Our daughter was recently invited to buddy week at Kinder Karate. She absolutely loved it. Mrs. C is simply amazing with the kids, I’ve never seen anyone as patient as she is. Parents watch every class, so you always know what they are working on each week. I would recommend this for everyone. She’s learning so much. They talk each week about different character words (so far we’ve had initiative and gratefulness). She has been applying them in her daily life, what more could you ask for?!

Our 3 year old loves the class and we have already seen improvements in his listening skills at home after only 3 classes! We recently had our son evaluated with DART, and when we told them he had just started at Kinder Karate they said it was the perfect program for him and they were actually going to recommend checking it out!

My son started Kinder Karate about a month ago and he absolutely loves it (he just turned 4). His older sister does taekwondo and he wanted to as well, but he was too young for the place where she goes. We stumbled across Kinder Karate and its perfect! The classes are 30 minutes long, which is great for this age group because it can be a little like herding cats at some points. Mrs. C has a TON of patience! He really looks forward to going every week.

Really like the discipline my son is learning. Mrs. C is great at keeping the kids in line! The teachers make it really fun for the kids and they get some good exercise.

Our son just turned 4 and we were looking to get him into an activity that would keep his interest while also keeping him active. On his first night, he was very shy and reserved. Mrs. C let him watch but continued to check on him to see if he was ready to join in...by the end of the class he was running the obstacle course with his new friends. Now he asks me every morning if he gets to go to Karate that day - he really enjoys the class. The instructors are very nice and work so well with the kids and are great with keeping the parents informed of all happenings with the program. We have already recommended the program to quite a few friends!

Wonderful group with great teachers, was not sure if my child would take a liking to it at first, but after the trial run she definitely wanted to continue.... Something I rarely hear with new activities and her. -E

Our son just turned four and has been attending Kinder Karate in Bethel Park for a few weeks now. He absolutely loves it! He loves his teacher and is so excited to go every week to see what new things he will learn. As a parent, I love knowing that not only he will learn basic karate skills and knowledge, but also that he is being taught how pay attention, listen to others, and respect others. We are so happy that we found Kinder Karate and are eager to have our son continue in this program.

Kinder karate has been a wonderful experience for my son. I like that the program is specifically tailored for preschool and kindergarten aged kids. My child loves the classes because he is learning basic karate movements and I love it because it is teaching him discipline, respect, good listening, and other important values. Ms. C is an amazing teacher and I have even learned some techniques for working with children while watching her. She is patient and kind, but firm. My child loves Kinder karate and we plan on continuing to take him to classes. He has so much fun. I recommend this program highly.

Our 4 1/2 years old loves the Kinder Karate classes. He is eager to go there every time and he likes to practice at home some of the moves. The class is tailored for preschool age and manage to retain their attention. We highly recommend it!

My daughter is 5 1/2 and REALLY wanted to take Karate. We found Kinder Karate and couldnt be more pleased with the classes shes taken so far. The teachers are kind and patient with the children, and they are engaged the whole time. My daughter loves it and cant wait to go back each week.

My son just finished his third class at Kinder Karate and got to break a board. He was so excited and cant wait to go back to karate again next week. He is a very active 3.5 year old, and Kara works will with engaging the kids in being active and focused during the 30 minute class. Im looking forward to see what other changes this class brings for my son. I truly appreciate that it focuses on building character as well as coordination!

This has been one of the best experiences for my son. Mrs. C not only teaches the children karate techniques, but also teaches them self control, self worth and confidence in themselves. I highly recommend this program !!

We were looking for activities that would expose my three year old to new skills. Kinder Karate provides a great opportunity for my son to grow mentally and physically. Mr. and Mrs. C are engaging and compassionate creating an environment where children can learn and grow. I would recommend the class to all parents.

My 5 year old has really blossomed in this program! The instruction and motivation has been exceptional for building my sons confidence to try new things. Each week I see him grow a little more. All of the instructors have been kind and compassionate and wonderful teachers. I am very happy with the program!

This is my sons first time trying karate. He really enjoys it. I like that they also incorporate character into the class. Its only 30 minutes long and goes very fast.

This class has been wonderful for my energetic four year old. I was looking for an activity to increase his listening skills and ability to focus, while still having fun. Mrs. Czerniak does a great job balancing physical activity and discipline and my son looks forward to karate class all week!

