We love the staff at the Bohemia location! They are like family to us. Vickie always greets myself and my two young girls, ages 4 and almost 2 years old, with the biggest smile, the warmest and kindest welcome and is so quick to help us with whatever we need. She always talks to us, is always interested in our lives and genuinely cares about us and our experience there. Rosette always takes cares of us. She goes out of her way to make sure we are happy and taken care of. She always takes the time to say hello, catch up and have a good laugh even though she is so busy all of the time. I can’t say enough about the instructors either, especially Brittany and Claudia. They work extremely hard, are committed to their students and make learning how to swim serious yet fun and rewarding. Thank you all, we love you!!!

My 2.5 year old son has been swimming with Cassandra for about a year now and absolutely loves coming to swim lessons! When I remind him it’s time for swim the excitement he expresses about going swimming and seeing Cassandra is absolutely heartwarming! We are so lucky to have her and the incredible staff at the front desk (Vicki, Rosette & Nate) that we look forward to swim classes! Thank you all for your dedication and love! We just LOVE our Saf-T-Swim experience!

Saf-T-Swim is about everyone being safe. Temperature checks, viewing room spaced out chairs.Instructors water face shields. No complaints

The only reason for the one star review is the front desk staff . Vicky in particular is very abrupt , unprofessional and has little clue how to treat a customer. After spending $400 i would expect to be treated in a courteous manner not as if im a nuisance. If youre that miserable perhaps a change in profession is necessary. This woman should not be at the front desk or interacting with customers in any way.

Emily is the best swimming instructor on long island. She is so amazing in so many ways. She teaches so much and is very trustworthy. My daughter has been going to her since she was 3 months old! She works so well with all children and we are so lucky to have the absolute best instructor teaching our girl. Thank you Emily for being such a great role model and teacher. Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful. Been coming for over a year already and plan on staying because of Emily.

Front desk staff is rude every time I try and schedule a make up class or try to schedule a new session. Some instructors are amazing but some are inexperienced. Staff needs to be taught good customer service will bring back customers. Sadly they are losing my business.

Front staff manager is not friendly nor accommodating. They have real staffing issues And Are not able to provide consecutive lessons in general let alone with a consistent swim teacher- this causes a break in the learning experience for these children.The facility is not maintained or clean.Very disappointing and I am sorry I ever started my child’s lessons here-

My son had TJ for a year and half and he left for school. My son kept having different people and for a kid that does not like change and is autistic is not good. Lauren that is always at the front desk has been the biggest help. I only talk to her. Some guy that works up there is not very understand and a little rude. Lauren is so understanding with me being a single mother. She knew my son really liked John when he had him for one lesson and when someone canceled on a Sunday (only day I can do) Lauren called me right after someone canceled their 6 sessions with John. I’m so happy Ive been going to this one and not the one closer to my house.John understands kids and works great with them and I saw so much improvement in that one lesson my son had with him. I’m going to keep using John even if I have to wait for months to get my son to see him.

Wonderful staff

The best swimming place for children to learn a love of swimming. The staff is encouraging and patient.

The have a lot going instructors that don’t really know what these do.Doing the same techniques for 6 classes.Another one playing beach ball with my son for Almost 10 minutes out of 30 minutes section.Not worth the money and the time.

They need to tech faster
