividers between all the sections. I was super impressed. Also, as soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by staff, asked how they could help us, and alerted the print department that we were on our way. Excellent customer service. Great job.

Every one is polite, but prices are way too high

If I could give them a 0 stars I would do so. Google shows that they are open till 10:00, showed up at 9:30 to print an important business document only to be met by two employees exiting the front door. When I asked if they were open one said hell no. Super rude. Store needs some retraining and oversight.

Very disappointing service. The employee was unwilling to print photographs off a flash drive. Said corporate made new rules. We had just printed some there a few days ago

Sales poeple were helpful and friendly, but when we went to the cashier she sold us $137.00 ink cartridges that had previously been opened. We didnt notice it until we got home. After installing them in our printer it shows that some colors are only about 80% full. For the price I paid I was dissatisfied and will be definitely be shopping somewhere else next time

One of the best computer and office stores in town. The staff are helpful but the prices are a bit higher than they need to be.

Zach wasted an hour of my time stammering around with Photoshop because he didnt understand what he was doing. Went to Walmart and the 50 year old lady was able to get me what I wanted in 15 mins
