I never made it over there, because the lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and refused to check to see if they had a certain color polish I wanted for a mani/pedi.She said I had to drive over there to check. I told her I wasnt going waste gas to do that, and I said goodbye and hung up.Very poor customer service, very poor communication, and very unprofessional behavior.

Im going to school here. I love this school so much. They taught me so much about hairs, skin care, and many more. I cant wait to graduate this school and start work in salon with a full confident.Price in there to get hair done or nails or anything related to cosmetology is good price! People works there are very friendly. This place is also very clean. We always make sure that we clean everything. 😊

I brought in a picture of the haircut that was my hair - just needed a trim/cut/shape. The student was nice enough - but not very confident. I did not see much of finished cut until I had my glasses on. Way too short on the sides - it looks like my sons haircut - nothing like the feminine picture I brought in or the hair on my head that should have been the guide. Yes, it is a pixie cut - but in the picture she had hair on the sides. Mine looks buzzed and it was cut with only scissors! I am rarely critical of someone elses job - but this hair cut is not a good look for me. I keep looking at the picture and wondering what part of the picture looks like the hair ( or lack thereof) on my head. My hair will grow back - but I will never go back.

I would give the School a big fat ZERO if I could . Hair Masters is such a joke and an true embarrassment to the beauty industry! Seriously folks ! Very unprofessional school all around with a TON of DRAMA and HATE. The STAFF creates more drama than the students!! Shame on you all!! You are messing with people’s careers! All you care about is how many students you can get and taking their hard earned money!!!! I hope more people will come out and voice their opinions !! THIS HAS TO STOP!! 👎

I made an appointment with very low expectations considering the people here are at a place of learning. I did not expect them to be perfect. I called to make an appointment and was able to get the time I wanted. The appointment was for my 12 year old daughter and I (I am 30 years old just for a idea of demographics). This was a sorta price conscious mother/daughter spa-day before school started again.I was even informed of a deal they had going on that was buy one service, get one free. We were getting a mani-pedi so the manicures were free with a pedicure purchase. The total would have been $30 each, $60 total. The cost was $40 total with this deal! That was a wonderful savings!When we had our services I still did not expect much. I was looking for togetherness time. Mercedes and Nona were amazing! They both were so fun and made the entire time a very memorable experience. I will absolutely go back! I also want to mention that I had a chip-free manicure for 8 days! I am so happy with my experience here! Thank you soo much for the fun time!
