I went to 4th & 5th grade. I am 5 blocks from the building, but dont really know if its still operating.

I graduated from Gibson in 1996. One memory that I will never forget is my 5th grade substitute teacher. She changed my life. Ive been searching for her for years. I dont remember her full name. She was an African American woman, she came in after my perminent teacher went on maternity leave (Mrs Stevens). She showed me how to love myself. She took many chances on me. She took me on my first canoe ride. She turned my life around. I really just want to tell her thank you! I loved Gibson. Those teachers really cared for their students. If anyone knows who she was.... Please let her know that Domonique Moore thanks her for everything.
