My 5 year old is so happy here! Her teacher Miss Ashley is energetic and enthusiastic. She cares about each child and has exceptional patience. The center is clean, secure and has tons of space for the kiddos to run around. The owner and leadership is responsive and communicative. Highly recommend!

I went there to enroll my son but the lady did not have the prices correct. I was told one price but then got a call saying a different price days after. I Was not trying to negotiate any kind of special deal, which is what they said I was trying to do. I was going to pay the same full time price for my son to attend there, just thought there was a different down payment due because of false information told to me at the interview so I went elsewhere. When I went to get my sons physical papers back, the owner said loud enough for me to hear “they were trying to pull a scam”. How unprofessional. Very disorganized center. Look for other daycares before you choose this one. If they had they information correct the first time they told me there would not be any “What if” questions. Why would I try to pull a scam if I NEED daycare. Anyway found another one that’s better. Thank God! This back and forth with a daycare is ANOTHER reason why I’m glad I chose different.

My son has been part of the Creative Kids Club family for over 7 years. I could not have found a better place. Everyday when I dropped him off I knew he was treated like family. I feel that Creative Kids Club was instrumental in helping him to be the well rounded person he is today. I would recommended them to anyone looking for a great daycare in the Lehigh Valley.

This is the best childcare that I have ever encountered. The teachers are amazing, the owners are very family oriented. Everyone who works there is very friendly and kind! They attend to each childs individual needs! I feel extremely safe leaving my child in their hands!

This place does not put the children’s safety first. They care more about making money than the children. It’s always freezing when you drop your kids off, they refuse to turn the heat on, so then the kids have to suffer from being cold. They always seem to be out of ratio, especially in the mornings and the director just sits in her office on her phone with no care in the world. They’re toilets are always overflowing and don’t flush properly, I walked into the infant room and the sink doesn’t drain properly so now they have dirty sitting water. I have witnessed staff the director and the owners restraining kids who are out of control! The safety of the other children is not, very obviously, their main concern. They refuse to kick out kids who deliberately hurt other child for no apparent reasons. My child comes home with marks all over, and when you confront the director, she says there’s nothing she can do about it! This place is awful and I would 100% not recommend it to anyone!! Please, if you care for your child and their safety, DO NOT even think of this center! It doesn’t even deserve one star!

Supervision of Children is Job One at Creative Kids Club! The team members, managers, and owners take child supervision very seriously at Creative Kids Club. Everyone at the center is responsible for ensuring the center complies with the PA Department of Human Services regulations regarding child supervision. This means that all the program areas have the appropriate number of team members to children based on the age group of the children. In addition, team members are assigned specific children and must know where the children are at all times.By complying with supervision standards and state regulations, we are able to provide the children with a safety and health early childhood education environment.

It will be our tenth year using Creative Kids Club which came highly recommended. I have been exceedingly happy with the care and education they have provided for my children. There is an organized schedule for each age group which includes education, indoor play time, outside time, story time and various other activities. The center makes certain that the concepts and skills that are taught adequately prepare children for a successful kindergarten year. The management and staff are patient and kind while still maintaining discipline when needed. They have become a part of our family! It is always difficult to leave your children in someone else’s care and finding a child care provider you can trust is vital. Both my children were happy, well cared for and comfortable from day one!

This place is owned by careless money hungry people. Do not send your child here. I was self pay and the workers were outwardly rude and disrespectful to my husband and I. The owner was very rude and did not even have the decency to look me in the eye and say hello in the morning , and seemed very annoyed when I would ask him for the door code. No social skills whatsoever to clients choosing THEIR daycare . One worker came up to me rudely telling me it was not my sons day to be there and I had to verify with the director that it was his scheduled day. Every time I would pick my son up he would have snot and food crusted onto his face as if No One wiped it for hours. Very bad and sketchy atmosphere.

Great school if your into sending your students to a closed down place that wont watch or care for your kids. Nothing but horror stories come out of this place. There are reasons they are being shut down. Would never recommended your children here. All of there licenses have been revoked even the provisional. Please care about your children and do not send them here.

