Staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Sean & Kyle are awesome gatekeepers and make every effort to ensure everyone is happy. Kudos to Tony, Sam & Skye for being awesome instructors that keep things focused and fun.

The teachers and instructors are very talented. Bach2Rock is such a unique experience for kids who want to learn music, even more so if they want to join others in a band, which many are encouraged to do. They offer bands many opportunities to play during the course of the year in small venues. The Battle of the Bands is an all day event with different age categories from little ones to adults reliving their youth through music. The summer programs are a great way to introduce kids to a week of music where they record a CD and have a band performance after just 5 days. My son has been going to B2R for 4 or 5 years now.

Our girls had an AMAZING birthday party! I love the variety of party options you provide. You have a celebration for every age group, which we loved. We couldnt have asked for a more helpful team to help us make this day so special. The Bach to Rock team was so kind and willing to lend a hand the entire time. I highly recommend! Thanks :)

I am an adult and I started taking piano lessons at B2Rock five years ago. I started from nothing since I had not studied music before. Now, thanks to the guidance of several fantastic teachers, I have had over the years, and to my effort, I am playing some nice pieces, and I can read music. I am very satisfied with my progress. Stopping at the desk and asking about lessons for adults, like me, was a great decision.

You have always found a good teacher and a convenient time slot for our guys to get together and play together. You have equipment, rooms, a pleasant staff, all very convenient. Then, you have always provided performance opportunities for them a few times a year, which is great for them to work for. Thank you!

Bach to Rock is an amazing place with very talented teachers, great equipment, and a welcoming environment. I have thoroughly enjoyed escaping my normal routine each week to do what I love most--sing! This place is NOT just for kids--Im a mom!

My grandson loved his 7th birthday party at Back to Rock and now wants to go to summer camp. He plays piano and writes songs. We are so fortunate to have this music option in Bethesda.

Do not enroll in music lessons at Bach to Rock. As a former instructor there, I can attest that the curriculum is full of errors, the instructors and administrators are largely incompetent, and the meager wage paid to the staff is entirely exploitative. There are more than enough qualified private and affiliated music instructors in the DMV area for you or your child to receive a quality music education. At Bach to Rock you will only waste your money and time, and possibly even damage your child’s musical development. The directors of this company should be ashamed of themselves for attempting to pass this exploitative, profit-driven scheme as music education. An added note that illuminates just how disingenuous this company is: there is no Bach in their “curriculum.” Bach to Rock is like if you had a restaurant called Sandwiches and Coffee, but only sold really terrible, stale instant coffee.

The teachers are great and they are very flexible with our schedule.

Qualified instructors and staff at this facility. Scheduling a lesson is easy. Always get a reply withing 2 hours, when a question has been asked over the email. Bottom line, this place rocks.

My child has taken voice and guitar at Bach to Rock, Bethesda and it has been so beneficial. The teachers are patient, friendly and challenge their students to do their very best. My child has NO stage fright and is completely confident with performing.

The B2R staff are friendly, helpful, and accessible. The instructors are fun, musically talented, knowledgeable, and dedicated. And most importantly, my daughter looks forward to her sessions, is excited about her instrument, and has fun jamming out with her bandmates. Exactly what wed hoped for!

Our experience was not so great. During a couple of lessons, the guitar instructor to our daughter told her he was extremely tired from having stayed out all night. Additionally, when my daughter was sick and we needed to cancel her lesson we were told wed be charged anyway.

My daughter is always looking forward to go to B2R to learn her part as a band in the past 3 years. Thank you so much for the great teaching, guidance, team work, discipline, and developing the joy of music!
