This is my 3rd year, and I am just as passionate and motivated as I was the first day I stepped foot on campus. Everglades University Orlando has provided me with the knowledge I need to move forward in my career. I wish I could name all the staff members because everyone there have become “family” to me. The fact that most of the staff are veterans, made my transition out of the Army feel less scary. They really do want to see you succeed, and will do everything within their power to help you achieve your goals. Honestly there are no negatives to this school. They are very flexible, understanding, and helpful. I am so grateful that I decided to attend this school and I know that even after I graduate, I will always be a part of the Everglades Community.

After the military finding, the right school was tough. On my way from work, I drove by the EU campus and decided to walk in. A great staff who displayed a friendly atmosphere and super learning environment welcomed me. I achieved my bachelors degree in Aviation and Aerospace Management in less than three years! If youre looking to learn from industry professionals with real-world experience, this is the place to be. Your professors will be all about you and your success, dont waste any time I did it! Its your turn.

I’ve been a student here at Everglades University for about a year and a half and it’s been a really great learning environment. The professors are professionals in their respective fields and bring real world examples to the theories explained in textbooks. The small class size is a boon to learning as it allows the freedom to have a free exchange of ideas. The administration is readily available to help and answer questions along the academic journey they provide. I highly recommend attending!!

When I decided to go back to school to get my masters, I did not want to attend just any type of institution. Everglades University does not consider us as simply numbers but truly as students. They provide quality education, the environment, such as staff is friendly while maintaining professionalism with assisting their students with their needs. Also, EU provides the opportunity to grow within your career and the student to teacher ratio in the classroom is perfect. I cannot tell you how much I adore this school and all they have done for me an will probably do for me in the future. As a student I have access to alot of resources and people to help me with any problems that might arise. When I started my Masters in Alternative Medicine Admin they walked me though the process and stay in touch with me to ensure I have no worries in any of my classes. The fact they are private makes the classes smaller and the online classes that I am taking are easy to navigate through, with really good professors as well. Great school. The staff are concerned with your well being inside and outside of the class room. I appreciated that my instructors were professionals in the fields they were teaching and that classes were evolving based on the events happening day to day. I completed my Masters in Public Health here. The admissions process was smooth, financials were always taken care in plenty of time, and the schedules are pre determined so non of that getting up to try to secure your classes stress! I never felt that I was being surprised with fees and the staff never let me fall behind. Every month, someone was checking in on me academically, emotionally, and mentally. All my classes were small which was great! This is a perfect school for working professionals and people who thrive in a non traditional college environment. Only negatives, its not always possible to substitute one class for another within a degree program and the campus parking lot is pretty dark if your class is letting out at late in the fall.

I chose Everglades University because I was able to focus on one class per semester. As a single mother with 3 jobs, the evening classes worked out perfect and allowed me to succeed in my classes. The professors are outstanding and will help any student out via text,phone call, email or in person meetings. The Dean and staff also love seeing their students succeed and help anyway they can!

I love their online classes and the professors really understand that I work and have a family. The flexibility of being able to do.my work and learn when it is convenient to me means everything. The professors are responsive, the online library is great, and there is even tutoring available. Im extremely happy with my decision to go here.

I inquired about taking courses here a few years back, around 2018. It seemed like a great school, helpful staff, and at first glance it looked like a great program. After being accepted to the university, I was told I needed a loan to pay for my classes because my fafsa was not going to cover (which is obviously fine), so I took out a loan to fund my education here. After a lot of back and forth, I found out I was enrolled in classes. I decided not to pursue the degree before the classes even began, meaning I did not do ANY coursework, and now they are stating that I owe them 8k. It has since then been sent to collections, and it’s been 4 years I’ve been trying to get this issue sorted. I am still to this day getting emails asking me to finish my degree with them.I am beyond frustrated and honestly so angry. Be very careful what you agree to because they will take your money and not think twice, and you’ll never get it back.

Ive been attending Everglades University for two years now in their Orlando (Maitland), Florida campus. The administration, professors and staff are totally awesome. From the dean, the registrar, librarian, financial aid, student services all the way through the security guards; everyone goes above and beyond to make sure the students are successful and have all the tools needed to accomplish their goals.In fact, Im going to continue after graduating with a Masters in Public Health to another degree program. Everglades University has handled the Coronavirus pandemic exceedingly well by initially providing remote learning on a very effective Blackboard platform and now is transitioning back to on site learning with an option to attend remotely. I give Everglades University 5 stars after having attended two other institutions of higher learning in the Orlando Florida area. I would highly recommend anyone interested in undergraduate or post graduate degrees to consider Everglades University. You wont be disappointed! Everglades University is a great university if you want that interpersonal feel. With all the professors knowing who you are and developing a real bond, classes being small with you being able to ask any questions makes it extremely hard to fail. My favorite thing about this school is that all the professors that you have are already in them field themselves and are not just teachers. That means you will have a personal real life, hands on experience to equip you with the skills to go out in your field and crush it!

