Recently bought a couple of printers here and they made the whole process easy including very helpful employees which is rare in retail these days. Even the store manager asked if there was anything that I needed so when you get that kind of service you remember it well.

This is the nicest, most professional and efficient staff. I was engaged by all team members. As a multi unit sales and service manager in a different industry, I can recognize a well managed store, and this is one of them.

The order I placed didnt go through and was never shipped, except all the info I had showed that it did go through and would be 3-5 days. I waited nearly 2 weeks understanding the current situation, however when I called back I spent over an hour on hold to talk to with 2 separate people who both were equally hard to understand as they were ineffective and both hung up to end the conversation. The customer service with Office Depot is terrible and once they go out of business I hope they realize its because they are a poor business and dont blame it on Covid-19, this should be a time when customer service is a atop priority not a waste of time.

Very clean! Very organized! Able to find a employee to take me to the face masks I was looking for. Everyone wearing masks including customers.

Don’t ever get a square trade warranty with anything you buy here. If it doesn’t work to start with they don’t care, they just pawn the problem off on square trade and refuse to do a return on the product. Square trade pawns the problem off on the manufacturer and then you spend 60+ mins on the phone with netgear with ZERO results!! In other words, you get stuck with a defective $200 modem that nobody does a thing about. Your better off just not getting a warranty because Office Depot won’t do a thing about it even if it was purchased 2 days ago. What happened to being able to return something that doesn’t work without hassle???

Generally a great place to get those supplies you might have a hard time finding elsewhere. But not today... Sold out of self-sealing laminating pouches. However, the staff were extremely helpful and showed me how to save significant $ on printer ink! The store is very clean, well marked aisles!

Staff and managers and very nice and helpful. The print and copy folks are absolutely great. I like them a little better than their competitor on the east side for most things. EXCEPT binders.

Selection of pens and paper products is very good. Individual reams of basic copy paper are pricey, but the case prices are usually very competitive. They have a really good selection of ink jet photo paper, and even carry laser photo paper; both types competitive with online vendors. Online retailers have better pricing and selection on electronics and office furniture though.

Its really ridiculous that I have to call the store to ask for the fax number I need to receive a fax for pick up.

Great store, great people!!! Sales staff is very informed of the products they sale. Store was neat and nicely organized, the staff was great from management on down. Carl the manager helped extend a great deal to us that we had missed by one day!!! Josh R. Went out of his way to make sure this happened and helped us make an informed decision on the laptop we purchased!! Kudos!!!

I took my computer in to have it looked at. I had a virus on it. Kendra took care of me. She was very respective of my time. I dropped off the computer and returned a couple of hours later. Kendra talked to me about what was wrong with my computer and the cost to get it up and running. I then decided to look at some new computers. Kendra was very knowledgeable and showed me computers that would work for me. She was patient and very willing to spend the necessary time with me. She was not pushy to try to sell me something. Kendra was genuinely interested in making sure that I looked at what was good for me. I will definitely work with Kendra and Office Depot again.!

Went to get a big report printed the night before it was due and the sales people were extremely helpful and nice. Their prices were much better than other copy places nearby and much faster. Great experience.

Kendra at the the copy and printing area was very helpful and had great customer service skills. Even when there was a long line of people she was courteous and kept the line moving quickly.

They were out of a specific size of shipping box, but one of the managers went to the trouble of checking to see if they had any used boxes in the back they could just give me.High quality customer service whether its for a Brother printer or the right shipping labels.

Good prices on laptops, computers and monitors and sometimes great prices if you catch the right weekly special, but dont hesitate because the price does go back up to full retail the next week.
