My daughter did an Ahpetito! after-school class this past semester. She came home every Monday inspired to help at dinner and excited to have us taste the delicious recipes they did in class. She opened up to tasting new ingredients and is now more aware of what it takes to actually prepare meals. I also had the opportunity to attend one of the classes and was happy to see how engaged the kids were in the process. Ms Cannon managed the class beautifully, keeping the kids engaged, guiding them in hands-on tasks, and prompting their curiosity with the right questions. We look forward to attending many more classes!

Love this class! Kids give it rave reviews each week. My kids are actually eating things like -- vegetables - because they made it with Ms. Cannon during this awesome little class. Caitlin is a wonderful, patient and enthusiastic teacher. Gone are the days of my kids only watching coking shows, now they actually want to help out in the kitchen and are more adventurous eaters. Two thumbs up for this afterschool activity!!

Caitlin is fantastic with the kids, she has a special passion for teaching and my daughter (11 years old) has loved learning to cook with her!
