If your child has special needs or a learning disability do not send them here. They do not know how to care for them and are not willing to work with you. And the director Jeni is definitely not the brightest.

I am absolutely satisfied... Good teachers make the school amazing and this school has amazing teachers... Ms Jeni and all the staff are very responsive.. both my boys went here from toddler to Pre-K and I dont have a single complaint... I would definately recommend to anyone who is looking to put their kids. I really felt my boys become more confident and more open and started communicating better.. which is a blessing since they would hardly open their mouths... when they started here my younger one didnt know much english either but now its a completely different story. They groomed them into amazing kids.

We really like the teachers and staff at Childtime. Jeni and Kelsey are great at running the place and our always responsive. Our son has some special needs and the teachers go the extra mile to work with him and do the exercises our physical therapist prescribes to help him to progress. Weve seen a lot of improvement over a short period of time!

Both of my children have attended this daycare, my son since 2015. We chose this facility over others in the area due to the very warm and welcoming feel. It feels like home and the teachers are wonderful. The infant room is amazing!! The infant teachers go above and beyond with the babies and keep an open line of communication with parents throughout the day. The toddler teachers keep the kids moving all day and do music, art and play outside. The app this center uses is great to see pics and keep updated on what they are doing. I went through some scary medical issues and I always felt better knowing my children were at childtime with their friends and teachers. I knew they were cared for and happy.Jeni, the director, is always popping in to classrooms and checking on the curriculum structure to ensure each teacher is working against state guidelines. She also organizes all types of parent included events (breakfast with Santa, trunk & treat, muffins with mom etc) which is fun for kids and a chance for parents to mingle.(I also agree with previous poster about the negative reviews. I too was there the day this individual came to the school screaming at the staff and cursing. In regards to the staff “standing around” that is absolutely not true. I went to the school everyday on my lunch break for two months to nurse my baby and never saw anyone just sitting unless they were on a lunch break)

Childtime Blue Ash has been great for our family. My son is 8 months old and has been at Childtime Blue Ash for 2 months. We love all the staff and his caregivers are outstanding. I love walking in to find him in the middle of story time, a puppet show, finishing a bottle, or finger painting. The administrative team is helpful and always there to problem solve or work through any concerns. They all work collaboratively to ensure that my son is cared for and that I am comfortable with the services and facilities. Thanks to everyone at Childtime!

This daycare is wonderful. I was so nervous and anxious to put my son in daycare for the first time. The staff did such a great job at making my baby and I feel comfortable. Everyone is always so nice and smiling, they don’t make you feel like you’re a burden. I’m sure they have days where they are tired, but they never show it. I don’t have to worry about my son while he’s there, it’s a small cozy little daycare that feels like home. They send me pictures and updates throughout the day which I LOVE. I’d highly recommend childtime blue ash.

My son has gone to Childtime since he was 6 months old (hes now almost 4) and weve had nothing but wonderful experiences. The teachers there are educated, kind, and I feel like Im leaving my son in good hands every day. Even when new teachers are hired on, they seem to be well-trained because the transition has always gone smoothly when it comes to dropping my son off with a new face. The communication through their new app, Brightwheel, is excellent; I really feel like Im a part of my sons day and very aware of whats going on while he is at school. Im very thankful for our time at Childtime and I really feel like this preschool has gotten him ready for his future endeavors in kindergarten.

Overall the cleanliness of the daycare is the best quality this center has to offer. Its a quality rated 3 star center.. meaning teachers would have to have some level of education. Yet the curriculum is equivalent to a 1star facility. They certainly knew someone that knows someone to get that quality rating. Half the time the teacher would skip circle time my kids would tell me. Their supposed to send a daily update, pictures and videos of your child throughout the day.. Good luck with that! The Directors are lazy and somehow always in the kitchen eating all day after parents drop off like clock work. Just drop off later than usual and witness the all you can eat contest. Yeah, no wonder why they have the food program with the state.. to feed the staff and not the kids. Go figure. My kids would tell me that their teacher wouldnt give them more food during lunch if asked. The Directors inform you that you are able to drop in anytime to check things out.. I did that once and everyone was running around with their heads cut off. My baby informed me that the teacher would make them sit down while the kids played outside if they didnt follow an instruction earlier that day. All kids are required to physical play for motor skill development twice a day!! A 30min time out for a 4yr old! Bottom line if you want to be over charged every week for a mediocre babysitter, hey its your hard earn money. Good riddance! We had to high tail it out of there.