My 5 yr old is 4 weeks into the program and so far I am impressed. Mrs. Czerniak is awesome! My son is attentive and responds well to her and I noticed all the other children do also. He learns life skills such as focus, self-control, discipline, respect and team work along with all the basic karate moves while having fun. The program is also set up to help your child significantly with building self esteem, confidence and any struggles a child may have concerning anxiety/shyness. There is no pressure, just a truly calm, fun atmosphere for everyone to be in, including the parents. Every week he looks forward to the class. He is excited, and ecstatic about his accomplishments which in turn makes me so happy and proud. Mrs.C. was wonderful at getting me the information I needed and talking to me about my concerns. She is kind and compassionate. If your looking for an activity for your child to learn and grow from I highly recommend the Kinder Karate program.

This has been the best program for my son! In just the few weeks we have been coming we have seen such a change in his behavior! If i could give 100 stars i would!!

Although we are still at the beginning of our Kinder Karate journey I am already impressed with the class and excited about what is bound to be a tremendous growth experience for my son. Mrs C. makes class so fun and integrates multiple techniques (including obstacle courses, games and music) to keep the kids engaged. She also has a gentle and encouraging way of getting a child to participate even when they are feeling shy and apprehensive. Overall a great experience. Anyone that can get my 3 year old to follow directions for almost a full 30 minutes has two thumbs up in my book!

Our son has Aspergers and has really enjoyed this class! The instructors are patient and keep the directions simple for the kids to follow. I can see the confidence he feels in himself already!

My daughter was invited to attend a class as a buddy with her friend who has been going to KinderKarate for some time. My daughter took to it right away. The instructors were welcoming and kind, as well as able to gain my daughters attention and focus effortlessly. We are so happy to have found KinderKarate. It has helped her focus and confidence.

We were looking for an activity for my 5 yo GS that would be a good foundation for other activities later on and this is perfect for him!Kara provides a welcoming and supportive environment for kids and for a 1st group participation that is very important. The class last half an hour and includes the karate moves they need to know for the week and also at the end of the class they do what’s called I believe character building words; such as empathy, kindness, etc.If you are looking for an overall great 1st group participation sport that helps them expend engery, teaches physical and social skills this one may be just for your child!

Amazing Program! The best we have been to!! My son is 4 going on 5 in October and he loves this class! He has learned so much already including Patience and listening skills. It is a wonderful learning environment where he is still having lots of fun! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My son is enrolled in the 3 year class and really enjoys it. He has fun, yet is learning listening skills and discipline. Cherry on top...watching a 3 yr old work on his snap kick is just adorable!!

We went through the trial period and our daughter learned so much already. The classes keep their attention and are built with fun in mind. My kiddo couldnt wait to sign up for real and were looking forward to a long, educational and exciting road ahead with this program. Highly recommended for any parents who may have shy or anxious little ones at home!

My 4-year old just started this program and he loves it. I am amazed at how much he has learned in just a few weeks and the discipline and self-control he exhibits during class is impressive. He loves this class and its the only thing weve been able to get him to participate in.

My son is almost 6. He really enjoys learning the stances and the numbers. I am thrilled with his concentration and attention - he comes home very proud of the stripe hes earned for demonstrating a skill.The class is a nice size, the instructor handles the kids well - they know who is in charge, but the instructor is gentle with guidance to pay attention and behave.I would recommend this as an introduction to Karate for a young child.

My boys are 4 years old and really enjoy Kinder Karate. As 4 year old boys, have so much energy. The program helps them not only harness that energy but constructively use it to develop ability to focus, follow directions, build confidence and even learn Korean words. I know they look forward to learning more!!

My 3 year old daughter loves Kinder Karate! Its a great way for her to have fun and interact with other kids her age while learning to follow directions, gain self confidence, and stay active. My daughter takes a very long time to warm up to people and Kara has been very encouraging and patient with her. I highly recommend Kinder Karate!

I absolutely love this program. My 6 year old is learning self control, respect, and hes having fun. I dont know how Kara does it but she has the patience of a Saint. She manages to keep the class in line without ever raising her voice. I am so thankful for Kinder Karate!

My 4 year old daughter has loved her first 3 classes. I have found the class to be a wonderful way to help focus some of her energy and to help strengthen her listening skills. I have been impressed to see how quickly she has learned skills and how eager she is to practice at home. I also really appreciate that Mrs. C incorporates character building into each class!

Kara the teacher is nice and good. her daughter helps out and that works out well. There is no yelling or being mean to the kids. Its amazing what she can teach 6-8 kids in 30 mins. The kids are so cute to watch.

This was the first class my 4 year old son has ever taken and he absolutely loves it! He was very shy at first but Kara made him feel welcome and comfortable. It amazes me how much he has adjusted to the program in just a few short weeks. This is a great program for kids and I highly recommend it!

