I use to work out there also. All the review s are true. Do not understand how they are still open. They keep changing the name and owners name. They had a few centers in Florida. But were forced to close. They are not there for the children. And the daughter of the owner Jessica can not even cobtrol her son much less the other children. A horrible place to work should. And should be closed down. They are not tgeir for the children and do not obey tge laws.

My daughter worked there and was yelled at by the owner lots, the owners daughter (Jessica) runs the place deducts hours so that they do not get full checks, My daughter and I kept track of her hours but when her check came it was WAY LESS hours plus took out for her sons daycare cost while she worked there. NO CHECK STUBS, no proof of hours to have daily. The Jessica would fix hours and write checks off her PERSONAL account for payroll they would BOUNCE or asked to hold, or told they would get paid the next day etc!! I had to physically go up there twice about her checks and they said well if she didnt clock in there is nothing we can do. Which you have to clock in and your on camera as you go in but somehow it didnt show those clock ins, only clocking in at lunch 12 hour days getting paid for 7 to 8 hours, I called the state they changed the name soon after.Then she took pictures of ROACHES in kitchen, on mats they sleep on, they change the name a few times so that the state lets it go.It is in the owners girlfriends name now she took a few classes bam gets a new name for the business. The owner will cuss you out yell scream, Jessica will cut your hours, lie about how many you worked.NOW WONT SEND W2 saying call the labor board on us! Really HATEFUL

Worst place to work. Their checks alway bounce when you do get it. I used to work there and have not work their for over 2 months. I am still waiting on my last check. They always mess on the amount of hours that their employee work. Not to mention the stay over state ratio. Its more like babysitting then childcare. Then they do not feed the kids state requirement food portions. Very disorganized. They do not supply materials needed to teach the class such as pens and pencils and art supplies. They also change the name of the company frequently. I thinking its a due to possibility of keeping a clear name from DHS and Labor Board! The owner is the same owner that has been with the company since Kids Quest. She is married to the sole owner now. Goes by Alias Sarah!!! The director and wannabe secretary are very rude. Never met a daycare thats talks about the children and their personal lives quite like this one. Very Unprofessional! They let the kids in nursery cry past 5 mins without giving attention to them. There own children run-up and down the halls. Have no control of them either! And favoritism is key with them.

Terrible . DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO HERE . They got blasted for letting a baby cry for more then 30 minutes straight and the baby had a bow over her face almost over her nose . Everybody went to their Facebook to put reviews and they removed their Facebook after a few people made reviews.
