Her sessions are always comforting and pleasing every time I go, if you have never been to a professional massage place, this is a place to visit, and continue to visit throughout the year. Perfect gifts for others as well. She is very professional, thorough, and the best in the Valley. The setting is tranquil and free of negative vibes. A hidden gem in the Lehigh valley! What a wonderful find. Went ahead and bought a package to come back for more assured rest and relaxation!Wanted to point out that most of the negative reviews include having to book far out or hard to get ahold of Karen. Not only is it worth the wait but it should come as no surprise that with her booked schedule she is mostly in keep the phone on silent mode. Patience is a beautiful thing and respect the process, the reward is worth it.

If i were able to rate below one star, i would. I purchased two massages online for my boyfriend and i, and immediately called to schedule an appointment. She was very booked so it was scheduled for almost two months in the future. I then received confirmation emails about a month before my appointment as expected. Then, about 10 days before my appointment she asked to reschedule. 10 days???? We both had requested off of work for this appointment, and find it difficult to find time for ourselves to relax. It was extremely unconvient to have our appointments confirmed multiple times only to be canceled so close to the date of the appointment. My experience was very disappointing, inconvenient, and disrespectful.

Ordered a Living Social for my husband and they cancelled over and over, than told him to contact Living Social for his money back. You dont get money back, you get credit. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

The Hawaiian massage was amazing...it actually wiped me out but I felt so much less stressed. Definitely recommend.

If I could give below a 1 I would considering I did not even receive the massage. After my boyfriend purchased a groupon from Huna Mua for valentines day we booked our massages. Upon walking in I am greeted with demanding requests to see my groupon and an attitude. After explaining it was under my boyfriends name and that he had gotten called in for surgery that morning and would not be joining, she was appalled that I had not notified her prior to 24 hours of our appointment and could no longer redeem his voucher and I had lost the appointment, as she was not willing to accommodate me or show any concern. Appalled with her attitude and remarks, I walked out and will never recommend this business to another person because her only explanation was this is the way I run my business. Very unfortunate as I was beyond excited... customer service goes a long way.

I purchased 2 massages on Groupon. I called to schedule an appoinment and received a recorded message that they are no longer accepting Groupon vouchers. I find that to be bad business. They are basically turning away potential repeat customers. Its very disappointing. I would give them no stars actually, and I would definitely NOT recommend them!

Unprofessional and impolite - Waited a couple months for my appt, turned up a few mins beforehand and no one was there. Called and got voice mail. Emailed and was sent a response that I had been sent a rescheduling request a few days ago, which I had never received. What I had received was a reminder email two days before the appt. Karen stated in her email that she had double booked, and as I didn’t respond to the email she had assumed I wouldn’t show up, “as many Groupons don’t”. No apology, and no offer to reschedule. I hope Groupon do not let her advertise again, as she seems to have no respect for Groupon customers, judging from other reviews.

I wouldnt give this place a rating what so ever. Got a groupon voucher for a massage when I called to schedule got a recording saying that they were no longer accepting vouchers, left a message and ask can someone call me back, instead of calling me back I got a text message how disrespectful and very unprofessional. Will never recommend this place to anyone ever.

Doesnt return phone calls and doesnt have schedule online. Do not waste your time or money on this poorly run establishment.