The staff at Sarasota went above and beyond to see me through to the end. Just recently transferred over from another university to Everglades University for their alternative medicine program. The application process was so simple and the staff was all so helpful. They have really put forth the effort to making going to school an impossible task. The school is clean and everyone is very student oriented.

I started my degree in 2003 and it was a bad experience. I contacted them to finish my degree and it has been a total different experience. I get immediate responses no matter what the issue. Everyone has been very attentive and great about all my anexity of trying to complete my degree and the past issues It has been a total 360 in experience. I would recommend Everglades University to busy working family adults trying to expand their knowledge. They have lots of courses to choose from with great staff and professors.

Currently working on my Masters Online and enjoying every bit if it. The system used for my classes is blackboard and the way the classes are set are manageable and easy to access. Discussions are motivating and assist in assignments when on particular topics.

All I wanted was some information on a class they offered. 10 plus calls. Feels VERY telemarketer to me. Theyd call twice a day. Starting at 5am. I was finally able to answer the phone today and tell them to stop calling me.No longer interested.

This was the best decision I have ever made to go to school!!! This school doesn’t just help with classes and have so many tutors available to aide in students success they do over and beyond. In fact, they go over and beyond and help with employment outside of school work. This school really cares about their student.

Everglades University has been an answer to my prayers! All my life I struggled academically (got diagnosed with ADD at the age of 40, which explains a lot), but Ive been able to thrive at EU! I am an honor student with a GPA I never imagined possible for someone with my learning style. Everglades offers a smaller classroom setting and one subject per month which makes it easier for the students to truly focus on learning the material instead of juggling between several courses all at once. The Instructors/Professors are always there for you, and genuinely care about their students. The Dean at the Orlando Campus has an open door policy and is truly available to his students at all times! He knows our names and always has an encouraging word for us. The student life is beyond any other Ive experienced. At EU we are diverse family with students fresh out of HS, in their 30s, and middle aged men and women. Everglades University ROCKS!!!

I am currently a student at Everglades University, pursing a Masters degree, one with a concentration on Alternative Medicine and the other with a concentration on Functional Nutrition. I completed my Bachelors degree with Everglades University in Alternative Medicine back in October of 2020. My experience with this university has been wonderful! This university is not like any other that I have been to. Everglades really works with the student and the format of classes is unique and perfect for the busy adult. When I was doing my Bachelors degree, I would take one class per month, and with the Masters its one class every 8 weeks. Having only one class to focus on is amazing because I never get bored or feel like the semester is dragging causing me to lose motivation. This also allows for my to focus only on one class and not having to distribute my attention between 4 classes, which is especially hard when you are working full-time with a whole life to live and then have school full-time. EU offers classes both online and on campus, depending on which you prefer or works better with your schedule. I did online for my Bachelors and for my Masters I am doing on campus, which is only a couple hours two days a week. The staff and educators here are amazing. They all know you by name and the dean is very involved with your education, setting up an academic advising appointment at the end of each semester to check on you and help you stay on track with your education and plan ahead for your future. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to take charge of their education and future without getting lost in the sea of people at large universities where you are just a number and get lost in the cracks.

They offer the best schedule so that I can focus on one subject at a time and not be overwhelmed with 4 stacked classes at once. The online option allowed me to stay home and take care of my kids while pursuing an education in a field that actually interested me. They also adapted my final semester to fit into my scholarship so that I could complete all courses within the scholarship time frame. I couldnt have done this without them and I am grateful at how much they meet people where they are at in life and help them accomplish an education. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me.

I’ve been to traditional universities and never had one like this! I’m a current student of Everglades with a focus on Aviation/Aerospace Operations Management and I absolutely love it! It did take a while to get used to the different accelerated method but that what made me enjoy my time here. Unlike other universities, Everglades interacts with you on an individual basis and that’s what give me the motivation and comfort of finishing my Bachelors Degree. I’m almost graduating and I can say that my experience here won’t be forgotten. Absolutely love Everglades, has been the best decision I’ve made since the beginning!

