Gaspare made learning for the Gold Coast and state exam fun and exceedingly informative. He, without a doubt, prepared us to excel not only on the required exams, but also as a Real Estate Agent. He was eager to answer any questions the class had, and would take the time to give both the answer and why and how he reached that conclusion. He kept the class engaged and used his personal expertise to dive a little deeper in to some areas of our studies which was a huge plus in putting the class in perspective with the real world. If I could take the class with Gaspare again I would, but I don’t have to because of how well he prepared us, so I’ll settle for recommending him and Gold Coast schools to all my friends!

I am at my retirement age. I hold a brokers license in 2 other states and decide to get my brokers license in Florida where I have a second home. My search began for a Real Estate school and having done my home work, I chose Gold Coast and believe me it was the best decision I have every made. The staff was extremely friendly but the most important person was our instructor. Francis Jarvis. She was the best instructor I very had. He knowledge of the Florida Real Estate is beyond exceptional. Her classroom presence was to say it best beyond perfect. I would recommend anyone taking a Florida Real Estate course sign with Gold Coast and make sure you get Francis as your teacher.

Gaspare was my instructor and he went well and beyond to make sure I was well prepared for both the exam and my future as a real estate agent. During class he always made sure to explain all the material, answer any questions (making sure you understood his explanation), and then after going through all the material to review to make sure there were no holes in the information learned. He also made sure to always keep the class engaged by making learning the info fun even during chapters that were not particularly exciting. Gaspare is a person that even in multiple years i know if I run into any questions I can send him a message he will be happy to help. I loved my experience here and can’t wait to recommend it to friends!

Lakendra Eubanks is a fantastic teacher. Not only does she care about the success of her students, but she is a huge movie buff and relates the material to actors and real life situations, making the material relatable, memorable and fun. Whats the deal and all the conspiracy with these people? Called to get info and that career counselor Lizmarie is not answering important questions about the state exam site locations and applying priocess before I register... Huh:) You think they got my money? NOT!

The book has many, many mistakes. This will leave you confused and frustrated. The book is written extremely poorly. They need a complete new book, written by a much better writer that gets to the point, instead of leaving you confused and so many wasted lines of white noise. The book could be half the size for what you need to know. The broker course students were also handed out an agent book the size of encyclopedia. Why do I need to carry 2 big books? Why didnt they incorporate what I need to know into ONE broker book to the point? To refer back and forth from.The facility has basically non existent WiFi. Although this may have been a bank vault in the past, there should be sufficient WiFi (pay extra for extenders?) as most of us are already working and busy and need to be able to have reception to at least receive notifications (on silent). Cannot sit in a room 9am to 6pm and not be able to receive any notifications. We all work and most of us have kids. And sufficient WiFi is a must, the class was taught on 1st floor not in basement.The sample questions from their website - should have been printed and handed to us. We found out the last few days we should probably have those printed and they would be very helpful for studying. School did not have it in their budget to provide us with that practice opportunity. $600 per person for a course - please hand them out.

I just completed the Gold Coast School 63 hour real estate course. I found the course to be intense but not overwhelming. The instructors are very thorough and reviewed on the final days to prep you. Not only do they review for the Gold Coast test but they review for the board. The energy of the course was great. You meet other like-minded people to potentially even study with. I’ve met a core group of five people that I plan to study with for the boards. I truly enjoyed the instructor the teachers Gaspare . His experience was over 15 years in the field. A must go .

I took the Class A Air Condition course with Jeff Shanley. He is an excellent instructor with an immense amount of information and dedication to making sure his students understand the material. There is no way I would have passed the Trade Exam without his classes. Highly recommended.

Just completed my pre- license seven day in class course at Gold Coast. Dont let Covid hold you back from attending. There is only one person seated per desk and the desks are very well spaced. In my OPINION Coast Coast is doing a great job in this area.Class was great, Melodee, my instructor was just the best! She really put her all into teaching so that the whole class would pass.

Just finished my real estate pre licensing course today, and I have to say that professor Gaspare made me realize I love real estate. When I first signed up for the course and saw the hours I thought it would be torture to sit on the chair for 4 hours as time would go by so slow, it was exactly the opposite, he has a way of explaining the material and making it super fun at the same time, I promise you, you will not see the time pass by! So much knowledge, he is simply the best. Thank you for everything.

I took the month long class with Gaspare. Class was so fun and I met great contacts. Gaspare kept us on our feet with quizzes, which helped a lot. He also had us playing games that challenged our memory. This helped me really learn the concepts. The class was tiring but Gaspare was very encouraging and he even played motivational videos that pumped us up. He’s one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. He’s the kind of teacher that you remember for life. He was passionate about real estate and passionate about genuinely helping us reach our goals. When I need motivation I remember those videos and I looked them up on YouTube. Thank you Gaspare for believing in us and helping us attain our future careers.Gold color school itself was super clean and the staff was very helpful in answering any questions. It was easy to get my fingerprinted and any information I needed about the state exams. I also love that I can review the materials online and the videos were very helpful.The quizzes online or helpful also but I would have liked to review all of my quiz questions whether right or wrong.Overall I’m glad that my friend recommended Gold Coast. $300 is a steal for the wealth of information I received from Dan! He explained loan origination professionally and as a bouns how to never pay taxes to Uncle Sam. I feel guilty I p ly forked over $300.

