I have been working out with Lisa for almost three weeks now and I am loving it. I have neck problems and she incorporates movements that help with my disc issues. She is extremely thorough and will correct my form until it is perfect. I am excited to continue working out with her!

After working out with Lisa for a few months, my core got stronger. So much, that I was able to complete the Santa Monica rings and do 25 pushups, both of which I could not do before.Lisa is very detail oriented. She pushes you to the limit, but also making sure that you are not feeling pain in your body.If you are a focused individual, need a hard taskmaster, want results, then this is the right place.

Lisa is a very talented pilates instructor. . She is kind, understanding , knowledgeable , friendly and supportive. She is the best pilates instructor I have come across, and I have experienced a few. She knows how to treat all issues across the spectrum of musculoskeletal problems. She is also far superior to the physical therapists I’ve received treatment from , and across my lifespan , I have been treated by too many physical therapists for various serious conditions I’ve suffered , and still suffer from.

I started seeing Lisa at the recommendation of a colleague after putting on weight during quarantine and experiencing pain from piriformis syndrome. The Pilates workouts and stretches have been fantastic and have really challenged my body to work muscles I didn’t realize I had. After a few sessions we began to work on my nutrition to ensure that our workouts were having the maximum effect and now I’m seeing sustained and healthy weight loss I was unable to achieve on my own. Plus my piriformis syndrome pain has gone away!! I also appreciate that Lisa and the studio keep a COVID safe environment - we wear masks, the sessions are one-on-one, everything is thoroughly sanitized and we keep six feet apart. I feel super safe at the studio while I work out. I’m so happy I found her!!

I love it here! Every time I go it feels like a challenge. I definitely see the results... and feel it the next day too. There are so many different exercises to be done on the mega-reformer and the instructors are good at switching it up so each class is different. I regularly go to Ashleys classes, she is one of the best.

I was referred to the Pilates studio of Beverly Hills by my daughter. Lisa, my Pilates instructor, is the most educated and professional trainer I have ever known. Shecorrects your form & alignment for every movement. I have been training with her for over 6 months and my back and neck pain havesubsided dramatically. My flexibility and strength have increased significantly including my core. Her method of teaching deserves 6 stars!!! The studio is very well maintained and the prime Beverly Hills is conveniently located.I recommend this studio for your fitness program.

Lisa is the Ali Wong of Pilates instructors - beautiful with a beautiful heart, intelligent, and funny. And shes an AMAZING Pilates instructor. I am new to Pilates, but I can honestly say there is no substitute for one-on-one sessions with Lisa, given her attention to detail and exacting methods. Each session is precisely geared for your specific needs, and its never repetitive. I came to her with an old leg injury. In spite of years of treatment, I still had pain and limited range of motion in my left leg as a result of my hip capsule closing. I had attempted yoga several times over the years but the result each time was only increased pain. Yet within three weeks of sessions with Lisa two times a week the pain is greatly reduced and the range of motion in my leg has increased rather dramatically. Plus I have gained muscles. I had been swimming 4 miles a week regularly for six months before starting Pilates, and yet I am noticeably stronger after three weeks with Lisa in that I have so much more control over my movements. My body glides smoothly when I walk, and Ive completely lost my protective gait. I strongly recommend Pilates Studio of Beverly Hills.

I had back surgery limited area L4, L5, S1 4 years ago. I needed to recover and found this studio I worked with Lisa over the years. working with her I have fully recovered and lost 45 lbs and not mentioning the toning of my body I feel amazing. Best Pilates Studio in Los Angeles

Quite an amazing experience! I feel like a new person! The instructors, Kristen and Lisa, really helped me out with strengthening my body and alignment. I have minor scoliosis, which prevented me from extracting my full potential playing tennis due to my back problems. The instructors really pushed me to my limits, and assisted me with achieving a high level of tennis! Thank you so much Pilates Studio of Beverly Hills!

