Beautiful, beautiful store! Perfect place to bring kids or buy wrapping, stationary, or small whimsical trinkets. Pricey but really nice stuff. They also offer classes which are available in their newsletter.

Loved this shop, so sad it is closed. Happy to see art lesson space is still open.

Great ambiance to the place! I went to this store to shop for some pens as a graduation gift. They have a great selection that can satisfy your needs/budget and the staff was very helpful and friendly as you proceed on your shopping trip.

Very lovely, helpful staff. I bought a fountain pen and some ink for a friends birthday present and the staff made great suggestions, let me write a card, and even packed it up and shipped it.

Loved the set up, everything was labeled, with price, and most importantly the customer service, the two from desk were absolutely amazing, one of a kind ppl. They were so kind and genuinely congratulating us on my pregnancy and our baby soon to grace us with his presence in Dec. But again i would totally recommend this place to anyone who needs Crepe Paper Sheets, (best selection ever) !!!! If i ever need anything again i will drive down to this amazing gem.

Positively the best place in the east bay to find rare and special gifts for the writer in your life. Great book selection, as well as pens, ink, notebooks, fountain pens, curios, objet dart, rare parchment, marionettes, antique marbles, little cool dolls, etc. Take a sandwich and make a day if it!
