I went there for a free womens self defense class, and it was wonderful. It was a very informative class, and the instructor and his staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. I would definitely go back, and encourage anyone seeking martial arts and self-defense training to go!

I took the womens self defense class 2.0 and the instruction was amazing! Very well explained, practiced and organized. This class was definitely a help- made me more confident. I liked Conde Academy so much that I will continue with his instruction!

Learning martial arts is a rewarding experience at both physical and mental levels. The exercise of self-defense helps me to get in good shape and keeps the body alert, while at the same time the practice allows me to go from work to something completely different with almost the flip of a switch. After a regular day of activities and rushing from one thing to another, an hour or two of practice feels like starting the day over again.Personally, practicing Aikido has increased my self-confidence and helped me learn to relax. I feel great after each class!

I was searching for a honorable martial arts school after years training in capoeira style. i walked in, tried out a class and felt at home.Man Of War Podcast is also a excellent station to maintain a warrior mindset.

I went once and fell in love with the strict and accurate discipline. Being a female I appreciate that more because I can apply it in real life if I ever have to. This is a high intensity complex martial arts school that provides excellent instruction in real world training for self-defense. You will get an intense workout and instructional experience with this school and Sensei Conde. I would refer friends to this school.

I did extensive research prior to joining Aiki Combatives. I couldnt be happier with my choice to join Sensei Condes school. His decades of experience combined with a great teaching way make the classes very enjoyable. I truly appreciate that he is teaching us self-defense and not just a way to progress through belt rankings or do calisthenics. Further, the method in which he teaches instills a sense of confidence for real world scenarios and outcomes. Highly recommend him and his studio.

Conde Academy offers great martial arts training where there is a great sense of respect between students. Sensei is a no BS type guy who really strives for each student to learn.He teaches us techniques and movements that will benefit us in the real world. His teaching style is very informative and detailed. The dojo is a great learning environment and classes are always a blast.

Every time I attend class feel more and more empowered I feel i can walk safely and take care of my self in every situation, and the dojo is a second home to me full of people who i consider my family

I started taking Aiki combatives about six months ago and it has been the best thing I have ever done in my life. I have never felt better physically and mentally . My life started a tailspin about three years ago and could not for the life of me regain control, Sensei put me back on the right path and I will forever be grateful, and the workout is unbelievable. Ive always had an interest in the martial arts but had put off training for years. Its hard to find the right style for you as there are so many options to choose from. Whats great about Conde Academy is that it is a mixed martial arts school that has retained traditional oriental practices of respect for the dojo, your fellow students and your instructors. What this gives you is so much more than a MMA school where students come in and out and train without even knowing each others names. The main style taught is defensive in nature while the training is still quite intense and will get you into shape. In addition the school offers a variety of classes throughout the week including womens defense classes or real life scenario defense classes and a sparring fight club session. Bottom line, youll get into shape, learn a useful art applied to both mind and body and most importantly leave with new friends and a sense of belonging.

After moving to the US, I was always interested in continuing my martial arts training. Finally when i had the time I started doing research and found out about the Conde Academy where I went and took a try out class. Its been 4 months since I joined and started this new journey. The Conde Academy along with Rafa Conde Sensei have changed my life. At the Dojo we learn how to train for real life situations, how to forge our minds, spirits and bodies and grow in the martial way. I have not experience training like this, where we prepare for hyper violent attacks but also train in a traditional way. I want to become a warrior thats why i joined the Conde Academy.

This world in which we live in today is a very uncertain to say the least, i was looking for something more dynamic than the martial arts training i had received in the past.My wife set up a the free lesson for my birthday and when i entered the dojo i knew i was where i belong. Sensei was very professional ,and watching him in the class and the amount of focus and passion he had in his eyes i could tell his heart was in it. I can not tell the amount of confidence i have in me in 5 months after joining the dojo. This is a home to me and the people there are my family. I was looking for an aikido school for myself and my two children and found Conde Academys Aiki Combatives. The Conde Academy is a very positive environment; not intimidating at all. I am a single mom and new to the world of martial arts so that was a must for me. Whats more is that the adult class is offered immediately after the kids class. So their schedule makes it easy for us all to attend on the same day and/or night. Sensei Conde is very patient and encouraging with children and adults alike. Although coordination is a challenge for me, he has helped me over come that with his quiet reassuring guidance.Also, I have seen my childrens form and skill levels evolve tremendously. They are always excited and look forward to going to the Conde Academy to learn and to see the other students. I no longer fear that my children will be victims of bullying. They are much more confident in themselves and their abilities.The Conde Academy is a very family oriented dojo. I dont feel like just a member on the roster there. I feel like we belong. Sensei Conde and his lovely wife Rachel take the time to learn about all the members of the Conde Academy. They truly care. I recommend the Conde Academy to anyone interested in learning real world martial arts training with the unique blend of Aikido, Jiu Jitsu, and Kung Fu that Aiki Combatives offers. I drive from Wellington to Boca Raton (50 min. each way) twice a week so that my children and I can attend...if thats not proof enough to convince anyone that its a great dojo...I dont know what is!

I love how Aikido, Kung Fu, and Jiu Jitsu are integrated at this school, its like they go together in perfect harmony. The world we live in now is very dangerous and after one class I knew I was not capable of TRUELY defending my family and self. The level of respect at the dojo is great and it starts with Sensi, everyone is treated fairly and equally, we are a family here. One regret I have is not finding this school sooner, but I am glad I did find it. You would be surprised what your body is capable of after a couple of classes. All it takes is DEDICATION and MOTIVATION. Hope to see you in class.
