Great for all my printing needs. Print department is helpful and resourceful and the prices are fair.

Edmund pointed me to the correct aisle for less expensive earbuds. Shawn showed me choices in two locations, including a clearance table. I bought two sets. First set working fine. Will keep #2 for backup. A good shopping experience!

The tech staff is always welcoming and reassuring. They give efficient service and take excellent care if my laptop. I buy my office supplies from Staples, loving the great prices on all my needs.

We went for printing. This location does not yet have the self serve printing stations, BUT you can plug a jump drive into the printer. We were able to get our printing done that way!

Found exactly what i was looking for. Looked 3 other places prior to and none had item. Staples had it at good price and knowledgeable people showed me exactly where to find it. Even with lots of back-to-school shoppers, i was in and out in only a few minutes.

The location of this store is very convenient and the staff is helpful! I love having the UPS counter in the store and the packaging area is helpful. Assocaiate Shawn is always willing to answer my questions and is consistently friendly and polite !!

Went in to pickup an item purchased on line but had to wait 20 minutes due to lack of employees working. My item was there and paid for but did not receive any paperwork for the extended warrantee. Thank goodness its on my receipt.

I always receive very friendly service at this Staples location. Very helpful employees who seem to genuinely enjoy being at work.

Ordered cards online to pickup in store. Arrived the next day, as instructed by the website and received email, and the cards were not ready and there was no ticket for my order even though the I confirmed that I selected this location. The staff promptly went to print my order for me as they could bring it up on there end. I dont blame this store for that issue because it seemed that they were never notified about my order. But when I came back to pickup my order it was incorrect. I waited for it to be reprinted. When it came back to me again, half my cards were printed out with the wrong shade of color (imagine a printer low on toner.) They offered for me to come back another day and pickup the another set of cards but my order was time sensitive and it wouldnt work.I do not necessarily blame the staff for this messup, they did the best they could and I could tell they were slammed with other customers.I will however go elsewhere for my custom printing needs next time. I wish they would have at least offered a discount for half my cards being mutilated.

Good Service

Needed a new modem and router for my home/business. Went to the Biddeford location. Staff was very nice, and explained the different models. After making my choice, the staff person went out back to get the item. She said there were none in stock, in fact, they had very little of any model in stock. I inquired about another location, she suggested the next closest location which is South Portland, ME.. I asked if she could call and check if the model was in stock, and she did call. She was on the phone about 3 minutes with no answer at the other location. She apologized, said that location is known for not answering the phone. I went to Best Buy.

We printed numerous documents off here using our own paper for our wedding. Staff is friendly, just dont bring in an external hard drive.

There the best except for printer ink if your printer is more then 5 years old

Electronics is not their strong suit, but they are friendly and helpful.

This is an okay place to shop for electronics, office supplies and office furniture. Staffing in the past has been less than helpful, which is why I rate this location 4-stars.

The Staples is well-stocked and well organized

The rewards program doesnt make any sense! Weve printed with them, turned in toner cartridges, bought chairs - nothing actually benefits me. Why bother? The cashier had no idea about the program and didnt care.

Nice enough store but very few of the items on the web site are in the actual store, which is always disappointing
