This is a great place to go for lessons and trail rides. Jen and Wayne are top notch; friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They take excellent care of their horses. My daughter has been going here for lessons for several years and she really loves it. We are fortunate to have Stone Creek Ranch in our community!

Stone Creek Ranch is amazing! Jenn and Wayne are both so knowledgeable and they truly care about their horses and the guests out at the ranch. I have done lessons, leasing, and trail rides at SCR and have had a wonderful experience with each. Definitely the best trail rides in Bloomington:) Love this barn!

I lease a horse from Stone Creek, and I’ve taken riding lessons from them. They are the best in every way! In addition to taking great care of their horses and being patient teachers, they have great facilities for riders, like 5 trails in the woods adjacent to the barn and an obstacle course. It’s a very friendly place where riders meet up to go on trail rides together, or hang out and watch the new foals in the pasture. Most of all, the place is beautiful, with its lovely pastures that are well maintained. It’s my favorite place to be!

I highly recommend Stone Creek Ranch for all of your horse and trail riding needs. Wayne not only trained my colt (using natural horsemanship), but taught me right along with him. Wayne set us both up for a great experience and we were riding the trails at Brown County in no time at all. I have participated in many trail rides, creek rides, and special events at SCR. All are well-organized, professionally-run, and begin on time! The facilities are well-maintained and all of the animals are very well cared for. You should definitely check out Stone Creek Ranch!

Started taking lessons a few weeks ago. I’ve ridden for several years but Jen has been helping me with cues and my seat. Wayne was great when discussing my horse’s issue. They are attentive, detailed, and use natural horsemanship methods. I look forward to my lessons and appreciate the knowledge they have

I have only been able to ride at stone creek ranch one time, but it was one of the best horseback riding experiences I’ve ever had. My love for horses has been all of my life, and you can tell at stone creek, theirs has too. They are so good at making you feel welcome and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back and ride again.

Wayne got my love of horses really started almost 20 years ago. Hes incredibly knowledgeable. SCR has beautiful pastures, a challenge course and miles of trails. They also give a wide array of lessons and the brand new round pin is AWESOME.

So I was super scared and excited but more scared but the guy walk me though everything and talking about how everything worked. I loved the ride because he made me and my husband so comfortable. I will have to come back soon.

We love Stonecreek Ranch! Jenn and Wayne are excellent with horses, have a beautiful property. And provide a great experience for beginner riders all the way to advanced riders. Their lease program is fantastic, and their farm is my go to recommend for all aspiring riders in Bloomington.

Stone Creek Ranch is an amazing place. Not only due they lease horses, but the also sell horses. We have purchased 2 horses from Wayne and Jen. Wayne and Jen give it their all to make sure the horse and rider are a good fit, and make sure you are 100% satisfied. Would recommend Stone Creek Ranch to anyone!!!!!

My daughter did lessons last summer/fall! Wayne and Jen did amazing with her! We are going to be signing her up again to do more lessons. Highly recommend.

The best place to ride. Horses are wonderful and the owners go beyond to make sure you have a great ride and to keep you safe. My daughters and I have ridden many times.

Both of my girls take lessons at Stone Creek Ranch and we absolutely love it! They have learned so much and have so much fun! Wayne and Jen are both excellent teachers and are so patient with my girls! We would recommend Stone Creek to anyone!

What a beautiful place with great staff! My family was in Bloomington over our spring break and were very lucky to have had a family ride for 6 of us planned! I cant say enough about how wonderful our ride was, even with a little sprinkle of rain! All the horses were great on our ride and the directions from the team made this experience one that our family will remember! We very much look forward to returning to ride again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a day adventure in Bloomington!

My daughter and I went on a trail ride and had a great time. Beautiful scenery and just an all around great experience.

A wonderful team to work with. Our first interaction was having them load and transport my horse to our new house. Wayne was friendly, polite and obviously a true horseman. He and Janet took great care of my horse. They had him loaded with no fuss in ten minutes and towed him to Lawrence Co. with great care. A pleasure to meet them and see the ranch. And Id be delighted to work with them in the future.

Looks promising, I think my girls will like it.