Excellent Instructor and Course! I registered for the MLO course with Gold Coast and attended at their Boca Raton location. This is my first experience with Gold Coast and with the subject matter. It was my first time learning about Mortgage Loan Originators and the Lending principles and practices. I am very impressed with the course and I have to say, Dan, our instructor was Excellent. He is a professional in this field and made everything clear, and easier to understand. He interacted with the class, allowed questions and was overall an awesome teacher. Today is my last day of school! I joined Gold School to learn a new career that could add up value and income to my household! The first day I got here I was overwhelmed with so much information! My main language isportuguese which made me even more nervous if was going to be able to make it! So there is this guy, Gaspare. He was assigned to teach my class...and what a great gift Gold Cost gave us! He not only understands our limitations of language, he constantly encourages us, he is extremely patient and goes over and over math problems, difficult language issues, names related To the real estate business and cheers us up along the way! Today, a few hours before my class I feel confident that I will do a good job and pass the test because of all the effort he put towards us! I am so excited for whats to come because he added value to the classes and now I even know my next steps in the career. Dan is amazing! Each year I take my 8 hour continuing education, for my Mortgage Loan Originators license, with him. He makes the class enjoyable and he gives great examples, which helps me remember the information 😊He is a valuable part of the Gold Coast Team.

This was my first time back in school of any sort since 2008. Luckily I had instructor Gaspare Lucania for my 63 hour Real Estate Pre-License Course. He was very motivating from day one of the class as he related a lot real life experiences to the content in the book. Needless to say, I feel very well prepared and satisfied with the course. I would recommend Gaspare as a instructor to anyone who is equally as passionate as he is about getting your license and excelling in the Real Estate world!

I had such a awesome time in the month long class offered by Gold Coast Schoolss Boca Raton campus. It was money well spent!! I learned an enormous amount of information from Gaspare that I can apply to everyday life when Im out in the field, ( in the short amount of time I was in class).He is very knowledgable. What I liked most about Gaspares teaching style was his level of patience. He explained students questions and areas of concern, so that no left feeling unheard of lost. I enjoyed how he was able to relate real estate to real life examples making it more understandable for the lay-person.Im not a math person by any means, Im a childrens author and speaker. So, when our class approached the accounting section I felt as though this might be an area where I would struggle and have the most challenges. However, on several occasions, after class, he offered to take the time to stay a few minutes after to explain and go over the lesson until I felt comfortable and was able to demonstrate the problem without any assistance.I really appreciate his willingness to help throughout this month-long journey! I passed with an 85% and I feel more than prepared going on to taking the state exam in the next month or so.Students: If, by chance, Gaspare is your instructor he will not only cover the 19 chapters in its entirety but you will also hear first hand stories of the trials and tribulations he encountered throughout his career, to building a successful real estate career for himself. He comes with tons of insight in the field and is extremely passionate about real estate- investments/multi-family. You will not be disappointed!

I missed the first course but was told not to worry I would be fine. I was not, The teacher referred to the first class often and I was lost. He also just read from the book and to the book. He mentioned that he wrote it. Also when someone asked a question he answers were long winded stories that didnt really answer anything.

I was privileged to be among the over 100 students who participated in the first Continuing Education 14 hour Real Estate Course Online this past 3/24-3/25/2020. It was presented by the Dynamic Duo of Alessandro Danieli and Larry Singh.Their combination of experience and professionalism was absolutely phenomenal! There was a unique flow of information and interesting tips that both shared. I enjoyed the fact that there was absolutely no time wasted traveling to and from the class. We were all there on time, ready, willing and able to receive important information which was passed on in the most genuine way. Sure there were some IT issues but for the most part, were handled in the most efficient manner.I totally endorse this venue for future classes. Every page of the course was covered and all questions were answered. The instructors were thoroughly prepared and their years of experience and total enthusiasm came forth in the most fruitful way. There is no denying that both brought their A-game and deserve to be recognized for their tremendous efforts.Please, please, please lets make this way of learning happen going forward. Best of all, there were no distractions, which for me meant that I was able to fully take in all the material that was presented and I was able to take good notes and not have to get in the car and fight traffic two days in a row. Im not one to paint pictures with rose colored glasses, but Gold Coast Schools is valuable education. Even though the real estate course is difficult, and the pace of class is fast, the instructor we were given has superior knowledge. Ask for Ray Clemente, you wont be disappointed. Of course, the course itself is not perfect; and nothing is, but keep your head down, pay attention, and dont over think things. My most valuable critique is the course should spend a little less time in math and a little more time on understanding the textbook material. After all, the math is only 10% of the exams.
