The women in office at the bus barn are the rudest people to speak with. Called to get bus information and the woman helping me sighed when I asked questions. I called her out on it, at which point she straight up and decided to be professional. Called this morning to let them know the “updated” information sent over the weekend was wrong. That my child has yet to ride the bus because of it. She acted as though it was my fault for knowing the system is now correct. The two women who helped me are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. If you can’t do your job find one that you can do.

Ive talked with them on the phone a couple times and they are very nice.

My bus driver is mean and I got in trouble for playing music for my friend. He did not give me a warning or tell me to put my phone away. Then after playing two songs he told me to sit in the front until Christmas break. Bus driver of bus 78 and route 156

No staff would help us, thay sat at there desk and did not even look at me when I knocked on the glass door.

The bus drivers that drive the busses for La Pine high school like to harass the students on the bus and falsely accuse them
