The receptionist named Jess is very rude. Does not exchange pleasantries or greet you, does not say please or thank you. She just tells you what to do.Or maybe its just me. How dare I ask if I had the right day? She proceeded to scold me for asking, telling me why I should accept my appointment being 45 min late.Everyone else is very nice but this receptionist ruins the experience.
