ITSM Academy truly cares about its learners. I took a few courses with them, and not only did I learn new and relevant skills, but I also know that I have an incredible resource team that I can reach out to for support!My favorite course by far is the Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE), which details the step-by-step approach from the design (re-design) to the continual improvement of processes. For years, I was frustrated with all the time spent researching the - how to manage a process. CPDE lays it out in an easy-to-navigate approach. Amazing course!I recommend it to Business Process Professionals from any industry!
