We LOVE The Childrens Hour!!! We have had our 2 children here for a couple of years now. Our kids have had amazing teachers throughout our experience with minimal turnover. Management is very easy to communicate with and is quick to make any necessary changes. My kids have learned SO much throughout their time here. This preschool also recently earned their 3 stars for Better Beginnings. Lots of hard work & very much deserved. Keep up the great work!!

So far, so good. Im a pretty picky father. I have yanked my daughter out of a few different programs, some even accredited. I ended up picking The Childrens Hour because it was conveniently located on the way to work. She is happy when I pick her up. She usually doesnt want to leave either. Im actually shocked how much she likes it - because she switched from staying with her grandmother to having to go to daycare. I also like the way each of the teachers speak to my daughter too. They seem to be laid back, while maintaining a positive and upbeat tone. Plus, they are patient with me :) I usually have a billion questions etc.

My daughter has been at The Childrens Hour since she was 2 months old. She loves it there! All of her teachers have been wonderful over the years. Clean facility and nice management.

When I was a littler I went to this preschool the curriculum was great I loved all the colors and I mostly loved the teachers and the staff that worked there!! Now that I understand more about the preschool I love it even more! They have really fun Water day Wednesdays. I love this preschool and I definitely recommend it .

My child was in the childrens hour for 6 hours. I removed her promptly because they were not taking care of her like they should. When I went to drop her off no one said a word to me they just ignored the fact that I hadnt been there before. They didnt make me feel like my child was going to be taken care of. I also went to check on her at 3 and She still had a jacket on and it was 89 degrees outside. She is hot natured, which they wouldve known if they would have bothered to ask me anything when I dropped her off or to even talk to me when I said something. She was sweaty and hot. I never returned her after the first day. They also continued to charge me for the week after even though they were negligent in taking care of her. I paid $450 for my child to be there, not taken care of for 6 hours... PLEASE dont let them do the same to your child.

This center is a wonderful place to work at. My son also went here for years and loved it. I will always recommend The Childrens Hour to anyone looking for child care.

I have been at The Childrens Hour for just over a mo. My son and us have been so impressed with everything. We had to pull my son from another preschool and needed care ASAP. When we called the Childrens Hour they really went above and beyond to help. I called at 4:30pm the day I pulled him and the lady was able to get me in for a tour at 5:00pm, everyone else we called said it would have to be the next day or longer. I was happy with how the center looked and how nice everyone was on the tour. The only thing I found was they had some negative reviews online, after asking about this, the Asst. Director let me now that was from a previous owner. Long story short we started the next day and could not be happier.

It was really awesome experience with Childrens hour. Initial days my kid was crying for some time in the class room for the new place, but the management and the teacher took care him, with compassionate and after that he liked the school and made more friends for him.

Sam smith you dont know what the heck your talking about, I bet this isnt even your real name. I have worked for the center for almost 2 years and I love my kids and our staff is awesome but I have to say that the bosses are the best !

I love the this center not just because I work here but my son also went here as well and he was in good hands I didnt have to worry about him . He learned so much from his teachers he was ready for kindergarten when it was time for him to go.

My child has been come to the Childrens Hour for many months. It took some time for him to get used to class but he loves teachers now. He has learned a lot and I will take my next son here in few years.

My daughter is 12 weeks. I pay $175 a week at this facility. I brought my daughter in around 11:30 AM, there were only 2 caregivers to 9 babies 12 weeks-12 months old. This is just unacceptable although I was told that state law says 1 caregiver per 6 babies newborn-18 months for $175 a week wouldnt you expect more than bare minimum? Two people cannot keep up with that many babies. I was told the reason for inadequate staffing was that one person had quit last week and that a floater was sick. And that the room had been staffed with three people but when lunch breaks started only 2 were in the room for that period. I dont care its not my responsibility to worry if there is enough staffing so my baby gets quality care. 2 people with 9 babies is unacceptable for any amount of time. Then the office lady tried to reassure me that if the room became out of control or an emergency happened the office person would come in and help and that nothing had happened...more like nothing had happened yet! Thats why you need adequate staffing so control is kept and emergencies have very little chance of happening! Another problem for 9-12 babies they only have 1 functioning swing....really?? Parents have to bring in everything except burp rags including 5-6 bottles/nipples for sanitary reasons because they cannot wash and reuse due to there sink situation? But they will take bouncers off the floor, putting them in your childs crib then not replacing the sheet before laying your baby down. Needless to say my infant had her first cold in 3 days. Also they have a rule to change the babies diaper every hour. Unless your baby is saturating the diaper hourly and of course #2, its just wasteful. I brought in 34 diapers and 72 wipes, she was only there 4 days for 4-5 1/2 hours at a time. On the 5th day I was notified that she was not completely out but I needed to bring in more diapers/wipes. Wondering how in the world they could be close to being out I looked back at their daily connection sheet and seen they had been changing her diaper every hour. Imagine if she was there over 8 hours 5 days a week the extra expense on top of $175 a week! The last thing that is crazy that Im guessing the owners have the brand new detailed Denali that he/she backs up to the front doors taking up parking for parents. Im talking they have a space with markers across it so parents do not park there but Ive seen this Denali there 3 different times in 5 days. Makes me wonder were all the tuition goes! This place should be baby Paradise for the $ parents are spending! This place was overrated and over priced for the service. Although I gave the 2 stars because the ladies in the woobler room were very nice and good with the babies but just not enough of them to go around.

Very arrogant and nasty treatment from the management.
