Our daughter attended from ~12 weeks to age 2 1/2. We were very happy with the care she received, and the professionalism of her caregivers. In the infant room, it was evident the teachers really love babies, and we were impressed by the attention to detail- breast milk separated and labeled for each child, lots of individual time spent with each child, lots of stimulative play, children held and played with, beds correctly separated, and diapers changed often. When our daughter moved up to toddlers with Ms. Tamika, we were impressed with her teachers attention to creating a learning atmosphere. She stressed the importance of having our daughter there by 10 am, so she could participate in the full day of class activities. While this was sometimes hard to accomplish (I was working nights), we appreciated the fact that Ms. Tamika took our daughters experience there so seriously. We were also appreciative of the enrichment activities our daughter was exposed to, including a music class. During our time here, we also appreciated the parent-teacher meetings every few months to discuss our daughters development and progress. Our daughter had a good experience here, and was well prepared for the preschool program she joined when we moved.

We have been at Bloomington kinder care for awhile now and my son absolutely loves it! I love that everyday when i pick him up he gets to tell me all about his day and what he learned nothing better then knowing and feeling that your child is in the best absolute hands all day away from you. The teachers are all amazing and polite my son loves all of them. If you are looking for a good place to send your kid this is it and they also have the app that updates you all day long and gives you a report of his day teachers are always there to answer any questions or concerns 😁

This Kinder care is more then just a daycare its a FAMILY. Ive appricate that during this pandemic how theyve been taking extra measure making sure the kids and staff our safe. Also the support needed for children who do distance learning or hybrid learning. My kids enjoy Ceder Kindercare and made amazing friends and memories. Thank you STAFF for all that you do for our children and the parents.

My toddler love going everyday to see his friends and teachers. The daily updates/pictures are so fun to see. I am always greeted with a smile and some good conversation. If i have ever had a concern it was always addressed right away. Heather, Dyme, Meka, Julie, & the rest of the teachers all do such a great job! We love Cedar Kindercare!

They have just a great teachers and staf, they know how to do there work so well. My son learns amazing things to do daily. paint,write and even read words and he just four years old. Thanks a lot for your effort keep going.

My daughters 3 and 4 attend and they love it!! I love it!! My girls look foward to seeing their friends and teachers!! They have smiles everyday we enter and are greeted with open warm arms!! They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!!Natasha

My son has attended Cedar KinderCare since he was six weeks old, hes currently in the preschool room. The care hes received over the years puts me at ease day to day knowing hes in capable hands. He has learned so much. The staff are great and any concerns Ive had were immediately addressed. The facility is clean and there is always a friendly face to greet you at drop off and pick up. I would definitely recommend the Cedar location.

KinderCare MUST have a diversity training ASAP! Heather shouldnt be working with children or even in the same place with children or just take a long brake to re-group her self. She have been in this company way too long and and got comfortable with how she treats others when you get comfortable you dont do your job to the fullest you become lazy most of parents have felt this way with her. Heather comes off to people very Rude and that comes off disrespectful Most of her staff say the same thing about her. To think KinderCare would hire anybody to be in this type of business should be retrained with customer service right away! Even a human research survey needs to be sent in from HR so they can see how the staff is actually been treated there. However I do respect the teachers and Dyme who spend more then 9 hours with these children and understand each child and families. Heather do not have the right patience to deal with any children at all. You can tell her passion is NOT with children she wouldnt wont make it in a toddler room for more then 6 hrs! And that is an issue been a parent and having the head manger not have the passion for these childrens hurt my heart seen somebody else that is ready to be moved up in the company and work hard to become where she is at this company have way more passion for the children and way more involved with the families this is what we need moving forward this individual (heather ) need some methods for improving on diversity training. I will be following up with HR regarding some of these issue because I do fear who will Heather attack next!

I am soooooo glad I made the switch the staff are amazing they address any concerns and are sure to keep parents aware and in the loop. safe to call this place my sons second family as they treat all in attendance as such.

Honestly one of the best centers Ive been with...Theyre very patient wit my boys and very clean.

If you are wise you would NEVER bring your children to this center. My two children were at this center for no longer than a week, One in the infant room and one in toddler room. My infant came home with gooey poop between her inner theigh and private area. My son was left soaking wet for at least 2 hours before anyone noticed and by that time dad was there for pickup. My son was shivering and cold because of cold sitting urine soaked to his socks while changing him. My daughter was fed two 5 ounce formula bottles within 2 hours and they wondered why she projectile vomited at school that day with no other symptoms. When trying to file a report with the unprofessional director she said checked with staff and done a follow up she found nothing wrong. I sent an email to district offices and never received a response. I wouldn’t very recommend this daycare to ANYONE. I believe they should be shut down.

We have had the most amazing experience here! They treat us like family! The director and staff are so welcoming and helpful. Love, Love, Love this center!

I started with my 6 month old going here I was welcomed with open arms, the teachers are great with my girls. Heather is very friendly and helpful, she answers ando helps me whenever I need it. Dominique (Dyme) is crazy in a loving, friendly, sisterly way. The other teachers/staff are up to par...I WOULDNT CHANGE THEM OR HER SCHOOL FOR THE WORLD!!!!

I love kindercare and the staff.. My children attend 12 years at this kindercare. I have had a great experience with them. NO problems what so ever.. The way that handle and accept the children as if they were their own is outstanding. When I first started it was so hard for me to trust anyone with my kids but they welcome you with open arms and makes it a comfortable experience for you and your child.. Its not just a daycare they dont just keep an eye on the kids they are engaged in the curriculum and active activities with your child as well..

