One Massage has a VA-approved massage therapist that is a huge plus for this Vet and my loyalty to One Massage. Highly professional in listen to what my issues where and explaining to me the what, where and whys of areas that need to be worked on. My back and my shoulder are feeling better. Thanks to a combination of my chiropractor and One massage it feels like very positively optimistic about the future of pain management and finally to no pain. (these are not guarantees by anyone, this is just my personal experience and my opinion).

Jon took time to explain the muscular system and what muscle, joints or overuse can cause pain and discomfort in other areas. This is a great place to go if you are dealing with chronic pain, muscle aches, joint pain, scar tissue, muscle tightness, or simple for a very good massage.I ended my session with a relaxing foot soak. Great way to wind down after the massage and a busy day.Professional, friendly, and welcoming environment.

This experience was meant to be a getaway for my husband and myself. The experience was fantastic. Not only was the ambiance relaxing which allowed for us to relax, the massage provided great relief on a long-term shoulder pain. We will be returning to this best kept secret in town!

The flotation pools were really clean and warm. It was so relaxing. The massage by John was very therapeutic. It was more than just a massage. He was able to zone in on the trouble spots and help me release tension from them.

I personally have had a lot of hardware installed. This has given me hurdles and a great deal of pain. Andrea and staff provide a exemplary service around you the client. They make sure to get your mind, body and soul relaxed and ready and get a history on what is your concerns . These concerns are addressed with a high level of training. I’ve been many places and none match the level of help they have given me to once again face my day to day activities. I highly recommend them

While visiting Bismark, I just happened to call one massage. Not ! Everything happens for a reason. I got a fascial treatment (fash a ) from Alyse. I have had probably over 100 different types of therapy over the years, anything from acupuncture, deep tissue , shiatsu, rolfing, chiropractic , thai massage etc` and I can honestly say that Alyse is one of the top three therapists I have ever seen. She is kind, knowledgeable , talented, communicates well, and truly enjoys helping people .I also believe that she has the gift of healing. Some therapists are in the business for the money , Not Alyse . She is there to help you alleviate your pain and it is obvious that she enjoys her work. Andrea is amazing!! i’ve been a long time athlete and pretty used to aches and pains in my body, especially in my right ankle which i’ve injured a few times and my shoulder that i had surgery on about 2 years ago. after 1.5-2 hours on her table i felt amazing!! 11/10 definitely recommend

Andrea is a student of her craft. She has gone way beyond the basics and has an in-depth knowledge of body mechanics. I have had many deep tissue massages, but none were ever able to actually release the tight muscles. After 2 sessions I definitely can tell the difference. It was well worth the wait.

I recently had my first massage session with Andrea, and it was great. It was unlike any other massage Ive had - lots of communication, and cooperation between us. I didnt leave the session feeling like I was bruised and battered, but felt like I was refreshed, and energized. I went in thinking it would be painful. I heard that she may walk on my back - so I was somewhat nervous about that. She did, in fact, walk on my back and hips for a bit but it was not painful in the least. I felt like I had had the best warmup or stretch I have ever had.Following the massage I tried floating for the first time. This experience was also not what I had expected. The water was warm, but not hot. I was able to completely relax all of my muscles. I expected to have difficulty floating, but it was easy. My sixty minute session flew by, and I left feeling like I had the best power nap ever.I will definitely be going back, and cannot recommend One Massage and Andrea enough!

Hubby treated me to the most unique massage ever! Hubby and I both have had deep tissue massage before where we would come up off the table in pain. This was deep but not painful! Thank you, Andrea! This therapist actually listened to me and what I wanted. Which in my experience is very hard to find. She also adapted and changed to specifically address the areas of concerns I had. This was my first experience with Ashiatsu. The deep broad compression from her feet made me feel like I could stand up straight with easy. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding anatomy and treatments for specific problems. I have no problem highly recommending this therapist.

One Massage is a beautiful clinic that has an amazing massage therapist Andrea Grigsby. If you are looking for a relaxing massage you can sleep through, Andrea, is not the therapist for you. If you are looking for a massage for acute or chronic pain control One Massage is where you need to book an appointment ASAP! Andrea also offers Mineral Float Therapy. I have never tried this before but I am addicted after my first treatment! Float therapy is just like it sounds; in a shallow pool with saltwater you float your pain away. Other benefits of float therapy- reduce anxiety, relieves stress, helps with depression, improves sleep, and muscle recovery. There is only about 12 inches of tepid water in the pool. You shower right before you go into the pool and right after the one hour session. I really appreciated Andrea providing chemical free products for the showers and wax ear plugs for the mineral float. If you color your hair I would recommend using a swim cap. The saltwater can really dry out your hair. I brought my travel hair dryer with me because cold and wet hair is not a good combination this time of year. I thought the set up in the float therapy room was really cool. You can have as much light as you want, even colors, or total darkness in the float room. The therapy room is completely private so you can wear a swimsuit suit or your birthday suit which ever you are more comfortable with. I wore my swimsuit because the salt can make the pool slippery. In case I fell I only wanted to be embarrassed from gravity winning not showing the effects of time and childbirth on my body. The therapy room, shower, and pool is very clean. I was relieved to learn the pool is drained and cleaned after each. I’ve had two massages so far. The Neurofascial Band technique takes getting use to but is so worth it. I had surgery and an injury that caused a frozen right shoulder. After my two massages I can raise my arm higher than I’ve been able to for the past year and a half. The float and massage are a little expensive but has been worth the the cost for me.

Jon s intuitive massage and craniosacral therapy has changed my posture and pain level.

Andrea is incredible. The massage is personalized to me and what my body needs at that time. No 2 massages have been the same. The techniques used also help significantly with anxiety in a way I was not used to from other massage therapists. She has a deep knowledge about the fascial system as well as the muscular system and I learn from her every masage.
