Purchased Rosetta Stone- Dutch $139.45 after Tax. I lost all access to my purchase because Rosetta Stone updated their payment system to Monthly, Bi-Annual, Annual. Unfortunately they offered a remedy to give me 1 month free access to make up for my $139.45 purchase. Go somewhere else, DUOLINGO is free and will not pocket you purchase without letting you keep your purchase.

BEWARE, I purchased Rosetta Stone 6 months ago. At the 6 month mark, May 30th, they automatically debited my account for $119 for an autorewal. 2 days after the money was taken out of my account I received an email offering me a choice not to autorenew, TOO LATE, the money was already taken from my account. I called and was promised a refund in 7 to 10 business days. On day 12 I called to inquire about my refund. I was told there was a glitch and I needed to wait another 24 to 48 hours. At the 24 hour mark Rosetta Stone took an additional $119 from my account. This time they dont believe me, they said they did not take another $119. I had to send a screen shot of my bank account, they still deny taking my money and to make matters worse I am told I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for my 1st refund. My issue is still not resolved and I am out $238. Try Dualingo, it is free and works just as good and you dont have to deal with losing $238.

Cancelling auto-renewal does not cancel your subscription, by the way. You wont know this until they keep charging you later and then they wont work with you even when you misunderstand. Theyll also block you from talking to supervisors and get awfully high and mighty with you when youre attempting to talk to them. They will interrupt you while youre talking and say the same thing over and over again. Would not recommend using the online version or dealing with their customer service. Theyre worse than working with Xbox Customer Support.
