This office is extremely difficult to work with. The claims adjuster, Valerie, that was assigned to my husband is unresponsive for days or even weeks at a time. Having to deal with the stress of an injury, and chasing your claims adjuster for information is just added un-necessary stress. If we had a choice we would have opted to work with Intermoutain Claims who completely exceed Midland in every aspect!
Easily, without a doubt, and undeniably the worst customer service I have ever seen. The office ladies were rude, cruel, and condescending. I would steer clear of this company. Intermountain Claims and Montana Claims should earn your business.
