Garett is an excellent instructor. I felt very well prepared for the national/state exam and passed both portions on the first try. If you’re looking to start a real estate career and you’re willing to put in the work, Scott-White is the best choice.

Online accessibility made it easy for me to avoid both traveling an hour one way, and child care. I’m halfway through the 8 week course which has not been easy, but Garrett is informative and to the point without overwhelming. The staff is efficient and kind. To be continued after I pass this State Board Exam! 🤓As of 3/24 I passed my exam! It took focus and serious study time, and I was successful.

Im taking RE sales agent class currently. The class program and teachers are excellent. Instructors are well experienced, very knowledgeable and very helpful. They do short quiz every class so that keep you busy studying and you wont be lazy. I highly recommend this school if you want to pass RE sales agent, broker exam. Also they offer CE classes.

I give this school 5 stars because it not only prepares you for the exam, it provides useful proprietary tools and supplements that help for a quality, comprehensive understanding of the skills and knowledge required to present yourself in the industry. There were a few frustrating hiccups that I encountered here and there, but despite this, I still feel the need to provide a good rating. To learn in person and meet others entering or exploring the field offers an energy to the learning process. Scott White offers a great environment to learn and has a dedicated and knowledgeable team.

Excellent prep course for the federal and PA state real estate salelperson exam. The instructors have a wealth of knowledge and teach at a steady pace. It is not an easy course, you have to study. There is a lot of information, math problems, and critical thinking skills that are required when taking this class. I am happy with my path of education and feel better prepared for the board exam.

I had a great experience with SWCI! I was referred to this school by a successful Real Estate Agent who attended last year and she really loved the atmosphere, teaching style and people who make the school what it is. I knew it would be a great fit when the staff knew exactly who she was when I said who referred me. Everyone is very personable, professional, supportive and patient. One of the best decisions I ever made. I had attempted the courses online years ago without any success, the content is a little dry. Once I started taking the PRE-LICENSING courses at Scott - White I was able to complete the classes and pass the national and state exam the first time.

Highly recommend taking the classes rather than going the online route. The courses really helped prepare me for the licensing exam.
