I just recently got recommended this place by a friend and am so happy I made an appointment. Every where I go people compliment me on my eyelashes now! The staff was so beyond nice and I had so much fun with them, the energy and atmosphere was so welcoming and enjoyable. My lashes turned out exactly how I wanted and have already lasted very well for over 2 weeks since my appointment! Very clean and cute studio. I will for sure be making another appointment and am really glad I found a good lash place with good service, quality and cleanliness. Overall highly recommend trying them out!😊

Lashes are not worth $130! They are the $2 beauty supply lashes. I was under the impression that I was getting natural set with 13,15, and 18 individual minks but was given clusters. I’ve had them on for less than 7 days and they’re falling off and twisting. When asked can they be removed I was given a date 2 weeks out and told I had to pay $45. Save your money you can do this at home.

I love this salon. My lashes came out perfect and i’ve been coming here for months. My extensions last weeks and stay perfect up until my next fill. I highly recommend this place, very nice staff and very clean studio!🤩👍

Recommend this place to my friend as it Came highly recommended to me and I’m so glad I didn’t make the appointment.My friend did though and the following day she woke up with a swollen eye. She went to the doctor to get it checked out and they told her it was a bacterial infection. When my friend reached back out to the place to let them know they jumped to the defense and claimed that she has “allergies”.So apparently medical professionals work here? Because they’re telling her that it’s not a bacterial infection but it’s an allergy and they continued to talk to her in a condescending tone via text message basically saying that she must not know what allergies are.My question is since when is a lash professional qualified to diagnose customers with allergies? After a doctor clearly stated and diagnosed her with an infection? I’m sure a DOCTOR is more then qualified to know the difference between a bacterial infection and an allergy.Honestly my friend just wanted her money but when they gave her pushback she didn’t even ask for her money anymore she just wanted to know the brand of glue that they use so she can cross reference with her doctor to see if the glue called some sort of infection. But they refused to give out the information of the glue that they use and they refused to explain their sanitation protocol. All she said is “medical grade” glue but couldn’t give the name or brand. Horrible customer service. Save your money, save your eyes, and save yourself the poor customer service & go elsewhere!

These people are the worst . They are super unprofessional. I booked the lash deal they have going on which is a classic full set which includes 1 free fill in up to 3 weeks. I tried to rebook my fill in after they told me I had to wait a whole hour and 45 minutes just because the person before me was running late, and they blocked me from booking and didn’t offer me any refund. THIS PLACE WILL STILL YOUR MONEY AND BLOCK YOU. Do not give these people your time of day.

I went here and got my lashes done. Lashes were not done how I liked them. My eyes got irritated and do not know if equipment was sanitized good.

I really enjoyed my experience here! All the girls there were fun and kind!!🤗🤗 I had Izzie do my lashes and she did them perfectly! I’m definitely going to be visiting again😊👍

Today I had an appointment scheduled with the owner and was texted to let me know she had a sinus infection to give me a heads up. Due to COVID-19 I Felt uncomfortable as she also hasn’t worn a mask during a previous service and constantly made references to them being a joke.She then rescheduled me with another tech for a later appointment. 1.5 hours before the appointment she texted me that the person didn’t feel comfortable with servicing me due to an encounter we previously had. I informed her it was inaccurate as I never had been serviced by this tech and I had no idea what she was referencing. She then kept stating it was nothing she could do and that she was pregnant and hormonal.(yes via text) I then called for clarity and she texted she couldn’t talk. I told her I think they really had me confused with someone else and she said it was nothing she could do. Yes this is the owner (sad). I kindly told them to have a nice day and now with an event tonight I have to scramble for another place. In this business climate I’m sure someone else would be happy to have a faithful repeat customer.I definitely feel the owner was upset I rescheduled the time very unfortunate to see such lack of professionalism. The place has definitely gone down in service since they moved to Bolingbrook and changed owners.

Top Lash is an amazing studio! They are all so welcoming and make you feel as if you are a part of their family. The building is very clean and sanitary. Izzy, Ilona, Sussana, and Sandra all take time and their best effort to provide you with your dream lashes and nails. Out of any other beauty studio I would have to say Top Lash has the best services by far!!

I had the best experience at Top Lash Salon the staff was so welcoming and kind and the studio is beautiful. They did amazing lashes better than any salon i’d ever gone to Izzy Sandra Susanna and Ilona all did a wonderful job i will be visiting again.

All the negetevive reviews are by angry and greedy ex Employees, this salon is the most welcoming and fun to be there. I love all the girls they are very professional and their lashes are the best by far.

Tried to contact place in July, Jan (by phone then text- no response). Then tried May(most recent via email) and multiple times via Instagram page. Only got one response but other messages were seen. Such poor communication to even attempt to ask questions and book.

They do great lashes, however I wish the staff would take more safety precautions. None of the workers wore mask which is a concern.

The management treats their employees very poorly and disrespects them. Moreover, the level of professionalism is terribly low and I would advise everyone to look elsewhere.
