Went here for about 5 years when I was younger. Instructors are amazing and the discipline, confidence, and humility I learned here shaped me into the person I am today. Highly highly recommend.

We went to the Middleton branch and it is great! Excellent at helping everyone to push themselves and shape their potential. Highly recommended for people who are serious about martial arts and want to accomplish their goals.

Next to everything else, this school is my home. Every time I walk through the doors and into class, Im welcomed by a wonderful community, excellent instructors and Ive learned to overcome many obstacles here. These instructors/masters/grandmasters have given me the best training anyone could ask for. All my instructors, classmates and even myself motivate me to actually want to improve. Im actually able to take this seriously because Im impressed with the way everyone is focused on what theyre supposed to be doing. Theyre very organized too. Each class always has something different and I enjoy the thrill of being surprised with what well be working on in class. I thank all the instructors, classmates and Grand Master Kim and I look foreword to training with them all. I highly recommend this place for martial arts.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! The receptionist for the after school program is the most unprofessional miserable woman Ive ever had to deal with. Her name is Lisa. Ive caught her yelling at children on numerous occasions and just being completely rude to me any opportunity she has. The summer program has No structure for the kids and barely any activities scheduled. I strongly suggest selecting alternative care.

Do not send kids here. There is no organized program structure the children follow daily as most of the staff as teenagers themselves. Constantly on cellphones. It smells like feet in there and having shoes off probably cannot be sanitary seeing as no slippers are provided for the bathrooms. Staff are paid very low wages with low hours and also receive no benefits. The program fees are excessive, most of the equipment can be bought online for a fraction of a price and wifh better quality materials. From the lack of structure and fun for kids to the constant program fees belt testing and such this place is not somewhere i would reccomend.

Great instruction. Communication and coordination with the school is difficult. They sometimes do not answer the phones.

The lack of communication on this place is unbelievable. Everytime you turn around they are telling you that you owe more money they do not do proper bookeeping and unless you have all your bank proof then they harrass you. Originally i liked this place but unfortunately they only care about one thing and that is money and coming up with ridiculous charges specially on the afterschool program. Would i recommend this place for after school the answer is NO but if you can only do the monthly fee instead and bring your child to classes that would be better the instructors are great and want kids to learn by doing that you will only have to pay monthly fee much more affordable.

Ms. Lisa is angry and inappropriate with the children. I went to pick up my nephew there and she was so busy screaming at a child she wasnt aware I had arrived. Having never been there before I didnt know the procedure was to wait in front of the desk. I wondered over to get her attention and she screamed at me(a stranger) to get behind the desk. ?????? I was appalled by her behavior and I wouldnt leave my children in her care for 1 second.