Lisa has been a heaven sent to my life, I started working with her at her beautiful studio 2 months ago.. I am disabled, I had a brain aneurysm years ago, I used to do Pilates before my aneurysm, and for the past 8 years I have been in rehabilitation.. I am doing “Pilates Again” yeah!! Love this studio, Lisa is amazing! Ive been coming here for about a year and she does a great job correcting my form and challenging me. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding injuries and my body has never felt or looked better. The studio is bright and clean with two rooms, very relaxing atmosphere. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else!!

I have a pelvic stability issue. I was referred to this studio from a friend. I heard Pilates was the best way to get stronger & help rehabbing. I have been coming to here for last 6 months and my body has gotten stronger and toned. I have been learning and being aware of my body. I love this studio very much and definitely recommend!!

Lisa is the best. Ive been doing Pilates for 3.5 years and it was only after meeting Lisa that my back and posture began to improve. For 6 months I could not put on my own socks and shoes. Within 2 months of meeting Lisa Im able to put my shoes and socks on without pain. Additionally Ive lost 20 lbs since working with her. I love Lisa.

Lisa who is the owner and main instructor and is the best Pilates instructor that I have had in over 10 years of Pilates experience. She is a friendly funny drill sergeant of an instructor and wont let you get away with doing anything wrong. In fact, she has made corrections in the way I have worked in Pilates - especially with my core work and breathing technique. I drive for 45 minutes to get to her studio. Thats how much I like the way she teaches.

Wow! Love this Studio❤️ Ive been coming to Lisa for several years as I have herniated discs (neck surgery) and a compromised hip (replacement). I have to have instructors that are very watchful to my form. Lisa is fabulous, and now theres Evan and Greg and theyre all terrific! The atmosphere is energized and happy, plus Im so much stronger and more flexible -- one thrilled Pilates client. 🌞 Ive come a long way -- thanks Pilates Studio of BH!🎖🎉

Lisa is the best private Pilates instructor in LA. Ive done Pilates at several other places, including Equinox. Her attention to detail and form and care for your health is a clear priority. Ill still work out at equinox on my own but for Pilates and stretching I make sure to see her regularly.

This studio is phenomenal. I felt my lower back feeling better after less than 10 sessions of Pilates and stretching. Im healing from lower back compression. Lisa and Evan helped me recover and gain strength and it has been an exceptional experience.

Everything you read here is true - Lisa (and her staff) are knowledgeable and have energy, expertise and passion. But this is not your usual Pilates Class. Amazing to me, is that she remembers the goals and ailments of each of her clients. As important to me, is that she she constantly corrects your alignment with a simple touch. If to the shoulder (relax the shoulder - touch - your shoulder responds!). She is hands on when necessary until you finally are able to move into correct form on your own. She also will adjust each movement - if the normal position for an exercise hurts - your knee, back or shoulder. There is always an alternative. Who sweats in a normal (non-aerobic) pilates class? Not me until I began to work with Lisa and any of her staff. It is.not from repetitions but from learning to work efficiently.

The Pilates studio of Beverly Hills has given me an opportunity of a lifetime. During my freshman year of high school, I was a member of my high schools football team. In that season I experienced an injury that would affect my right leg in a drastic way. My hip was knocked out of my socket, which left it weak. Pilates has allowed me to rehabilitate and strengthen my core in numerous ways. Reformer and Cadillac exercises are a great way to earn flexibility that you have always wanted. Mobility that flexibility gives will provides is a key source to an overall physical health of the body. I am more than thankful that Pilates has entered my life and gave me a second chance to gain strength throughout my body.

I absolutely love this pilates studio! My favorite trainer is Lisa and I can say that she has helped me transform my body after my baby. I had a case of diastatis recti , and with special exercises twice a week I was able to see a significant difference in 3 months. Their location is convenient with plenty of street parking. Highly recommend. 👌🏻

