Never have items stocked. Ive made 2 separate trips.This is out of my way.But I LOVE this store.They need help badly....

Disappointed!!!!Rude guys at the counter!!Let one man get cash back but I was told I can never do that again!Signs for masks or dont come in.NOT ONE PERSON HAS A MASK..I dont care but why have signs they clearly dont mean anything !!!And then to tell a customer never to come back because he tells then.High school kids on a first job are more professional!!

Ok this Family Dollar needs new employees. I dont know who is the manager or who is charge but they need more training. There is a lady that works there and she is by far the worse one there. She swears and yells in front of the customers, she is on her cell phone yelling and swearing and she talks about her personal problems so the whole store can hear.I dont know if there is a dress code for working there but all the employees that are working there when I shop either just crawled out of bed and dont practice good hygiene. I work in customer service for 27 years and I have seen and dealt with alot things but this place is a disaster. I wish the district manager or the owners would step in do something. Its sad that people go there to shop have to get treated horribly and cant shop in peace.DO BETTER PLEASE!!!!!!!

The GM is not a good store manager. Went there and had to wait 5 minutes til he finally came up to check me up. I wanted $40 for cash back and he told me I can only do $10 cash back. Im paying a fee of $1.25 to get $10 back!?!? If they can only do $10 cash back, then he needs to tell corporate and take it off their cash back debit machine. But I didnt listen to the GM and was still nice enough and did $25 cash back instead of my $40 and his suggestion of $10. He seem irritated that I didnt listen to him. Its my money!!! I dont like this person asking me about my money. Next time Im not going to say anything and Im just going to get whatever amount I want back. To the GM- BE COURTEOUS, Considerate AND MORE FRIENDLY.

Great place to shop as a former employee it is abgreat place

Two employees visible, the store was well stocked in the sections I visited. Check out went quickly.MASKS ARE REQUIRED

Clean and shelves are fully stocked. The freezer section is great they have a vegetarian section as well.

Great store nice prices however aisles are narrow but need to be for all the items they carry.

Store was closed when I arrived. Have a sign posted that temporary hours will be from 9am to 7pm. Must be short staffed. The Family dollar in Hettinger was closing early or not open at all on some days until they cleaned house.

They are due as definately ESSENTIAL in my eyes. The associates at that FD are hard working short staffed and polite. They need compensation and RELIEF.

Dr. Johnson told me whats happening with Chase . I hope he is kinda right. Nice people in the office.A little spendy but all doctors are. I will be back..

Like this store they have what I need, somethings are a little on the high price side, but thats ok. The employees are always nice and helpful. Thank for everything you do during this pandemic time.

This location needs to get their hours figured out everything says 9am. It was changed 2 weeks ago . Still not opening and people are waiting outside. Did someone party to hard Saturday night?

Waited in the front of the store for almost 10 minutes with out anyone in site , never been to a store where 4 employees all need to be out back at the same time leaving the front end totally unattended ... Very unhappy

First time visiting. Not bad. Very well stocked.

Great prices and friendly help just all around a great shopping experience and if you get helped by Chris he is a good person
