I brought my 2017 MacBook Pro in to be diagnosed and was extremely satisfied with how well Tim helped me! He did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, explaining to me what was happening with my Mac, and giving me next step options. Would highly recommend Double Click and especially Tim when servicing an Apple product.

I’m a two way radio technician and IT development. Fantastic store from what i could see bring in there. Fancy! Great service and willing to help. Fixed my issue in less than 10 mins. Also forget the Apple store. Come here, you won’t regret it. It’s a hidden gem.

I came here because I was having an issue with my Apple Watch that I had less than a week (I bought it from my wireless provider). I spoke to someone at Apple (which takes forever, as I’m sure you know if you ever have to do that) and they gave me the option to bring the watch to Double Click or the Apple store in the mall. I chose Double Click because it was closer to my house and they had more appointments available. The person I worked with was honest with me and told me that if it was determined that my watch had to go back to Apple, they would have to send it out and wait for Apple to send my replacement because they don’t stock them like the Apple store does. I went with them anyway because I didn’t feel like driving to the mall and dealing with the crowded store. I could deal with a few days without my watch (I had it less than a week, I wasn’t THAT attached yet!)My experience with them overall was great. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and just a much less stressful experience than the Apple store where I feel like they are trying to rush you in and out because it is always so busy. Because they are authorized with Apple, I learned that I can just make an appointment with them going forward if I have an issue with my Apple products rather than dealing with Apple directly. I can’t say enough how much less stressful it was dealing with them. Plus, they have an actual phone number without a million prompts so you can talk to a human right away. Who does that anymore?! Love it.Bonus: they are dog friendly and have two adorable Westies that greet you when you come in. Westies are a pretty low allergen breed and they are so well behaved and don’t jump on you or anything if you’re not a dog person (I am a HUGE dog person, so I was LOVING it!). I didn’t want to leave after my appointment because they were so adorable!Tl;dr: save yourself the headache of dealing with Apple support or going to the Apple store and check them out next time you’re having issues with your Apple products.

Been doing business with them for over 20 years - wouldnt go anywhere else. They know what theyre doing. Great service. Honest. Knowledgable. Its great to have a local place where they understand you - not some big faceless corporation. I highly recommend Double Click (ive send many people there - and they all thank me for it).

Double Click was able to recover the data from my iMac after the Apple Store was unable to do so and referred me to this location. Very professional and fast turn around. Pricing was very fair and all processes were explained in plain english not tech jargon.Along with great service (out of warranty and AppleCare repairs) they sell new Mac products same price as Apple! I would not hesitate to return for service or to purchase a new Mac, much better experience than the Apple Store.

These guys are great for any Mac repairs!! A few years ago, they were able to repair my computer that had coffee spilled on it. I didnt even lose anything! And today, I walked in because my wifi decided to just disappear. They had it up in running in about ten minutes. They were able to tell me it wasnt a hardware issue and we discovered it was a rather quick fix (booting it up in safe mode fixed the problem.)Love them!

Worst services I’ve ever experienced from a computer store. Dropped off my computer for a simple tune up on Monday morning and was told it would be 1-2 business days (Wednesday). Called on Thursday and they told me it was FORGOTTEN and no one had looked at it so it wouldn’t be done until Friday. I received NO phone call about this. The owner/manager of the store, Michael, was very very rude to me on the phone. When I asked for him to make this discrepancy right he implied I was being unreasonable. I will never have my computer serviced here again. Awful awful management. I am a physician at a local hospital and will be sure to inform all my colleagues of the terrible service I received here. Do yourself a favor and just go to Best Buy. It’s worth the extra expense not to deal with this headache. Trust me.

This company is incredible! I called Apple because I had the blinking question mark folder on my 2012 MacBook Pro and they diagnosed it as a bad hard drive and a $500 repair cost. They told me I could give these guys a call and see what they want to do. So I contacted them, dropped the computer off, and the guy tells me the 2012 model is known for a bad hard drive wire. Which is a $30 part that they have in stock. I dropped it off Wednesday and it was fixed later that same day! An unnecessary $500 repair became a simple and easy fix by a great company! Can’t recommend them enough!

After a frustrating and fruitless visit to the Lehigh Valley Apple Store I looked for another option. Double Click Computers offered a refreshingly expeditious and precise repair option after the Apple Store failed to produce a solution. They were able to recover my data and correct the issue with my MacBook for a fraction of both the time and cost Apple had quoted. I will confidently recommend Double Click in the future!

