This is easily my favorite pole exercise/dance studio in the area. I signed up for their first time students deal and its a great value. Skilled teachers, good vibe, private and clean. Im definitely going to continue in the future.Shout out to Fatima, the instructor who subbed the class I took. She was not only approachable and knowledgeable but her love of dance/movement was contagious. I genuinely felt like the class was part dance therapy. Would definitely take a class with her again!

LOVE OPD! Staff, instructors, and other participants are so friendly and welcoming. The space is bright and airy, and I love the vibe. The pricing is pretty tough to beat, too. Cant wait to come more often!

Wonderful knowledgeable instructors. Great classes. I moved here in the summer having been a student at several other pole studios this one has an excellent balance of strength conditioning, stretching & lots new pole moves & instruction. I love it here!

Kirsten subed a core strength and conditioning class and she kicked my butt! In all the good ways. She was fun and also willing to talk about and help me work around my injury/disability. I felt like she really cares about the success of each of her students. I wish she taught this class every week!