I’ve been training at Pilates Studio of Beverly Hills with Lisa, then with Kristen and few other instructors for past 6-month, twice a week.I started my journey with The Pilates Studio of Beverly Hills in January 2019. Since then, I have so much improvement in my whole body and my alignment.My doctor suggested me to do pilates. I took some pilates classes from different studios in the past. I was still in pain that did not go away. I was looking for an instructor who is knowledgeable and able to train me with the specialized exercises. After lots of googling and yelping, I then found Lisa, Pilates Instructor through the Pilates Studio of Beverly Hills. In their Yelp review I see some before and after pictures. It looks more like a pilates exercise that I am looking for; a pilates training that go in depth to help me with my issues, more like a rehab training . The teaching style and method was different than other studios. The movements were more detail for my needs.My problem initially was the chronic ongoing back pain. I had slipped disc since I was 17 years old (fell on a sharp stone when I was 14 years old). The pain has reduced over time but I hasnt been feeling that it healed to where I desire it to be. I am now 29 years old. With my lifestyle and the job that requires lots of sitting and driving 7 days a week; slouching and weak core has put more pressure on my back with pain from my neck to my lower back with numbness on my right leg was unbearable.My first day there, we did variety of different stretches and movements that has helped my hip cramps right away. Most important for me was the knowledge - explanation of the alignment (Kyphosis-to lordosis to flatback). She was able to point out where the issue was and what areas to strengthen. I am really grateful to find her because up to this point July 2019, my hip cramp has gone away and pain in my back has tremendously reduced and my back also gets stronger each time. I now can focus more on my career and not so much in daily pain anymore. In addition, I also have pedunculated fibroid issues. Lisa has helped me to work on my core through deep breathing techniques which helps my fibroid. All I am hoping is to go through a natural method and healing from the inside through pilates to avoid any surgery and to understand better and be more aware about my body alignment.Lisa and the instructors at the studio are very knowledgeable and passionate about healing the clients. Every week, I am challenged with different movements and mostly important is to understand how to use my core in everyday tasks.Thank you for the valuable knowledge and training. I am looking forward to better health and going forward to heal my body.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Lisa and her fabulous Studio! After having a baby and trying to get back into shape I tried every excercise possible and nothing worked ! It just bulked me up even more making it harder to shed the weight . That is until I met Lisa ! She is a G-dsend and she leaned me out with her unbelievable Pilates method , strengthened my core and smaller muscle mass making my metabolism so much faster ! I didnt even have to go on a diet ! She also incorporates different special massage techniques such as Lypossage to create movement and blood flow to get rid of the bulky fatty areas I created at the other gyms . 5 stars to Lisa and her amazing staff! I came here for a pilates session at this studio.The main reason was to release my back I had the back problem for awhile. I decided to try pilates because one of my friends referred me.I would say my experience here was excellent!! The pilates instructor was very detailed in my body alignment and my issues.She was very professional and knowledgeable.I am happy that I made the right decision and highly recommend the pilates studio of beverly hills.

I met Lisa through a friend unexpectedly and didn’t really know who she was. Somehow through our conversation, I mentioned I had a lower back issue. Lisa told me she was a pilates instructor and that she could help me with my back. I had no idea what pilates even was, but I was open to trying it given nothing else had really worked (physical therapy and I didn’t want to have surgery).I went to Lisa’s studio. It was very clean and intimate, creating a nice atmosphere. Lisa took an interest in my back and let me know that she wanted to help me. I could tell that Lisa had a true passion for her work, and my money wasn’t her focus. Lisa told me about her studio, how she started, what Pilates was about, and how it was her passion. She told me she had a dream, building her pilates business, but even more her true dream was helping people, helping cure people, and creating an environment for people to come and take a break from their lives, to de-stress, improving on their mind body and spirit.I did my first private session with Lisa. I was impressed by her knowledge and different techniques that she began to use with me. I could tell she was an expert, a master at her craft. After the first session I was sold, and wanted to continue with my pilates journey.That was back in July, since then I have been seeing her consistently 2 times a week. My back has been improving, getting better and my core has been getting stronger, my waist slimmer, I feel tight and stronger.I admire Lisa because she’s about the work out, about improving my back and ultimately my life. She’s no nonsense, about doing it right, the exercises, the form, the effort, the focus, the goal. She’s about showing up on time, coming in and being ready to work, and do what you say your going to do. I know that if I wasn’t dedicated, Lisa could care less about the money, and she would put her focus on other clients.I don’t think there is another instructor like Lisa, in Los Angeles let alone anywhere. She spent years studying, perfecting her teachings she is truly a master.