I am currently a student at EU and I must say they go above and beyond to make sure your time at the school is well worth it. I am studying Construction Management and I am enjoy my learning experience. So far the professors are very helpful and making sure your growing in your field of study. The school is a joke. The Online Division Financial Aid, Admission and Students services are ridiculous. I have tried calling them, leaving messages, emailing and yet know one responds. I was even hung up on by one of the Student Services Directors. I will never attend this school again until they understand the true meaning of Customer Service. Continuing my education here was the worst experience I have ever experience in Higher Education.

I am in my third year in the construction management program and have a great time! I work full time and have a family so I am going through their online program. If your looking for a structure of classes that is manageable while working full time this is it. The professors are very knowledgeable and most classes are challenging enough to keep you interested and not bored. I am overall very happy with my decision to get my education with Everglades and would definitely recommend this college to anyone that wants higher education!

Since the day I started taking classes she has been really helpful to me and my husband as well.

I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of the instructors. I attended this school for a year and the instructors were great. With that said, this school is a total rip off. I was an aeronautical science major with the goal of being an airline pilot and due to the high cost of flight training (which I was paying on my own out of pocket), prior to starting, I had very specific guidelines in regards to managing my financial aid. If I couldn’t meet those guidelines, I wasn’t going to start school with them. Knowing this information, the financial aid department lied to me in order to get me started in classes. After my first semester, I started looking more into my financial aid and realized that something was not right. Every time I asked about it, I was given the salesman tactic of talking around the point. All said and done, in the 1 year I attended this school, it ended up costing me around $20,000. After getting out from under their stronghold, I enrolled at Liberty University and realized just how much I was being ripped off. I am now paying 1/5th of the cost I was paying at Everglades. Ended up being a VERY expensive lesson in financial responsibility. I highly recommend staying away from this school. For the money you’ll spend here, you could get an Ivy League education.

I have enjoyed working with this group of passionate and professional individuals. Its an amazing University with unique programs and cutting edge majors. We just held the 2019 graduation ceremony and it was attended by so many guests it was standing room only! What an incredible day and inspiration to our team seeing our graduates walk across the stage! I am proud and honored to be a part of the EU team!

The staff, the instructors, the director of student services, the academic and financial advisors, the associate deans, the dean are absolutely outstanding and are deeply invested in the personal development and academic journey of their students. The classes are a bit rigorous and intense at times but you learn A LOT. I, for one, enjoyed the challenge. The extracurricular activities such as student government and leadership distinction are well developed and truly enhance the academic experience and make you feel like you are a part of something greater within your program. Like anything else, your education will be what you put into it and at times, you may hit bumps in the road. Everglades University makes it clear that you are a priority and your success and advancement is their intent. They will support you and encourage you right through to the end. I would recommend this school over and over again!

I really enjoy this school. The faculty and staff are so eager to help out students. They really try to work with everyones schedule, as they know its hard when your working a full time job while taking care of your family rarely leaves you time for anything else.

So far in my journey here at EU(Online Courses) I have been satisfied with my classes, except one. That being said the majority of the instructors interact with the students on an individual level. Im a hands on and visual learner so computer based classes are not my forte.. The instructors help accommodate with timely email responses to all questions I have. Shout out to Dr. Eva Shoop-Shafor, she has a true care for her students learning and success.

The teachers are amazing. They give you their personal cell phone numbers to call them if you have any questions. Instead of e-mailing them. Its nice to be able to call your professor and ask questions directly.

I personally love the faculty and staff at this University. They are all trained professionals in their field. They are very passionate at what they do and want to see their students succeed. Im proud to say I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Alternative Medicine at EU; and Im now going for my Masters Degree in Public Health Administration. This school helps students achieve their goals by providing one-on-one assistance/instruction. The faculty and staff try their best to answer any questions, and help with any problems their students may be experiencing. For example, the only thing I would suggest to the school is implementing more, interactive/visual/hands-on forms of teaching; mostly for manual therapy courses. In addition, Incorporating dummies or real life herbs into lessons plans would be highly beneficial in preparing students for the real world, not just through book work and power-points.

If you are looking for exemplary customer service skills from the 1st call onward - this is not the school for you. If you are looking for the front desk staff to know how to direct your call and find the right department to assist you - this is not the school for you. If you are looking for a financial aid knowledgeable staff member who also knows how to speak to those who have a disability without making you feel like the dirt under her shoes during the call - this is not the school for you. BUT - if you have money pouring out of your ears to spend and want to go to this school - then you are at the right place - getting your money is all they care about. Good luck!!

Students graduate prepared for success and receive one-on-one career assistance prior to graduation. Their Leadership Program offers professional development workshops to support graduates who are starting or have their own businesses.

