I had to wait a half hour. I hate when people younger than me call me hon. Other than that it was fine.

I came in there to nail polish change on my toes. When I made the appointment in the first place they NEVER once mention that i can have polish on from some other salon. So when I got to my appointment they asked if it was pedicure and once again I told them it’s just color change. Cindy which I believe to be the manager told me at my appointment that I couldn’t have polish on from another salon, however, they would try to get it off. The nail tech soak them with acetone for like few minutes and barely used tech tools to get the polish off. She work on the polish for about fifteen minutes when she called over Cindy. Cindy tells me again that I can’t have polish on from another salon. I again told her that was never told that when I was making appointment or I would have gotten the polish off before my appointment. She continued to tell me that they can’t get the polish off and that I would have to go to the previous salon to get the polish and then I could come back for the color change. I again expressed I wasn’t told this when I made my appointment. Cindy was very rude and kept repeating the policy and never once offered an apology for the inconvenience. I went home that night and with few minutes I was able to get the polish off. Cindy was very unprofessional. She was very rude. I will never return I’m ok to spend a little more to go some where else where they are pleasant. She basically treated me like a kid and I don’t understand what she was saying. I simple would have liked at least apology.

Such a wonderful college! Budget friendly prices and the students do awesome work! I had a pedi and it was fabulous! The products were great quality and the student was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Emily is one of the students here, she has 4 more months to go and by far she has given me a 5 star experience. From a scalp treatment, shampoo & style, plus a 90 minute facial. She walked me through each step and made sure I knew the products that was being used and how it would benefit me. I would definitely recommend her even after her completion. I also want to thank the instructors and the gentleman for great and friendly customer service.

I was very disappointed with this beauty institute. The student was very attentive to what I told her that I wanted done and she was very nice. The instructor however is another story. She had her own ideas and completely disregarded and didnt want to hear anything from me. She talked over me and told the student what she wanted her to do to my hair. I will not be going back. The instructor then proceeded to put extras on to raise my bill. That is more than enough for me.

Some of the girls that work there are great especially the students! But the lady working the front desk ruined the whole experience! Colleen must be the most rude, and overall awful piece of work Ive ever had the displeasure of interacting with, incrediblely unprofessional and just crude lady, how you want that attitude to be the face representing your establishment the moment you walk in baffles me

Never thought I would get my hair done at a beauty school. Its so much easier to go to a great clips where you can walk in and get your hair done and be on your way quickly. I had discovered that I enjoy going to rituals because the students are super vised by trained professionals who offer advice and supervise what they do. shout out to Jenni B. as she has done my hair twice now and has done a fantastic

My experience with Rituals Institute was beyond my expectations. Maryah has only been a student for a few months, but did such an amazing job on my hair that I would have never guessed she had only been there for a short while.—5 stars and a big thank you to Maryah!

I was not aware how they piecemeal each and every thing you get. Highlights? Tone? Shampoo? Condition? Blow Dry? Comb? Style? Products? I went because I thought it would be cheaper than my regular person. It was $30 more than I would have paid at my regular salon! They do not communicate this to you, and they should! The 2 stars are for the cute little girl who did my hair. She did a great job and I do not fault her. Also, the teacher is rude and snapping at the girl who was doing my hair. I will never make the mistake of going to this place again. Unless I just get a wet cut and nothing else.
