Great instructions and facility

This is an exceptionally professional and high class operation. The instructor is kid friendly and adult friendly - all ages are welcome and feel welcomed. Dont be intimidated by the fighting style, the classes and instruction are geared towards learning and keeping students safe. If you really want to get the most out of combative / self defense training then you need to be a part of this school.

Krav classes and jujitsu are awesome. Russ is an amazing instructor for both children and adults. My entire family enjoys going to classes with my kids absolutely loving it. Also its not over priced and an amazing value! Thank You Russ! great Job!