I also love how all of my professors go out of their way to be available and helpful to students. They are constantly willing to answer questions or help out in any way they can. Also the new Dean „Dr. Pryce“, Student Service Director “Rubeena Barrat” and Financial aid Director “Rozessa Miller” made the campus organization and campus life easy and much better. Everglades University is a GREAT place to grow in your professional career! I’m currently a Online student from Louisiana, attending Everglades University Boca Raton campus, and this school has been amazing thus far and it’s my Only my first year. I’m able to attend classes online for something that I’ve alwaysssss wanted to do while juggling life at the same time. They answer everytime you call & have great staff That’s always willing to help..My first day of class I received a call just to congratulate me on my first day & coming from a family like I do it’s a great feeling getting support like that from people you don’t even know, that really meant a lot to me..So if you’re looking for a great school to go to give EU a try I PROMISE YOU WON’T REGRET IT, they make you feel right at home !

Veterans BEWARE!! This schools preys on veterans using 9/11Gibill. School from the outside looks good then you start classes and see a revolving door of professors. Its Kieser colleges sister school. I had a issues with another student that school security and school admin got involved with, I chose to switch to nights from day class to avoid the other student, the very next week school admin allowed that student to also switch to nights, Boca Raton Pd got involved in the parking lot shortly after. School was receiving money From the Va the entire time. I finished that class then dropped. The school tried charging me 2300 for dropping because the VA would no longer pay them. Filed a complaint with the Federal Government and Veterans Affairs education office.This school also renames courses and teaches the same content with a slit change of content. Alot of other colleges I tired transferring to wont except their credits. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HEREOWNER asked me to call to resolve...school has ducked my calls for a month... further proof this school is a scam.. VETERANS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Everglades University is one of the best college experiences that Ive ever had! Great staff, amazing professors, and current curriculum!

If you like fast paced learning and flexible schedules this school is for you. I have learned alot I am in my 4th year of bachelors of alternative medicine.

Ive had a great experience with Everglades Universitys staff and facility members. The professors have been a great help when it came to my education and my projects. Id recommend this school to Veterans that are tired of taking classes that arent needed. I cant wait to start my Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship in August.

When you need them they are there to answer your questions and offer guidance and support. Not to mention, they always have a smile on their face.

I actually enjoyed my experience at EU as an Alternative Medicine student. My instructors challenged me and were very understanding when things happened. Once I was in a car accident and Dr. K was very understanding when I wasnt able to take part in the discussion. Also Dr. F went out of her way to make sure that I was given an extension when I underwent heart surgery.When I first started the financial aid officer was very helpful and courteous (Miss you Ada!) but the second officer wasnt as nice but still made it through the process.

My experience at Everglades University has been nothing but amazing. I started at the university five years ago as the Dean of Academic Affairs at the Boca Raton Campus. Two years later, I was promoted to the Vice President of the campus. Everglades University provides opportunities, and it also provides a supportive leadership team. I am honored to be a part of such a wonderful university and serve such a great group of students.

I dont hate, but they seem to act hateful. Its Boca most things are greedy frauds. Boca is the fraud capital of the world. There are several nice aviation attorneys do a class action lawsuit. You have several avenues of recourse, but if the instructors are nitwits why would you want anything besides the best precise information available. Sounds like you didnt do enough research to make a wise choice. Do your research theres a variety of choices you can take that govern this situation. Sorry for the life lesson, choose wisely and youll come out on top. It may not be easy but be strong get what you want. Do u want some paper from Nitwit University? If so carry on

Current online undergrad in Bachelor of Science, Alternative Medicine program. Excellent curriculum, professors are all highly credentialed in their field and readily share their passion for the subject, courses are expansive and challenging, university staff is efficient, warm and responsive. I am very pleased with my decision to attend Everglades. It has exceeded my expectations in every way.

I just came back to EU this semester and I Love it.

I too was misled in the application process. I was told once I finished the first semester, I could take more than 1 class at a time. I informed the admissions rep this was the only way I would attend, they assured me it would be so.Now, nearly 2 years in I am told that my financial aid isnt enough to cover more than 1 class at a time. The instructors are not instructors, theyre facilitators. Some are ok, most are substandard clearly not having enough time for their students.The EU administrative staff is just as bad. Rarely returning emails or calls (financial aid is the worst). Its impossible to get in touch with anyone an get an issue resolved.I too am paying a TRUCK load for my degree...overpriced, under taught, under-supported. HIGHLY disappointed overall.

Terrible school. Terrible financial aid department. Everything about this place just simply is horrendous. The staff and educators are lacking knowledge themselves. Only stayed here for a short period due to the scam nature of this facility. Do not recommend. Especially if you are planning to use military benefits, they WILL scam you. Be warned.