The ladies at Childtime in Blue Ash are awesome! My 9 month old son loves his teacher, Miss Kelly, and I love that I drop him off smiling and playing.Every morning we are greeted with warm welcomes and smiling faces. The directors, Becky & Jeni, and teachers are enthusiastic about the progress, happiness and well-being of the kids.We had visited quite a few daycares in the area before making a decision - the atmosphere here is not clinical and sterile feeling, its warm and inviting. All reasons why my husband and I are so glad we enrolled our son at Childtime!

After touring several centers in the area we ultimately decided on Childtime. Where it lacks in areas compared to other facilities, it makes up for in a staff that is incredibly friendly, a secure building and the presence of well behaved children. My son arrives ready for the day and isgreeted at the door by welcoming staff. They take extra time to makes sure kids are happy and comfortable while away from parents. If I had to list a con, it would be that I wish the building was a bit more modern and the play area was nicer but otherwise I am going to work knowing my child is in good and loving hands.

I was talking w/ a friend about where to send her child for care, I had suggested Childtime in Blue Ash. All 3 of my children attended there infant –prek, my youngest graduated prek last May. I have also referred many of my other friends & family some who currently attend. I was talking with her & she told me that she looked it up, read some negative reviews about the center. I find that very hard to believe so I pulled them up myself & could not believe what I read, after reading them I called my friends & a family member who still attend & asked them about it. They could not believe the horrible things that were being said. Over the past 7-8 years we attended, I had NEVER had any issues to that extreme. Any concerns or issues I ever had were addressed immediately & they were not anything serious. I started thinking about it as I read through the reviews, now I am a person who is very involved, I am nosey, I watch, listen, ask questions. There are 4 of these reviews that have the same tone, claim racism & such. After talking w/the other people I know who have attended & currently attend we figured out that all 4 of those were written by the same person! I remember the parent, her two children. My child & her child were in the same class. I witnessed this parent & her shenanigans. I would like to debunk all of what this women has said & is trying to do, theres not enough room on here so I will hit the most important. First, this is a wonderful center with very caring staff. The curriculum is the best, they do observations of the children and that is how they determine what the children will be learning. They are a Star 3 rated center & I can assure you that they worked hard to earn that rating! We attended there when they got there star and when they moved to a 3 star. It’s a Step Up To Quality State of Ohio rating, they don’t just hand those out. As for illnesses, it is a center full of children, children who lick everything, touch everything, children carry germs, lots of germs, sickness is going to happen. They are very good at keeping parents up to date on any illness. It would help if parents did not drug their kids with fever reducing medication and send them to school sick, but that is going to happen. They do not use time out or punish children. They do talk with parents about behavior concerns. They had a new teacher who tried to come up w/a reward system as there was a hand full of children with bad behaviors. I did witness that anytime this teacher tried to implement anything this parent would be in the office yelling, and I mean yelling at the director or the assistant director. She was always accusing them of singling her child out. At the time of the incident that involved the police, I was there. I watched the whole thing go down. I was picking up my child from the playground as they just got outside. I was waiting for my child to finish playing and I saw a few children playing on the patio. Her child was one of them. All of the sudden this parent comes out onto the patio screaming at the teacher asking why is her son sitting for 30 minutes outside (they had been outside less than 5 mins if that) She would not let the teacher answer. The parent went inside; where my friend happened to be picking up her child in the tod classroom, & heard a women yelling in the lobby screaming and cussing at the assistant director and then left. The assistant director went out to talk with the teacher and the parent (who left her 2 children in the car alone) came flying back outside and started screaming again. After this incident, the parent I’m sure was asked to not return. I believe that is what all of those negative reviews are from. I strongly advise not to read too much into these negative reviews & go see this wonderful center for yourself. As parents, we don’t want to put our children in a center, but if you must do so, Childtime Blue Ash is the place to go!!

