LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! I bought a new laptop from here. The Toshiba satellite l55-c5136 which I highly recommend for gaming. They had it set up in one day and they set up my Microsoft office with my laptop and the set up there security system which I love!!! It doesnt give me a lot of errors and its strong and protective. Whenever I use this laptop the easy techs at staples set up I fell confidence, pride, and joy that this laptop feels unbreakable. they did a good job. Ive had problems with Toshiba in the past but this is the first Toshiba that works well. This is the best staples in the united states. I defiantly recommend this place if you want good service, people who listen to you and dont judge you and offer opinions, and friendly workers. If you want those qualitys come here. And if you come here for a laptop. Talk to the young guy with the beard and brown hair at the easy tech. He has lots of experience with computers/laptops/tablets/phones.

Good local store! Management has improved over the past few years. Bennington needs this store as its our only local source for office supplies. The UPS service is a bit slow.

I tried to repair a computer here and I buy many last minute office supplies here. They told me I had to buy a new computer because mine was shot. I really couldnt believe a 6 month old laptop could be shot when it has never sustained any damage. The tech tried to turn into a pushy sales guy trying to get me to buy a new laptop. I quickly googled to discover the Staples price was nearly double the online price for the same low quality laptop elsewhere. Later I had my brother look at the laptop they said was no good and he told me it simply needed to be refreshed. Dont let them talk you into buying new they lie.

This is like a B-school textbook example of a dying store. Everything about it screams that theyre out of money for the basics--demo products dont work or are just missing, especially in technology; theyre dreadfully understaffed and staff is completely unmotivated. Then theres the physical space. Its completely filthy and run down. Shelves are broken, the floors are destroyed, theres evidence of a basic lack of maintenance everywhere. If you went into a Blockbuster Video about five years ago, it looked like this. Shameful and inexcusable.

This Staples is located in Bennington, VT, not Woodford. I have tried to update the address multiple times, but Google keeps changing it back the wrong town name. Please note, Google maps, they share the same zip code, but Bennington is the larger community. I believe the local Chamber of Commerce has been in touch regarding this error.
