When is the last time you stepped completely outside of your comfort zone?I had the most amazing, refreshing and freeing morning yesterday with Jennifer at Beyond Pole. I have always (like for my entire living memory), felt like the most uncoordinated, clumsy, unqualified person.This year, Im taking steps to go outside of my comfort zone and try the experiences I kept putting off for one reason or another.Yesterday, I tried pole dance for the first time! Was it not awkward at first? Absolutely. But by the end of my first class, I was laughing and falling on the floor, and even starting to achieve some of the moves, and I felt free to be myself and let go.I am absolutely booking more sessions to go back again and again. The instructor, the energy and the space were like a breath of fresh air and I felt so welcome and loved.Have you ever tried pole dancing? If you havent, have you ever wanted to, and whats held you back? Whod be interested in doing a small ladies class together? Build each other up, celebrate what our bodies can do, and laugh a bunch as well.I feel so amazing and empowered after my class yesterday, because I never imagined in my first class I could hang off the pole like this, Id love to share that feeling and experience with others 💜

Spending time in the Beyond Pole studio was an epic experience. Jen takes you on a spiritual journey of intimacy with yourself and with others. The session was emotional, freeing, joyful, and deeply moving. I would get a lifetime membership if I could!

For me, walking in to the studio was that hot bath.From the moment you walk in your embraced by warmth and so much love. In the hour I was at the studio, I felt like I could do anything. I know that sounds cheesy but for me, its true.Im struggling to find the words I want to say because nothing I can say could ever do this place or the experience justice.Its more than worth the price and you deserve to feel safe and empowered. Jennifer is phenomenal! When I first got there I wasn’t sure what to expect, but when I walked in the doors of Beyond Pole, I was greeted by Jennifer and was just amazed at the studio set up. Her studio is so welcoming and beautifully decorated! Lots of motivational quotes on the mirrors and walls. Jennifer is a great instructor and will make sure you feel comfortable and challenged at the same time during your session! I left my class feeling so empowered and motivated! This was such a fun activity out of my comfort zone, and I cannot wait to go back for another session!!! Take one of her classes, you will not regret it!♥️💓

Jennifer made my friends and I feel so sexy. In addition to Great prices this class was the most fun workout I’ve ever done. MONEY WELL SPENT!

She is a very good instructor, makes you feel confident and she really cheers you on. Calming space. Really gives you a workout

Wow! Where do I even begin?I decided to invest in this class because I am on a pursuit in becoming divinely aligned with myself and The Most High. Although I wasn’t quite sure of what my time spent at Beyond Pole would look like, I had to experience the tranquil but lively ambience of the studio. I won’t go into detail about my personal encounter but I will tell you my biggest take away. Jen, the instructor, is a beautiful, obedient servant of the Lord. She became everything I prayed to receive out of my time there. I found the approval and guidance I was looking for.So, would I recommend this to others? 1000% yes, but it will only serve and fill you in all the right ways if you allow yourself to be free in her space. Trust her lead and know she embody’s Jesus in the most authentic and relatable way. Thank you Jennifer for loving us all. You are a gem. 💕
