The best group of employees around. I work here and love the family atmosphere. The children are well cared for and staff go above and beyond to give each child one on one attention when they need it.As the cook, I do my best to prepare good quality and nutritious meals approved by the director for the children.I highly recommend this daycare.

My daughters attend childcare solutions and have been with Mrs Karen since they were babies (few years) I love the fact that she’s 24 hours which is convenient for me while I work all day I also love how my girls actually like being there I’ll drop them off and pick them up with everything I sent them with I’ve never had problems with anything missing they make sure their names are on they’re jackets bags cups etc she have cameras so she makes me feel really comfortable knowing if I needed to see how my girls day went bad or good I can ask to see cameras I’m truly thankful to have childcare solutions as my kids daycare provider

First off let me start by saying this daycare saved my sanity and life. Life is so hectic as a single mother and I cant always leave or miss work. Childcare Soutions is always there for me and my children whether I get mandated or my children need special attention. I used to get constant calls from my other daycares I chose and they could never accomidate my hours. They have a full-time cook Ms.Pipe and her food far exceeds my expectations. All food is provided by the center and my kids rave about the menus. Their teachers and staff treat my children like family making the transition comfortable when they have to stay long hours because of my work schedule...You Rock Ms. Kay and All the Staff....Thank you for making my life easier...........

There are several times where I had to go into work at the last minute and Karen was able to help me. Her teacher Symone always let me know when my baby has been fed and changed when I pick her up!

One word terrible! The driver had my children late for school several days. The hours and flexibility that are advertised are not correct, definitely was not able to meet my needs. The daycare cannot keep staff and the turnover is hard to keep up with. I missed days at work because i was unable to bring my children in due to staffing shortages. We switched daycares, best decision we made all year! Kids are happy, on time for school and I haven’t had to call out on off shifts for childcare reasons.

My niece was at this daycare and we had to pull her out. It was dirty and smelled of dirty diapers. Children left unattended, sometimes outside, frequently and not changed for hours. Ms K, the owner, is not there a lot and does not respond to her clients concerns. Her employees seem disinterested in their jobs and are uncaring and rude! The state is in this center frequently addressing concerns and complaints. I would not recommend this daycare.

I used this daycare for a long time to care for my children but sadly had to pull them out recently. The quality of care has declined in the recent months. My children were picked up dirty. There spare clothing would go missing and diapers would disappear way to quickly. The facility is unkept, smells and unprofessional. The caregivers are rude and spend most of their time in their phones. The meals provided had became so bad I sent prepackaged lunches. Ms Kay, the owner, is barely there anymore and is not responsive or as kind as she used to be.

I have tried several daycares in the area and each one my children would come home crying and complaining about their days/teachers. A friend recommended this place to me and I decided to try it out, within the first week my children would come home so happy and glowing. They would tell me all about their day and they were so excited to come back. One time I told them they were going to attend but then my plans fell through so they didn’t need to come here and they bawled because they were so excited to be here. Ms. Karen is by far the most involved director I’ve seen yet. She addresses my concerns immediately and will fix the problem herself if needed. I would and do recommend this place to all of my friends and family who also work fluctuating hours. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Childcare Solutions goes above and beyond for meeting my expectations and needs for childcare. I work at a facility that is open 24 hrs. and Childcare Solutions is very accommodating and flexible with my work schedule. The staff communicates well with my husband and I and keeps us informed of what is going on with our children. I find comfort knowing that my children are in good hands. I would highly recommend Childcare Solutions for your childcare needs.

My kids have been to several daycares here in Mahoning County and I had a bad experience with every single one of them! Providers dont care about the kids anymore or being reliable for workkng parents like myself. Someone told me to try child Care Solutions because with my crazy shifts an late hours as a bartender, 24hr child care was the best solution. Ive never been able to work an not get calls or text while at work asking where I am, how long until I was there etc... I can go to work and not stress or have to rush to get out quick enough to have to keep from the constant nagging. This child care has not only been a life saver for me but they are very professional, I love the seperate rooms for different age kids, my kids love going esp my oldest whom has severe behavioral issues, hes never been able to last in daycare because he was kicked out of them all. Ms.Karen is an amazing person and my kids adore her. If you need child care I recommend this daycare 100%!!

Is the owner going by Karen Carter or Karen Payne these days? The bipolar bigamist with a personality disorder running a daycare? How is this allowed especially as her house was just raided a few months ago? Can’t keep the state out of her daycare, wonder why? It’s all public information available with a click of your mouse. Imagine anyone bringing their children here if the really knew the criminal she is. Can’t keep help even paying under the table. Smh…… in due time, she will be in jail beside her man.

Amazing 👏 my kids come out so happy and sometimes my daughter says mommy can I got to daycare and my kids all four love it here they say they play Xbox with the babysitter and they have a great time over there I recommend it for you 👌
