Ive worked at and trained at multiple studios across years, only stopped here because of a move.Many differences between studios, some a matter of taste. For example, this studio is less formal and struct than many. Many love this, and the staff WILL hold the structure, its just less formal in the traditional rules.Many studios break training down to belt levels, but curriculum here is adjustable to all levels in a cycle. Theres still progression and perfection, and while it strives less on rapid learning and perfection, it takes time to practice the same moves over and over, by all levels.If youre older or want a boot camp for your child, Ive been to many stricter schools, but of you want a family environment that still teaches self defense and discipline, I highly suggest Action Karate Bethlehem, specifically.

My boys LOVE this place! They took Covid precautions and they always offer fun events! They offer in person and virtual classes and you can switch between. It works great for us when kids are sick or we cant make it into a session. All the instructors are amazing!I only wish that classes were longer!

Excellent and knowledgeable instructors. My son loves it here as he has been going here for over a year now. Professional and enthusiastic. Very clean environment. Overall a great place for children to learn karate skills.

Searched through several Martial Arts centers in the Lehigh Valley and Action Karate went above and beyond with their communication and explaining the benefits my child will receive from joining. Most businesses promise and dont deliver. Action Karate has delivered on everything they outlined in the intro class. My son has been there for 3 months and he has grown substantially in his focus in class, at school, and at home. Highly recommended.

My 4-year-old Bobby LOVES his virtual Ninja classes. He is completely engaged for the entire 30 minutes of class, and I can see an improvement in his general attitude and behavior since we enrolled him. These classes have been a great way for him to interact with other children and get some exercise during this pandemic. The owners and teachers are all fantastic. I highly recommend Action Karate!

My daughter has been with Action Karate since September and it has been an amazing experience. Action Karate Bethlehem really cares about the lessons they teach and are always willing to provide extra help when needed to make sure our children meet their goals. My son joined Action Karate in February I was very skeptical about if he was going to be able to progress. Miss Casey and her team worked wonders with him and even though he still causes some disruption during class he has made so much progress and continues to grow every class. As a parent our greatest desire is to see our children grow up to be strong, independent women and men. Earlier this year i found myself at a loss, looking for an outlet that would help my child who was struggling with anxiety and confidence. I absolutely love this place, my son loves getting ready for karate an enjoys himself with everyone there. They also have something going on between watermelon Wednesday, nerf war and movie night I love it

I stumbled across a post by Action Karate Bethlehem on Facebook, and it was the best decision we made for my son. Lucas tried many team sports, but he never really found his niche. That is until he started at Action Karate. Miss Casey is both the owner and primary instructor for the classes. She is phenomenal with the kids and really gets them engaged and excited with the moves and combinations. My son started in February 2021, and he’s about to belt up from his white belt to his yellow belt. He wants to go every day to class because of how much fun it is and how much he likes it. He has changed so much since February, gaining confidence and increasing his self-discipline and self-motivation. I cannot say enough positive things in this review to fairly assess the people and business of Action Karate Bethlehem. I 100% recommend them to all of our friends and acquaintances!

My 6yr old daughter has always wanted to go to karate. But with the pandemic, I wanted to find a way that she can do karate and still be safe. I search the internet and found Action Karate and they offered virtual lessons. I reached out and received a message from Ms. Casey, and I loved the vibe. my daughter was given a trial, and enjoyed it so much. we have been with them for almost a 1yr now, and my daughter continues to grow and enjoy. ALL the instructors are fantastic and Ms. Casey keeps regular contact with us. in short, we Love the school, wishing we lived close, but the classes they provide are sufficient and effective, and most importantly enjoyable! I would recommend this school to anyone!

I became part of the Action Karate family last year during Moms train for free month. Everyone was so helpful and friendly that I signed up to continue with training! After a virtual birthday party for my nephew his cousins who attended signed up to train virtually from a couple of hours away! We are all so happy to be part of this great Karate family!

Giving me the focus and direction I need right now. I grew up taking martial arts and have studied on and off throughout my life. Action Karate Bethlehem is helping me have direction throughout the pandemic. They are being sure to provide outdoor, virtual, and asynchronous opportunities. They require mask wearing and social distancing and try to keep class size small to keep us as safe as possible. They are being as flexible and accommodating to my crazy schedule as possible. Im so glad to have Karate back in my life.

It has been a pleasure to be part of such a caring family. These days have been tough on our kids. However, Action karate Bethlehem has been a blessing during this pandemic time. my son has not only been more active daily as the classes are unlimited!! but he has made friends, met some reallyawesome people who encourage him to strive harder and to be proud of what he can do. Also, he has lost weight and is starting to become more confident with himself all around. Hes always safe when hes in class and made to feel comfortable and confident when he is doing virtual. My son is extremely happy!

Action karate is by far one of the best martial arts schools in the region. Miss Casey and her team are phenomenal with the students. Patient, professional and always willing to help. You can’t ask for a better school for your kids to learn discipline and respect while learning to master their focus. Not to mention the workout is amazing!The facility is always spotless and they adapted to all the changes of the last year immediately to keep adding value to their students, even from home on zoom. The instructors at Action Karate Bethlehem are amazing. We dont live near any karate studios, but thanks to action karate, they are able to participate virtually and the instructors go the extra mile to make sure the kids get the most out of their experience. Miss Kasey has been a great influence and role model for the kids. Not only have they developed physical endurance, strength and coordination, but karate has also helped build their confidence, accountability and mental discipline. I used to be a student of Action Karate years ago and Miss Casey was one of my students. I have now taken my daughter to train and she loves it, especially when Miss Casey teaches. Casey has many years of experience and is so great with the kids. Action Karate has a family atmosphere and they always have something extra planned for the kids and even the adults/parents. My 5 year old joined a few months ago via Zoom and she really enjoyed it! We’ve loved all the coaches and the way they’ve dealt with the current pandemic. Ever since my daughter start at Action Karate her attitude has been amazing and her confidence has soared. She had an incident at school and she did not want to talk to me about it.