At first, this center seems great, fun and safe due to the cameras and three star quality rated. But after a while you actually get the displeasure of it all. The highlights about this center is that they are good with security. The teachers ask questions if they dont recognize a face. There were a few incidents, but for the most part; they see who walks in and most of the time someone is at the desk. The food program is good, the kids eat their veggies, and the monthly menu is appropriate. It always smells nice from the kitchen and lobby is always neat. This center seems to always have a life threating sickness. In the last 6months there has been 2 cases of scarlett fever, the flu virus, 3 cases of step throat, anmonia, pin worms, ringworm. In multiple rooms, because of kids constantly being moved in different rooms throughout the day; due to lack of staff and constantly being over ratio. Parents arent informed until a least five to six kids could be out in one room. Which is an complete inconvenience as a parent. The teachers talk to each other majority of the time, without acknowledging the kids or parents that walk inside of the building when I pay my hard earned money and cant get an good morning to my child. The lack of communication between teacher and parent is ridiculous. The center doesnt send home a daily sheet and barely update the daily activity app. Teachers are always siting down when ever my husband or I have walked into a room. The center always looks neat, with barely any toys out in the classrooms. There is always an lack of staff. Changes are made in staff and classrooms without sending a letter nor email to parents. As soon as they hire a teacher they quit and its stressful for the children, and you can tell its affecting their educational time. There is an extreme lack of diversity at the center, teacher and students. There have been parents that have compliant on racism in the center and teachers treating children in inappropriate ways; That most of the multiple race children no longer attend. The center needs more stucture and constancy before they get sued or go out of business. How this center has three stars is highly questionable. This center is one star quality rated at best.

This was the worst daycare my children ever attended. The psychological pain and emotional stress the pre k teacher inflicted on my son breaks my heart everytime I think about it. The main issue is that the center is not diverse. My son started having emotional break dows with the verbal and mental abusive he was reciving from an racist teacher there. Everyday she would send him home with multiple red slips home stating that he didnt do anything right that day. He would cry at home everyday abou it and stated that his teacher would yell at him over things that other kids would also do, call him bad infront of the other children and chastise him. Other teachers would tell me things, and when I would confront the Director about it she would pretend to be clueless. It got to the point where he would through away all of the red constuction paper inside of his art desk away, because he related it to something negative about himself. She would make of stories about our son, stating things that he would never do to justify her behavior. Dad and I would asked the teacher what were some positive reinforcements and she never applied any. We compliant to the Director and had to have a meeting with the district director to rectify everything. They sent out a news letter to parents and removed that card system. Then a couple weeks after, while picking children up early to take them to practice; I walked in on the teacher with my son on the floor with her grabing him by the wrist and he was balling his eyes out screaming mommy. She had him their for 15mins while all the other kids were playing outside. I had to call the police and get a report and there was an serious investigation and cuaght it on video. My son told the officers that she was tearing his arm off. Because of that situation, they tried to falsely call in anonymously to report me for fraud with the state, since I recieved discounted daycare. Smh, it was so crazy that they took it that far. Luckily, everything was cleared since its based off your income and you cant lie about that when you have to produce a check stub. Being a single parent going through a situation like that is horrible enough, a center thay genuinely care about the well being of a child would never do that. After, my son his been in a different center whom the teacher siad they could tell that he was previously mistreated. It took him awhile to trust being left with a teacher again. But everything has been great since we terminated them as a provider. Hes in kindergarten now, on a soccer team and goes to an center and not once have we had any issues with teachers, other instructor or coach; whom have ever siad my child did any of the things that teacher would say. How is that possible, when only less than 5mo ago. Please be cautions of your little ones with this center they are Racially basis. And by far the worst experience with a center.Beware!

My duagther has been attending daycare at Childtime for some time now. What I have observed is that the teachers pick whom they will address in the morning and which parents they will communicate with as well. With that being said, the basis behavior creates fustrating and unpleasant lack of communication. This is certainly a babysitter staff and not professionals that excerise their knowledge and educational expertise. If you ask a teacher anything about your child the immediate response is I wasnt here all day or I dont know. Which leaves me pondering, if the teacher is purposely trying to be vague or really dont pay attention to the kids? Im pretty sure thats because there arent a good amount of staff on the payroll. Its made me feel completely ackward and unwelcomed. I decided to take my money elsewhere.
