My husband and I have had issues with our certificates from errors in my name multiple times to not having the trainers license number on the the certificate. They have a copy of my DL so im not sure how that happens. Our applications are being held up because this company did not include the trainers license number. I emailed the them and was asked if Brad Sosnowsky was our trainer. Yes, he was. They asked me to email them the certificates we had and I did a few times. Shouldnt they have what theyve already issued in their records? Weird. I spoke to a gentleman the week before last and he confirmed receipt of my email with the documents attached. He said he would send me both corrected certificates via email and regular mail. To date, I have not recieved either. I have called the office since then many times and no one ever answers. Ive left multiple messages and have yet to recieve a call back. How do you communicate with someone you provided a service for and then ghost? Raises suspicion. Im hoping someone just dropped the balll on and this isnt normal practice. But it sure doesnt look good. We would really love to have the certificates we paid for....
