Went in to get some things printed and the lady that does that acted like I was bothering her she kept shaking her head at me so I just left wont go back customer service is horrible

Clean and open throughout. Friendly staff that was very helpful and took care of everything at the print counter. Prices are completive and you can order online too. Lots of different items to choose from. Store was overall well kept.

Went inside the store as I usually do to get copies. The supervisor at the copy machine was overwhelmed, Because I could see that she either had an employee missing or didn’t feel like doing her job. I was the third person for her to assist, today at 11:34 AM. She started giving me attitude that I need to place the order online online. I explain to her that no one has ever told me that. She then with attitude told me I don’t care what the previous people told you I am the supervisor and this is what you need to do. I told her you do not need to give me that kind of attitude, as a supervisor you should know how to talk to your customers. Let them know nicely I will do this today, but on a future note can you please start ordering online. Also could’ve simply said I apologize but I am not able to do this right now all bigger orders of 50 copies must be done online. So whoever is the boss of the supervisor needs to teach her some customer skills or demote her. I come to you guys almost every week from my company and my business, I will start taking my business elsewhere if this is not brought it up to her attention. With an employee like this you will be losing customers.

I would give them no stars but I cant post unless I give them at least one.I purchased a computer and printer from Office Max Bend, OR. They were very helpful until I had problems. My computer was 2 years old and started having problems. I took it to them and they supposedly repaired it. NOT!!! I also took another computer to them about the same time. It was worse after they worked on it. My opinion is that they dont know how to repair computers. Go to a reputable computer repair service!

I exchanged a briefcase that I bought 2 months earlier that had defective zippers. They cheerfully exchanged it for another briefcase. Good customer service. I am pleased!

Purchased a chair that didnt have the hardware and I was mistakenly charged twice my transaction ($200+). When I brought in my receipt 3 times with an itemized bank statement from my bank representative showing the second transaction they told me they wouldnt give me my money back as their system didnt show the second transaction. They said they would look into the issue. I asked to speak with a store manager, I was told I could e-mail him/her from their website but couldnt actually speak with them. What happened to customer service? No manager?! I would recommend for anyone to use any other store other than Office Depot/Office Max. Try Staples. I certainly will not be shopping at Office Max again.

Employees were friendly and courteous. Prices are competitive. Its what you look for in a store.

They usually have what I am looking for when I shop for office type of stuff, and if they dont they can either order it for me and receive it quite quickly or direct me to where I might find the item.The staff is very knowledgeable and know the layout of the store and can quickly guide me to what I am looking for.

Placed an order through them and was given a date of delivery only to get a call stating it wont be delivered for another week. Was given some excuse but when asking for a tracking number and the delivery service, they didnt know but they said it has been shipped. Very poor customer service and will never order through them again.

Poor customer service, overheard an employee getting yelled at for helping a fellow customer, prefers profits over satisfaction, ladders disrupting aisle traffic, difficulty to locate a store employee when help is needed, poor bathroom cleanliness, the items I needed weren’t at this location and had to order it online from their store website. I’d prefer to go to Staples instead.

Website sucks. IT WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER.For two years I have been complaining that the website will not accept my mailing address, that it will not allow me to change it, that it will not allow me to update it, and that it will not allow me to put in an alternate address. Each time, I can not complete an order on line. Each time Ive had to call the order in. Each time I am promised that the problem will be passed on to the web design team and that the problem will be fixed. Two years later and no attempt has been made to fix the problem. The problem still exists.To make matters worse, I have yet to be transferred to a manager when I ask. I am either cut off or put on hold, one time for one hour!!!!!!!! Yes, I actually waited thinking that the agents were simply too lazy to pass on the complaint. Now Im convinced that there are no managers and Office Depot is playing the frustrate the buyer until they give up game.THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC. It doesnt care about its customers. And it turns out it doesnt care about making money either. I have never hoped a company goes out of business. But if Office Depot goes out of business, it deserves it!!!I have no choice today but to shop on E-bay, Amazon and Staples. Not only am I getting better prices, I can actually place an order without having to call customer service.

I found what I was looking for but they had changed the layout of the store since my last visit. The only thing keeping this store from being a 5-star was the absence of anyone asking if I needed help.

Had the most helpful sales associate, Kyler, today! He helped me on the phone and in person at the store. Very patient with my un-informed questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had the equipment I needed to get the job done. Everyone was helpful throughout the store! Thank you!

Was overcharged on a chair. They charged me for assembly after selling me the display model because it was all they had left. They wouldnt correct it. Also was supposed to get 20% off on one item, so that went against the $12 assembly fee, not the chair. Go to staples and save yourself the hassle.

I called the store here in Bend, and it took 12 rings before they answered and then they left me on hold. I wanted information about laminating but apparently my call was not important enough for them to pick up the phone and answer my questions. Taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, have desk on sale, but out of stock. Tell us to get it in will cost us another $80. Then told us one is coming on truck. to come back next day then told us it didnt come. Then said would order, but we had to come back in. This company is not interested in their customers, would not do business with this company again.

There is a friendly service and a corner for binding and printing.It is convenient for parking and has a variety of products, but I don’t think we have a lot of stock.This is the part that needs to be organized.