There was a child who choked/puked up wall parts in the toddler 1 room infront of the kitchen area and the dugans did nothing about it. What they did was put a cubby to cover the wall. Months later the same child choked again so what they did was put “tape” on it to “fix it”. Also there’s a wall in the same room that has a carpet that completely pulled off the wall and had nails sticking out! She yells at the teachers when she sees kids behind it instead of taking care of it out or just fixing it. Any of those kids could of swallowed the nails !!! the Director has been caught several times with an employee smoking cigarretts in her car right infront of the daycare !! They’re always out of ratio!! She also has allowed kids who are hyper active in the BABY ROOM! Kids have been running out of the building and they never took precautions they just go and yell at the teachers when they’re doing the best they can to sustain the problem!! Horrible and i mean HORRIBLE place to put your kids in.

If you care about the safety and comfort of your child, then this place is not it. I removed my 11 month old child from there services, because I was tired of the stress in worrying if my child was being cared for properly. Sniffling from long amounts of crying, scratches on her body unreported and her coming home with constant wet clothes when I packed 2 spare outfits in case of an accident. Disturbed, upset and disgusted by the level of service I received.I paid her full tuition in case w/o subsidy, no offense or shade to the parents who receive assistance. This is just an outrage. Im demanding a refund of my deposit!

We would like to take this opportunity to review with you the chain of events that occurred yesterday. The procedure that we followed yesterday was outlined in the Emergency Evacuation Procedure that was provided at the time a child is enrolled. At 11:45 AM yesterday morning, we were order to evacuate the building by the Hanover Township Fire & EMS Departments because of a suspected gas leak in the complex where Creative Kids Club is located. During this evacuation, all infants had their coats and hats on as well as being wrapped in blankets and placed in cribs and rolled out in front of the center. At 12:00 noon, Hanover Township Fire & EMS Departments advised us that we were cleared to return to the building because no gas was detected in our suite. Since we were not instructed to activate our Emergency Evacuation Plan, we considered the evacuation as a fire drill and proceeded with our normal routine. At 12:55 PM yesterday afternoon, the Hanover Township Fire & EMS Departments ORDERED us to activate our Emergency Evacuation Plan. Hanover Township Fire & EMS Departments summoned two buses to transport the children to the temporary location that was indicated in the Emergency Evacuation Plan. Natasha Steltz, center director, supervised the evacuation of the children in the infant room. All infants were placed in their coats and wrapped in blankets to be placed in port-a-cribs and transferred to the buses. The buses that were summoned by the Hanover Township Fire & EMS Departments were heated at all times. Infant Car Seats that were left at the center for the children were also transferred to the bus. Once on the bus, infants that had car seats were placed in their own car seats and covered with blankets. Food and supplies for all infants and children were also transferred to the bus as part of evacuation procedure. At 1:00 PM, Mr. Dugan contacted the regional director of the Department of Human Services (Gina Lynn) and advised her that we needed to evacuate the center. The regional director instructed Mr. Dugan to follow the plan and keep her posted throughout the day. Mr. Dugan was told he had to stick close to Fire/EMS command center and designated Grady Hills as the liaison between himself, the staff and children on the bus.Once all the children were accounted for on the the bus, the staff commenced contacting parents, using cell phones, to notify parents that we were moving the children to the Best Western Hotel and they should come to pick-up their children. During this process, a representative of Hanover Township Fire & EMS Department instructed the staff to stop calling parents and wait for further instructions. At that point, a majority of the parents had already been contacted; however, because we were contacting parents in alphabetical order (according to last name) we had not yet reached your name on the list. Mr. Dugan was not aware that these instructions were given to the Creative Kids Club staff aboard the bus. Mr. Dugan immediately overturned the Fire & EMS Departments instructions and ordered the staff to continue contacting parents. While on the bus, because of the warmth, the childrens jackets were removed , but blankets were kept on them for added warmth. No child was out in the freezing cold for 3 hours.Things were further complicated by the Fire & EMS Departments decision to hold the buses until the paramedics had time to check all the children and staff on the bus; once the paramedics completed their assessments we were advised that we were going to remain on the bus and not move because of possible environmental contamination in the complex. During the time the children were on the bus they were fed and had their diapers changed as needed. At all times, the safety and well being of all the children were our top priority. At 3:20 pm the Fire & EMS Departments gave the all clear. In addition, just prior to the evacuation, our state compliance office - Cindy Koder, completed an unannounced inspection and found us to be in total compliance with DHS regulations.