Wonderful program! My hyper 5 year old remembers his moves and wants to practice at home. The teacher is patient yet firm with the students and she gently commands attention.

My 4 year old has really enjoyed coming to the Kinder Karate classes with both Mr. & Mrs. Czerniak. They are wonderful with preschool age children and really do a great job holding their attention during class. Our family recommends Kinder Karate for any preschool age child. My child has fun while he learns the basics and loves going to class!

Ive been so impressed with the Kinder Karate program. Mrs. Czerniak is patient and kind. The kids just get in line and do (mostly) what she asks. Lets face it, they are small kids. :) My sons listening skills and confidence have improved so much since he started attending. I cant recommend it enough!

My 4 year old son Landon is enjoying this class very much! Its so nice to see him break out of his shell and follow instruction from another adult that is not related to him. The instructor is wonderful and my son has learned lots in just the month he has been there!

My son who is 5 just loves the Kinder Karate Class. He has always been the type of kid who needs to follow direction 100 percent. And he would get discouraged when he would do drills in other activities he has done and the other kids would just run as if it were a race instead of doing the drills properly. My son would be the last one doing the drills, and I would have to console my then 4 yr old to explain that he was the only one doing it correct. With Kinder Karate they focus more on the individual kid then the group as one. As parents we know that all kids are not the same, equal or ever at the same level. The Staff here really understands and they find a way to focus on all kids at once on their level! Kudos to them!!!!

My 4.5 y/o LOVES Kinder Karate! Kara Czerniak has a great level of patience and she really gives all of the kids one on one attention. Her class provides a positive learning environment that is fun. So glad this program is available.

My son was so excited to be going for a tryout for karate class. Mrs Czerniak was very good at getting me all the information we needed, and letting us know what the program was all about. My son enjoyed his first trial class and was excited to go back. Mrs Czerniak was very good on helping my son with him being the new one to the class. I like how she teaches the respect aspect of life and makes them do it at the beginning and end of each class! Looking forward to see how much he learns!

If you are looking for an all-around great activity for your kiddo, I highly recommend Kinder Karate. Mrs. C is a very patient and knowledgeable instructor that encourages the littlest karate enthusiasts. She teaches discipline (I love the little ones saying Yes, maam!) as well as the basic fundamental block and kick movements. The little ones really respond well to Mrs. Cs formula of practice and repetition. We are only into week 5 and my 4-1/2 year old is counting to 5 in Korean!My son tends to be shy around groups but has broken out of his shell to show off his new maneuvers and counting abilities to friends and family (or now any passing neighbor!). His newfound confidence is really great to witness and he looks forward to class every week. The class locations and times are very convenient and Mrs. C teaches every single class - you will not get a teenager leading your child through stretches and pseudo karate moves. We are so glad we found Kinder Karate!

I recently enrolled my daughter in Kinder Karate. She loves it and is excited to learn new skills each week! She can be timid at times and Kinder Karate has been great for her confidence!

My 3 year old just started this program a few weeks ago. He loves it. He is learning far beyond Karate. The excitement in his voice when he shares what he learned with family and friends is priceless.

My 5yo just began lessons there and she is excited to return every week! Their structure works very well for her, and we appreciate that it is developmentally focused training.

This program has helped my young children learn to focus and follow directions. It has also improved their balance and coordination, which has benefitted them in other sports. They have a lot of fun while learning the techniques.

My son just started at Kinder Karate a few weeks ago after seeing his cousins ninjability show. Kara Czerniak teaches his 5-6 year old class. She is very patient with my son & even talks to me after class when I feel like he didnt listen much. Im hoping the class helps him in this area. Were looking forward to hopefully growing up through Kinder Karate.

My son C.J. (5) attends at Bethel Park. We have only been going for about a month and we are complete hooked. He has learned so much and already has grown in so many ways. The Korean that they learn is great for class, and for working on memorization skills. We also love the discipline that it teaches, and he loves his teacher! We are more then happy that we have joined!

My son is 4 and decided he wanted to do karate and we came across Kinder Karate online. I signed him up for a trial period and he loved it so much that we signed him up. He has some difficulty with listening and patience, but Kara is always so wonderful with him and the rest of the students. Since weve signed him up he is starting to listen on the 2nd or 3rd time, rather than the 6th or 7th time. Thats a huge improvement in our house! Hes also starting to reply with yes maam and yes sir when asked to do something. I cant wait to see how much more the program helps him as he stays with it!
