3 years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Seif at the CT Barber Expo. We had booths just across from each other so naturally we spoke. He was doing the SMP and was encouraging me to get in the business. At the time we had 5 barbershops and I didnt see the value in it. Fast forward to now we have 8 shops and a Barber Academy.I visited one of our shops a few months back and noticed a client who I have know to be bald for years was looking different. I approached and discovered he had SMP done. He looked younger, had more confidence and everyone thought he was just shaving his head. After he told me what he spent my Jaw dropped in disbelief. I immediately scrolled through my IG messages and reached out to Seif hopping he would remember me. When we connected he mentioned he now has hands on training in Florida. I signed up with one of our students and one of our barbers.As an owner of 7 shops, an Instructor at our Barber Academy and owner of a full mens grooming line I can not say enough about Seif and his time at International Hair Lines. I was a student again for the first time in a long time and was very nervous before starting the training. Seif and the team took that all away the moment I walked into the studio. They guided us through the whole process leaving no detail to spare. They had us doing SMP on models the first day! I could not say more about my training with Candice and Seif! They are extremely professional and hands on and they offer a very personal touch. The facility is clean and well equipped. You get the machine you need and even 3 months worth of supplies when you sign up for the class which makes it very easy to immediately start working. The class is very thorough and you get a lot of practice time on actual clients, not just fruits. I feel very knowledgeable and capable of hitting the ground running after taking their classes and I feel secure in the fact that I can reach out to them whenever I need. I was lucky enough to get into International Hairlines SMP fundamentals course hosted by Seif and Candice. The facility was awesome and their professionalism and hospitality were second to none. There was zero time wasted in class. I was provided with such valuable instruction, and it was delivered in a way that was easy to understand and always applied to real SMP cases. Seif and Candice always present themselves at the students’ level. I have been part of other courses where trainers put themselves above the students. This isn’t the case with IH Academy. The course was full with models that presented different cases and experiences. I was given the chance to take the lead on consultations and work on multiple models both male and female. When one of our models backed out thirty minutes before their appointment, Candice jumped in as a model for a female density fill which gave me more experience for my own clients. They could’ve just cut the day short, but they wanted to make sure we were fully prepared. I have to say since I have started working on my own clients I few so prepared and have the confidence in my ability to make customers happy, and change their lives by taking away their insecurities from a balding scalp. I would recommend anyone interested in SMP to IH Academy with Seif and Candice. Five ⭐️’s and 👍🏻👍🏻 all the way!

I have known Seif for almost 2 years now. I presented him with his first award in the industry. He has always been passionate, caring and helpful. It doesnt matter if you are getting a procedure or being trained, Seif puts his heart into all he does.

UPDATED:: You notice that the response to this review addressed none of the issues I had because they are all true. BUT WHAT ISNT TRUE is all the nonsense about me not paying my loan, being disruptive and the other blatant lies youre saying. I did get upset a little bit and mentioned I felt I was being taken advantage of by being given cheap, generic equipment, not having models ready and bringing to your attention the teacher was incompetent. I didnt even mention the fact that the ink you hand out for scalp micropigmentation is disappearing ink, thats why some of the models in your class have been back 8 times with no ink retention. Because you are setting people up to fail by giving them low quality equipment, and materials while charging top dollar for your classes. I honestly believe youre intentionally giving limited information, bad advice and inadequate supplies so that people fail in the industry but you still get paid. Im writing this review because I think its unethical.I spent over $10,000 on their fibroblasting class, Permanent Make Up class, and SMP class. I’ll start by saying buyer beware.First thing is, for the PMU class that costs thousands of dollars, they give you a very cheap $150 tattoo gun that isn’t designed for permanent make up. The instructor Candice Pirolli, brings her $1200 tattoo gun to class and tries to convince you that the $150 dragon hawk is just as good, but only uses her own expensive piece of equipment until I complained about it at which point she had to borrow a students tattoo gun because she doesn’t own one of these generic guns. It was obvious she wasn’t comfortable using it because it’s not designed for permanent make up because the dragon hawk is very heavy for a tattoo gun and has a lot of vibration that makes it very difficult to draw straight lines. The class is very disorganized and everything is messy. She’s constantly looking for something or borrowing from students needles or supplies which are very limited. She gives out generic needles and what looks like a bunch of samples of miscellaneous cheap stuff with a value of maybe $50. Most of the time in the class we were waiting on models to show up because she had none preplanned and found them by luck at the last minute.The fibroblasting class is way over-priced, you can learn more off of YouTube, it’s very basic and Candice continued to contradict herself the whole time. She also constantly cross contaminated everything. She used a fibroblast needle on herself and then grabbed my hand and tried to use it on me. The fibroblasting tool included in the class is also a generic version of what everyone else is using. Once I got home I used it twice and it broke. I also have to deal with Korea for the warranty, it’s a big hassle.Candice Pirolli is very unprofessional. Anytime you question her about anything, especially when she’s contradicting herself she gets angry, all huffy puffy, and tries to make the situation awkward.These classes are very overpriced for what you get. Because there’s limited models you get very little experience doing PMU. Also she doesn’t teach microblading. She will try to convince you that you can get the same result tattooing the eyebrow on but that is complete inaccurate. She only says that because she doesn’t know how to microblade. Tattoo eyebrows look very cartoonish, too thick and too dark of lines, as where microblading looks completely natural and you cannot mimmic it with a tattoo gun. Those are the facts.Rob Baylor

Absolutely the best!! I took SMP training a few months ago and am very confident after my training. I have the support I need to gain confidence and perfect my technique in this new field. I feel Ive had top notch training with Seif Sidky, absolutely one of the best in the industry. Finally got the chance to meet Seif in person at a continuing education event last week, that he and I flew all the way to Manchester, UK to attend.
