This daycare center has been just what our family needed! Great owner, director and teachers, who truly care about the students. They have incredible communication with parents! We were given important resources that we did not get anywhere else! We are currently working through some issues that our child has. We have worked together to make sure everyone has what they need to make this a successful partnership. We highly recommend Stepping Stones Daycare.

If your children have special needs of any kind, don’t waste your time. They removed my child with no notice and no warning whatsoever, while I was working there. Did not care about giving me time to find a back up plan and kicked him out the same day because of his autism.

Stepping Stones has been welcoming and a wonderful experience for our family from the first day we dropped our son off for care. We have been impressed by the communication and level of care from the staff from the beginning. The daily photos and updates let us know he is learning and being well cared for. We feel lucky to have found such a caring environment that he loves!

This place is really great, you get what you pay for. This is a classy early learning center. We enjoy taking our kid here and they have a wonderful after school program. Extremely nice and nurturing staff. Over the years we have used many different day care providers this this one of the best.

Staff and facility are great, quality menu, lots of field trips over summer along with other activities. Our child looks forward to going every day.On the bad side, lots of staff turnover in the past year and a half, both front office and classroom. Tuition costs are upper end for the area so I expect staff to be retained better.** I am updating this review to note that turnover has been much better as of late. If the current staff sticks around they are easily 4.5-5 star. Front staff has been there about a year now and things seem to be running much smoother since the change. If you are reading a review from over a year ago I wouldnt put much stock in it as many things have changed, for the better, somewhat expected for a brand new facility.** Edit #2, things even better and smoother the past year, staff is amazing, really not sure what more we could ask of them. It’s a shame the 2 two bad reviews are bringing the rating down, I’m personally highly suspicious of the one talking about pay and mentioning a competitor, the other may or may not be true.I’d personally put more stock in the reviews that are clearly customers vs reviews that have very little actual interaction with the center. No they did not pay me to say that, just a pet peeve of mine when it comes to online reviews.

Stepping Stones did an amazing job with the teaching staff, curriculum and program while we attended in 2016-17. The LANA and STEAM activities were great and the new teaching staff are providing high quality care. The baby purees made onsite are a wonderful bonus. Its amazing what high quality and dedicated teaching staff can do for a program. Kudos to the whole team!

We love Stepping Stones and have found the teachers and management helpful and qualified. The kids have loved all the activities and we love to see their love for learning grow as they grown up at Stepping Stones. We would recommend this center to all our friends and family!

We have been attending SS for almost 3 years now. Really since it has opened. We had 3 kids and now have 2 kids because our school age child is attending middle school now. As another reviewer said, if you are reading a review from a year ago, I wouldnt pay much attention to it. There was a lot of turnover during that time, but the management did a wonderful job keeping parents updated with the changes and also trying to not disrupt the kids. They always made sure at least one teacher in the rooms was someone that the kids knew. We actually moved from Primrose up the road to SS. I loved that when my LO was a baby there was baby food made onsite, I didnt have to bring bottles, wipes or diapers and when it is rainy or freezing cold out there is a HUGE large motor room that each of the classes can use, so the kids dont have to stay in their room all day. We love the teachers and staff there.

Sadly, this place does not even deserve a single star. Worst place to send your kids and/or even be employed! Parents like myself, are over charged when the curriculum is not 100% implemented.New employees get hired, then are gone less than six months later.To anyone looking to apply, go up the road to Primrose and you can make $2-$3 more due to employees being extremely underpaid at this child care center.

Have been trying to contact them to enroll my kid for weeks now. Every time I call them, they say they are going to call me but they never do. They are not organized at all !!!