I love Cedar Kindercare! My son has been going there for 4 and a half years (from toddler room to now school-age) and my daughter from infant room to preschoolers. My son was completely ready for Kindergarten without attending another preschool! The staff is amazing and has always worked with me when I have needed anything or had any concerns. They helped me potty train both my kiddos! I will be sad if I ever move and have to change centers. They are like a second family to us!

Ive been taking my kids to cedar kindercare since they were toddlers. I recently have my youngest child their this year and I put my older kids back in there as well. Cedar kindercare is the only daycare I trust to put my kids in. I trust cedar kindercare to care for my kids and I would recommend cedar kindercare to anyone. I dont have no worries when I drop my kids off. Which is a relief because we as parents always worry about our children safety and who we are leaving them with. So why not put your worries aside and have your children at a safe secure clean place where they are well taking care of. The staff are great with making every child feel welcomed and loved and safe to be there. Ive seen other children actions at the center. From small to older kids, They always have smiles on their faces which says a lot. I can keep going on and on about how great the cedar kindercare is. But I would recommend you come see for yourself how great the cedar kindercare really is!

Kindercare is a great place I have 3children and all 3 of my children started out at Kindercare the one and only childcare center that my kids has ever been and wouldnt have changed it for the world!! If you dont know them or this place get to know them because yoyr missing out :)

My son is learning so much, in our home we call it school, not daycare. He even tries to go on the weekends to see his friends and favorite teachers.

I got no right word to describe this horrible place, if you can think of all the worst things prohibited by law from all centers then you have an idea! At first it seemed like I found a haven for my son but damn I was wrong; the worst ever decision I have made in many yrs. This is no joke nor hate! Its my experience! Ok, first of all, I read all the reviews from parents before going for the tour. And there was one parent who had very terrible experience which I concluded was probably her opinion or something. Then I scheduled a tour, during this time I thought the parent who left a bad review about this center was wrong because it seemed so welcoming, loving and promising but guess what, similar terrible experience came knocking on my door, Bam! First, it started with arguments about flexibility which was one of the major reasons I chose it. The director promised heaven and earth but after enrolling my son, it all seemed like a dream. Now in my nursing school and I needed a schedule change, I got pushed around before getting the NO we cant! What the hell, then I started missing classes because I couldnt let my son alone. Barely two weeks later, my son came home with bloody bruises from falling off a ladder when he tried to wash his hands. How the hell did a teacher not see him trying to do so! That seemed like just an accident. But boom, the worst bruises came days later. This time I was very upset, then I accused them of neglect and was told the director would address it in the following week. Surprisingly, this so called director began giving me attitudes and avoiding me. As if that wasnt enough, all the teachers joined in, such that every time I drop my son they just avoid us. And my son would cry every morning once he gets dropped off, sometimes I had to spend time with him before literally fading away. Ask about pick up! he would run to me like he had been held captive all day. separation anxiety deteriorated. my son and I became very uncomfortable. What happened between the time I dropped and picked him up became a night mare. My son (15months old) and I be ignored and the worst of it all I would meet him sitting alone by himself with his sad face while other kids were singing and playing with the teachers. (Oh hell, I know this center will not get away with this!) When I complained to the teachers, I was told he was either having snack or didnt wanna join the group but I knew that wasnt my sons behavior at all. Then I quickly talked to a childrens advocate and my case worker about it since I couldnt stop him abruptly. And then, the worst disappointing inhumane experience ensued, this time he had a fever at home on saturday and I thought it was cool to let his teacher know on Monday so she could watch out on him. Then I went to pick him up after work, I asked same teacher how it went and she assured me he was fine. we got home and I watched him all night to confirm he had truly gotten better. And that was it. So as usual I dropped him off next morning, went for my clinicals. During the break, I pulled out my phone and found two missed calls and voice message from this daycare. The shocking voice message was that my son wasnt supposed to be in daycare since he was sent home previous day and I have to pick him up right away. Confused, I called the daycare to clarify that he wasnt sent home. And all I got was a yell on the phone. This time I was more confused and began calling all my folks to see if anyone could help get him out of there. One of the friends I called confirmed she got same voice message because shes my emergency contact. We both was confused and I went to clarify the misunderstanding, only to hear same story rudely told by the director. This time I was sure this center is miserably unprofessional & negligence of duty. And I was left with no choice than pull my son out. However, I decided to carefully look elsewhere for a better daycare after some months. Luckily I found the best center ever, and my son wants to go there every blessed day! I strongly would NOT recommend Cedar Kindercare!

By far the worst childcare you can put your kids into my kids hated this place and would cry bloody murder every day for 5 weeks before switched centers! The staff have a hard time juggling so many kids! The toys look like trash as if they where all donated! They dont accurately feel out the daily reports on my children and most days i wouldnt ever get a report! The director is full of excuses and never does what is asked! One day my son got sent home for fever i brout him in the next morning at 8am not knowing he wasnt supose to go back the next day since he was sent home and she called me at 3:30 saying they just noticed my son was there and i have to pick him up because he wasnt supose to be there that day! My daughter would always have accidents (wet pants) someone obviously doesnt know how to put on a diaper or they never changed her! One day i dropped her off in class than dropped my son off in his class and sat there for 5 minutes because the teacher wouldnt help unattach him from my leg, when i walked past the toddler room to leave, my 2 yr old was standing at the door crying with her jacket and neither one of the teachers could even take the effort to redirect her or get her playing! One day my son came home with no diaper on i was highly pissed off (to the point i wanted to get child services to check this place out however since i pulled my kids out i didnt worry about it) i told the director the next day and she said the teacher thought he was potty trained so she sent him into the bathroom, she was unaware he was in diapers! I can go on for days about why this childcare needs to be shut down just over my 5 week stay there but ill cut it short by saying if you send your children here you will regret it! These ppl obviously work here because its a job and they have bills to pay not because they love the kids!
