I saw Sulema in hopes of getting a medical tattoo to cover a scar. She suggested dry tattooing/mcr microneedling as an alternative and I agreed. We completed one session and scheduled a follow up for a month later to do the second round.At the follow up, I showed her how the scars were healing (they had turned from white to red) and she said “I wish you had told me.” She said I would not need another round of dry tattooing because my scars had gone from hypopigmented to hyperpigmented. I was very upset because my scars were now more noticeable than before. She assured me this was a good thing and that it would be relatively easy to fade the redness with a cream. She said she would provide me with a cream to use. After a week of no response from Sulema, I found a cream on my own (I had already tried numerous scar fading creams to no avail prior to consulting a “professional”). I did not receive any communication from Sulema from September 30 (the date of the follow up appointment) until October 27.I do not blame her for my skin’s reaction to the treatment however I do blame her for not explaining the risks of the treatment and her poor communication/follow up. I paid nearly $500 for my scars to become worse.

Sulema is talented, professional and a real artist. She has basically changed my face with the most beautiful eyebrows. I had them micro bladed and I cant believe how real they look. She truly cares about her clients and I would never use anyone else. Her office staff is fabulous and very supportive. I am so grateful to her and am thinking of using some of her other services. Sulema is a true gem!

My worst decision was to buy a grupon and the first thing he let me know that he did not like the customers of grupon left me a different eyebrow than the other and when I called to fix it he insulted me.