I was tended to immediately and the guy there was super nice. I had a known hardware issue that they were able to resolve pretty quickly. Even though my repair was free, they were upfront about their costs. There were no surprises. Not only did they replace the faulty hardware in my mac, but they also ran through my HD to make sure I wouldnt encounter future issues. Glad I went here.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Clean spot with reasonable prices. Ive owned my MacBook Air for 5 years and ran into my first problem due to a malfunction from an update, stopped by and was immediately attended to with the addition to being told to drop it off and itll be ready in a hour or so! They even cleaned my laptop and fixed an issue with the floppy screen which wasnt even mentioned. Im very pleased with the service received and will come here for any future problems. Visit here before the Apple store!BONUS POINTS because they have the cutest and most friendly dogs for emotional support :)

This place is amazing. I hate the apple store, but the personalized service here is awesome. I work from home, and remote anywhere, so when my MacBook was terribly infected with Malware, I needed it resolved and FAST. Double Click did just that, we dropped it off intending to get the $79 tune up, and should be done by the end of the day. To my surprise it was ready in an hour, and they managed to remove the malware without having to tune up the machine, which was only $26.50 and saved my company $52.50! It was a nice feeling to get treated right and save money, compared to Apple where it seems they want to just make as much money off of you as possible!

DO NOT come here! I normally do not post reviews like this but this is such a scam and I dont want anyone else to get screwed over like I did. They replaced the battery in my iPhone. Charged me $20 more than Apple would have but they got me in faster, so whatever. After that point I noticed my Bluetooth wasnt working. Thought it was a coincidence until I had apple support run diagnostics on it and they said it was a hardware issue that may have occurred at the time of my battery replacement.I called them back and they said that oh yeah theres risk of damage with battery repair by the way and said all they could do for me would be to replace my phone for $300!!All of a sudden what should have been a $30 battery replacement has turned into a $350 repair. If thats not a scam, I dont know what is.---------UPDATE: Double Click Computers reached out to me to try to fix the situation, ONLY after I left a public negative review. Initially there was nothing they could do. Ultimately they ended up choosing not to do anything about it regardless. I spent a decent amount of time talking with Apple Support and in the Apple Store and everyone was appalled that they refused to take responsibility for their mistake and did not repair/replace my phone for free...which is what Apple ended up doing as they felt responsible for recommending Double Click Computers in the first place. So, my comment stands, avoid Double Click Computers at all cost. Just suck it up and wait to get in with the Apple Store instead.

Despite good customer service over the years, and the managers three adorable dogs distracting customers in the shop, Im sorry to report that, in addition to being forced by Apple to charge me nearly two hundred dollars extra to keep my Mac notebooks failed part, the repair was either not correctly, or the replacement part was faulty. I have had to change my travel plans to bring it back for a second repair.

I have previously had good experiences here, but the last few visits and phone calls were terrible. There is an air of disinterest with every associate. As if they couldnt be bothered to help you, unless pressed, and even then its begrudgingly. I asked about the cost of a replacement battery for my Macbook. The associate shrugged said, Dont know. I asked, Should I expect it to be the same as the Apple store? He said, Yeah, its the same. Then suddenly, he knew the answer. Itll be $179. Meanwhile, the Apple store quoted me $129 for the same replacement. The price was an issue, but more than anything its the extraordinary lack of customer service that seeps from the building. Ive walked in there several times and stood (in an empty showroom), completely ignored for several minutes while associates talk amongst themselves or simply walk right by you without a single word. I used to go there because its conveniently located and I like supporting a small local business, but now much rather take the longer drive to Whitehall where I am warmly welcomed as soon I walk in the door and instantly attended to by a pleasant employee.

First of all, I want to mention that I am not the kind of person to publically post negative things about anybody on the internet. However, I was so upset about how I was treated at this establishment, that if I can save one person the time and energy it will be worth it. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. I was 100% honest when I went there and stated that I did not know what I was doing as technology is not something that I know much about because I wanted to get their expert opinion. This was then given eye rolling, deep sighs of frustration, and extreme distain when I would ask any questions. I went in to ask a question which was answered with Umm..I dont know. N follow up, no asking questions, no help. TERRIBLE customer service.

Hats off to Mike and his team at Double-Click. I had a problem with my aging iMac and they not only fixed it but told me that if the computer continued to have issues (no fault of theirs) they would credit me the cost of my repair if I was forced to upgrade. I was, and they did. Further, knowing I use this computer every day for work, Mike made sure I got a new system migrated over the weekend, so Monday morning was not hellish. He did the migration reboxed the new iMac and even signed me up for everything I would have had to do myself. I literally could not ask for a better experience. Shop local !!!
